f.前記テクスチャ表面領域からコーティングされた繊維ウェブを取り外し、それによってコーティングされた繊維ウェブを提供する工程、を含む、方法が提供される。
- オンラインコーティング、単層又は多層コーティング;2種以上のテクスチャ基材を順番に使用する場合は、数種類のコーティング剤を塗布することが可能である。
- テクスチャ基材のテクスチャ表面領域における接着の制御(寸法安定性、収縮の制御)
- 薄いコーティング(例えば、乾燥重量で0.1~100gsm、好ましくは0.3~50gsm、より好ましくは0.5~20gsm)
- エクステンデッドニップ;すなわち、本方法を使用すると、コーティングと繊維ウェブとの接触時間が長くなる。接触時間は、従来のコーティングで通常使用されるよりも長いことが好ましい。
- バリア特性の改善;すなわち、ガスバリア、水蒸気バリア、アロマバリア又はオイル及びグリースバリアのうち少なくとも1つ
- 繊維ウェブの片面における調整された均質又は不均質(不均一)コーティング
Claims (19)
- 繊維ウェブをコーティングする方法であって、
a.少なくとも1つのテクスチャ表面領域を有するテクスチャ基材を提供する工程、
b.前記テクスチャ基材のテクスチャ表面領域にコーティング剤を塗布して、前記テクスチャ基材のコーティングされたテクスチャ表面領域を提供する工程、
c.前記テクスチャ基材のコーティングされたテクスチャ表面領域に繊維ファーニッシュを塗布し、前記繊維ファーニッシュを脱水して、湿潤な繊維ウェブを提供する工程、又は
d.前記テクスチャ基材のコーティングされたテクスチャ表面領域に湿潤な繊維ウェブを付着させる工程、
e.前記コーティング剤の少なくとも一部が前記繊維ウェブに移るように、工程c若しくは工程dによる前記湿潤な繊維ウェブを乾燥させる工程、及び
f.前記テクスチャ表面領域からコーティングされた繊維ウェブを取り外し、それによってコーティングされた繊維ウェブを提供する工程、を含み、
前記繊維ウェブが、紙、板紙又はフィルムであり、前記繊維ウェブが、セルロースファイバーを含む、方法。 - 前記テクスチャ表面領域が、所定のテクスチャを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 繊維ウェブが、ナノセルロースファイバーを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記テクスチャ基材が、金属ベルト、ポリマーベルト若しくはセラミックベルト、又は複合材料ベルトなどのテクスチャベルトである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維ファーニッシュ又は前記湿潤な繊維ウェブが、マシン方向において少なくとも2mの長さにおいて、前記テクスチャ基材のコーティングされたテクスチャ表面領域と接触している、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- コーティング剤が、ワックス、油、極性脂質、金属石鹸、ロジン、又はこれらの混合物から選択される1つ又は複数のコーティング成分を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- コーティング剤が、アルキルケテンダイマー(AKD)又は脂肪酸樹脂である1つ又は複数のコーティング成分を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- コーティング剤が、油中水型(W/O)エマルジョン又は水中油型(O/W)エマルジョンである、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- コーティング剤が、1つ又は複数の接着剤を含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 繊維ウェブが、総固形分含有量に基づいて、0.01~100重量%の量のナノセルロースを含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- テクスチャ表面領域が0.5~1,000cm3/m 2 のセル体積を有するように、テクスチャ表面領域が複数の凹部を備える、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 乾燥工程が、コーティング剤のコーティング成分のうち少なくとも1つの融点より高い温度で行われる、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 乾燥工程が、60℃より高い温度、かつ400℃未満の温度で行われる、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティングされた繊維ウェブが、透明又は半透明である、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティングされた繊維ウェブが、コーティングされたテクスチャ繊維ウェブである、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- コーティング組成物が、乾燥重量で0.1~100gsmの量でテクスチャ表面領域に塗布される、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティングされた繊維ウェブが、UVバリア、オイル及びグリースバリア、酸素バリア、アロマバリア及び水蒸気バリア、又はこれらの組み合わせから選択される少なくとも1つのバリア特性を有する、請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 繊維ウェブが、500mm超の、テクスチャ基材の横方向における幅を有する、請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 過剰なコーティング剤が、工程c又は工程dの前にテクスチャ表面領域から除去される、請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
