Description
図1に示すように、回転式圧縮機(10)は、冷凍装置(1)に設けられる。冷凍装置(1)は、冷媒が充填された冷媒回路(1a)を有する。冷媒回路(1a)は、回転式圧縮機(10)、放熱器(3)、減圧機構(4)、及び蒸発器(5)を有する。減圧機構(4)は、例えば、膨張弁である。冷媒回路(1a)は、蒸気圧縮式の冷凍サイクルを行う。
駆動機構(20)は、ケーシング(11)の内部に収容される。駆動機構(20)は、モータ(21)と、駆動軸(25)と、を有する。モータ(21)は、圧縮機構(50)の上方に配置される。モータ(21)は、ステータ(22)と、ロータ(23)と、を有する。
圧縮機構(50)は、ケーシング(11)の内部に収容される。圧縮機構(50)は、モータ(21)の下方に配置される。圧縮機構(50)は、シリンダ(51)と、フロントヘッド(52)と、リアヘッド(53)と、ピストン(54)と、を有する。
ところで、圧縮機構(50)の回転駆動に伴って駆動軸(25)に遠心力とガス荷重が加わることで、駆動軸(25)の軸たわみが大きくなるという問題がある。
一方、図7に示すように、駆動軸(25)の主軸部(26)に対して、第2方向(X)から荷重をかける場合、断面二次モーメントIxは、以下の式(2)で算出される。
ここで、x<yであるため、「y3」を含むIyの値の方が、「y」を含むIxの値よりも大きく低下することとなる。つまり、Ix>Iyとなることから、駆動軸(25)における第2方向(X)の曲げ剛性が、第1方向(Y)の曲げ剛性よりも高くなる。
本実施形態の特徴によれば、仮想包絡線(40)で囲まれる領域における第1方向(Y)の長さが、第2方向(X)の長さよりも長くなるような油通路(30)を形成することで、駆動軸(25)の剛性を向上させることができる。
以下、前記実施形態1と同じ部分については同じ符号を付し、相違点についてのみ説明する。
本実施形態の特徴によれば、駆動軸(25)における第2方向(X)の剛性を、第1方向(Y)の剛性よりも高くすることができる。
図13に示すように、油通路(30)は、軸方向から見て、第1方向(Y)に沿って並ぶ複数の油孔(31)で形成される。複数の油孔(31)は、全て同じ内径の孔で形成される。図13に示す例では、第1方向(Y)に沿って4つの油孔(31)を設けるようにしたが、あくまでも一例であり、これに限定するものではない。図13に示す例では、軸方向から見て、複数の油孔(31)を包絡する仮想包絡線(40)を仮想線で示す。仮想包絡線(40)は、第1方向(Y)に沿って延びる長孔状の曲線として表される。
本実施形態の特徴によれば、第1方向(Y)に沿って並ぶ複数の油孔(31)で油通路(30)を形成することで、駆動軸(25)における第2方向(X)の剛性を、第1方向(Y)の剛性よりも高くすることができる。
図14に示すように、油通路(30)は、軸方向から見て、第1方向(Y)に沿って並ぶ複数の油孔(31)で形成される。複数の油孔(31)は、異なる内径の孔を含む。図14に示す例では、第1方向(Y)に間隔をあけて3つの油孔(31)を設けるようにしたが、あくまでも一例であり、これに限定するものではない。3つの油孔(31)のうち、第1方向(Y)の中央部に位置する油孔(31)の内径は、第1方向(Y)の両端部に位置する油孔(31)の内径よりも大きくなっている。
本実施形態の特徴によれば、第1方向(Y)に沿って並ぶ複数の油孔(31)で油通路(30)を形成することで、駆動軸(25)における第2方向(X)の剛性を、第1方向(Y)の剛性よりも高くすることができる。
図15に示すように、油通路(30)は、軸方向から見て、第1方向(Y)に沿って並ぶ複数の油孔(31)で形成される。複数の油孔(31)は、全て同じ内径の孔で形成される。油通路(30)は、軸方向から見て、隣り合う油孔(31)の一部が重なり合う。
本実施形態の特徴によれば、仮想包絡線(40)で囲まれる領域の第1方向(Y)の長さを一定とした場合、隣り合う油孔(31)の一部を重なり合わせた方が、隣り合う油孔(31)を互いに離間させた配置に比べて、仮想包絡線(40)で囲まれる領域内の油孔(31)の数が増えることとなる。これにより、油通路(30)を長孔状にする加工が容易になる。
図16に示すように、回転式圧縮機(10)は、ケーシング(11)と、駆動機構(20)と、圧縮機構(50)と、を有する。
本実施形態の特徴によれば、駆動軸(25)における第2方向(X)の剛性を、第1方向(Y)の剛性よりも高くすることができる。

- 圧縮機構(50)と、前記圧縮機構(50)を回転駆動させる駆動軸(25)と、を備えた回転式圧縮機であって、
前記駆動軸(25)は、主軸部(26)と、前記主軸部(26)の軸心(C1)から所定量偏心した偏心部(27)と、を有し、
前記駆動軸(25)には、軸方向に延びる1つ以上の油孔(31)を有する油通路(30)が設けられ、
前記駆動軸(25)の軸方向から見て、前記油孔(31)を包絡する仮想包絡線(40)で囲まれる領域における所定の方向を第1方向(Y)、前記第1方向(Y)に直交する方向を第2方向(X)とし、
