Claims (1)

二つ折りした帯状シートを長手方向の所定間隔で横シールする横シール手段と、
横シールで区画された前記帯状シート内に内容物を充填する充填手段と、
内容物が充填された上部をシールして袋を成形する上部シール手段と、
横シール部を切断して個々の袋に分離する切断手段と、
切断後の袋を把持して下流へと搬送する袋搬送手段とを備えた充填包装装置において、
前記袋搬送手段は、
循環走行される走行体に回転可能に設けられた複数の揺動レバーと、
前記複数の揺動レバーに設けられたカムフォロアと、
前記カムフォロアと係合して当該カムフォロアを移動させるカムと、
前記複数の揺動レバーと連結された支持ベースと、
前記支持ベースに設けられ、袋を把持する開閉可能なグリッパと、
前記グリッパを開閉させる開閉機構とを備え、
前記支持ベースを前記走行体に沿って移動可能に取り付け、
切断前の袋を把持する際には、前記カムフォロアと前記カムにより前後するグリッパの間隔を縮めるように前記揺動レバーを位置させ、前後のグリッパがそれぞれ隣り合う2つの袋を把持するとともに、
前後のグリッパが把持する袋が切断された後に、前記カムフォロアと前記カムにより前後するグリッパの間隔を広げるように前記揺動レバーを揺動させることを特徴とする充填包装装置。
