Description
回転軸線回りに回転可能な回転翼を有するロータと、
前記回転軸線に対して径方向に延びる複数のステータコアと、各々の前記ステータコアに巻かれた巻き線とを有するステータと、
前記回転軸線の一方側に開口した収容空間を有するフレームと、
前記巻き線に電気的に接続され、前記収容空間に収容される回路基板と、
前記ステータおよび前記回路基板を覆い前記収容空間の開口を閉塞する防水樹脂部と、を備え、
前記回路基板を前記収容空間の内壁から離間した位置において位置決めする、位置決め部材が前記収容空間に設けられている。
前インシュレータ43Aには、回転軸線Xの方向に延びる前内側突出部と前外側突出部が設けられている。これら前内側突出部と前外側突出部との間に前スロット44Aが形成されている。
後インシュレータ43Bにも、回転軸線Xの方向に延びる後内側突出部と後外側突出部が設けられている。これら後内側突出部と後外側突出部との間に後スロット44Bが形成されている。
図3に示すように、回路基板6の外縁には、例えば、凹溝として形成された被嵌合部61が設けられている。被嵌合部61には回路基板6の位置を決める位置決め部材10が篏合する。位置決め部材10には、突出部12の前部分12fの先端部に回路基板6の被嵌合部61に嵌合する嵌合部13が設けられている。嵌合部13は、被嵌合部61の凹溝に対応する形状に形成されている。

Claims (7)
- 回転軸線回りに回転可能な回転翼を有するロータと、
前記回転軸線に対して径方向に延びる複数のステータコアと、各々の前記ステータコアに巻かれた巻き線とを有するステータと、
前記回転軸線の一方側に開口した収容空間を有するフレームと、
前記巻き線に電気的に接続され、前記収容空間に収容される回路基板と、
前記ステータおよび前記回路基板を覆い前記収容空間の開口を閉塞する防水樹脂部と、を備え、
前記回路基板を前記収容空間の内壁から離間した位置において位置決めする、位置決め部材が前記収容空間に設けられている、防水ファン。 - 前記位置決め部材は、前記防水樹脂部とは異なる樹脂で構成されている、請求項1に記載の防水ファン。
- 前記位置決め部材に設けられた嵌合部が前記回路基板の外縁に設けられた被嵌合部に篏合することにより、前記位置決め部材が前記回路基板を位置決めしている、請求項1に記載の防水ファン。
- 前記収容空間は、前記回転軸線の他方側に底面を有し、
前記位置決め部材は、
前記収容空間の前記底面と接触するベース部と、
前記ベース部から前記回転軸線の一方側に延びる突出部を有し、
前記突出部が前記回路基板と接触している、請求項1に記載の防水ファン。 - 前記ロータは、軸受に支持された回転軸部を有し、
前記フレームは、
前記軸受を支持する内筒部と、
前記内筒部より大径の外筒部と、
前記回転軸線の他方側で前記内筒部と前記外筒部とを接続し、前記収容空間の底面を構成する底部と、を有し、
前記外筒部は、前記底部の径方向端部から前記回転軸線の一方側に延びており、
前記内筒部の外周面と、前記底部の前記回転軸線の一方側の面と、前記外筒部の内周面とにより前記収容空間が構成されている、請求項1に記載の防水ファン。 - 前記内筒部は、
前記ステータに挿通された小径部と、
前記小径部よりも大径で、前記小径部よりも前記回転軸線の他方側に位置する大径部と、を有し、
前記回路基板は、前記小径部と前記大径部との間の段差部により前記回転軸線の方向に位置決めされ、前記位置決め部材により前記回転軸線の周方向に位置決めされている、請求項5に記載の防水ファン。 - 前記位置決め部材は、前記収容空間の底面と接触するベース部と、前記ベース部から前記回転軸線の一方側に延びる突出部と、を有し、
前記突出部が前記回路基板を支持している、請求項1に記載の防水ファン。
