Claims (6)
- プロセッサにより実行され、自車両の走行時に、交通規制のための工事関連物が設置された道路工事区間を判定する工事区間判定方法であって、
前記プロセッサは、
前記自車両に搭載されたセンサから取得される、前記自車両周囲の車両周囲情報に基づき、前記自車両の前方に前記工事関連物を検出したか否かを判定し、
前記工事関連物を検出したと判定した場合には、前記工事関連物から前記自車両の前方に所定距離離れた地点を、前記道路工事区間の終了地点として判定し、
前記所定距離は、前記工事関連物を検出し、且つ、検出した前記工事関連物の周囲に他車両を検出していない場合には、前記工事関連物を検出し、且つ、検出した前記工事関連物の周囲に前記他車両を検出した場合よりも短い工事区間判定方法。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記工事関連物を検出したと判定した場合には、前記センサによって前記工事関連物が検出できる検出範囲内で、前記他車両を検出したか否かを判定する請求項1に記載の工事区間判定方法。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記工事関連物を検出したと判定した場合には、前記自車両に対して前記工事関連物が位置する方向に、前記他車両を検出したか否かを判定する請求項1又は2に記載の工事区間判定方法。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記道路工事区間内で、前記道路工事区間が終了したことを示す標識を検出した場合には、前記標識が設置された地点に前記終了地点を更新する請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の工事区間判定方法。 - 前記道路工事区間は、運転者にハンドルの把持を要求するハンズオン状態で前記自車両の走行を制御する区間であって、
前記終了地点は、前記道路工事区間から、前記運転者が前記ハンドルから手を離したハンズオフ状態での前記自車両の走行を許可する通常区間に切り替わる地点である請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の工事区間判定方法。 - 自車両の走行時に、交通規制のための工事関連物が設置された道路工事区間を判定するプロセッサを備える工事区間判定装置において、
前記プロセッサは、
前記自車両に搭載したセンサから取得される、前記自車両周囲の車両周囲情報に基づき、前記自車両の前方に前記工事関連物を検出したか否かを判定し、
前記工事関連物を検出したと判定した場合には、前記工事関連物から前記自車両の前方に所定距離離れた地点を、前記道路工事区間の終了地点として判定し、
前記所定距離は、前記工事関連物を検出し、且つ、検出した前記工事関連物の周囲に他車両を検出していない場合には、前記工事関連物を検出し、且つ、検出した前記工事関連物の周囲に前記他車両を検出した場合よりも短い工事区間判定装置。
