Description
Claims (5)
- レジン収容空間を有し、前記レジン収容空間に収容されたレジンを蓋部に形成された少なくとも1つの孔を介して上部に押し出すピストン部材を備える第1バット部と、
前記第1バット部の一側に配置され、前記第1バット部から供給されたレジンを用いて製作した構造体を支持する製造プラットフォームを備える第2バット部と、
を含み、
前記第1バット部と前記第2バット部との間には、バット部の外筐の高さよりも低い壁体が境界面として配置され、
前記壁体の上端面にDLP焦点距離が固定され、前記バット部の一側から前記バット部の他側までの間を往復移動するブレード部と、
をさらに含み、
前記ブレード部は、互いに対称となる方向に所定角度だけ傾斜したブレード縁面を有する第1ブレード及び第2ブレードを含み、
前記ブレード縁面には、前記ブレード部のブレード過程で塗布または回収される前記レジンを加熱する加熱部材が、前記ブレード部の縁面の長手方向に沿って延びて配置される、高粘度レジンを取り扱う3次元プリンタ用のバット。 - レジン収容空間を有し、前記レジン収容空間に収容されたレジンを蓋部に形成された少なくとも1つの孔を介して上部に押し出すピストン部材を備える第1バット部と、
前記第1バット部の一側に配置され、前記第1バット部から供給されたレジンを用いて製作した構造体を支持する製造プラットフォームを備える第2バット部と、
を含み、
前記蓋部は、ベース部と、前記ベース部の上部に配置されて摺動される可変部と、を含む多層構造で形成される、高粘度レジンを取り扱う3次元プリンタ用のバット。 - 前記ピストン部材は、
前記第1バット部の面積と同一の断面積を有する板状に形成され、前記レジン収容空間に収容されるレジンを支持する支承部と、
前記支承部の下端部に連結され、前記蓋部の下端面の高さまで前記支承部を昇降させる駆動軸と、を含む請求項1に記載の高粘度レジンを取り扱う3次元プリンタ用のバット。 - 前記第1ブレードは、前記孔から吐出されたレジンを前記第2バット部に備えられた前記製造プラットフォーム上へ供給し、
前記第2ブレードは、前記第1ブレードにより塗布されて硬化されて残った残余レジンを、前記第1バット部の上側に形成された孔の中に回収させる、請求項1に記載の高粘度レジンを取り扱う3次元プリンタ用のバット。 - 前記蓋部は、ベース部と、前記ベース部の上部に配置されて摺動される可変部と、を含む多層構造で形成される、請求項1に記載の高粘度レジンを取り扱う3次元プリンタ用のバット。
