前記通気口を通じた水の流れを規制するための規制部材と、
前記通気口を通じた気体の流通を許容する第1の姿勢から前記外壁本体の外側の水位が所定の水位に到達したときに水からの力を受けることにより前記通気口を通じた建物の外側から建物の内部への水の侵入を規制する第2の姿勢へ変位するように前記規制部材を前記外壁本体の外側で前記外壁本体に対して移動可能に支持する支持部と、
前記第2の姿勢にある前記規制部材を前記第1の姿勢に向けて付勢するばねを含む弾性体と、を備え、
前記支持部は、前記規制部材の外側から前記規制部材の内側への前記所定の水位未満にある水の侵入を規制しつつ前記規制部材の上を通じた気体の流通を許容した状態で前記規制部材が前記第1の姿勢から前記第2の姿勢に変位可能となるように前記規制部材を支持し、
