Description

The present invention relates to a tape-type disposable diaper.

Conventionally, tape-type disposable diapers have been widely known. Tape-type disposable diapers are formed into a pants-like shape and worn by fastening fastening tapes on the left and right sides of the diaper to a target tape on the outer surface of the diaper. For example, Patent Documents 1 to 3 disclose such disposable diapers.

When wearing a tape-type disposable diaper, it is required that the fastening tape can be securely attached to the target tape, so that the disposable diaper can be stably attached around the waist of the wearer. The present invention was made in consideration of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to provide a disposable diaper that has fastening tape on both sides in the width direction and a target tape on the outer surface for fastening the fastening tape, and in which the hook members of the fastening tape can be easily engaged with the target tape.

The disposable diaper in the embodiment of the present invention that can solve the above problem is a tape-type disposable diaper having a width direction and a front-rear direction, and fastening tape provided on both sides of the width direction of the diaper body; the fastening tape is provided with hook members of a hook-and-loop fastener; the outer surface side of the diaper body is provided with a target tape with which the hook members of the fastening tape engage when the diaper is worn; the target tape has a base layer and an engagement layer provided on the outer surface side of the base layer and in which a mesh structure is formed by threads; the mesh structure has a lattice section in which threads are arranged in a square lattice pattern, and a mesh section in which threads diagonally connect at least two lattice points of the square lattice. The target tape has two regions in the width direction, a first region located on one side in the width direction and a second region located on the other side in the width direction; among the diagonal portions, a first diagonal portion is one in which the yarns are arranged so as to diagonally connect two lattice points from the rear side to the front side in the front-to-rear direction from one side to the other side in the width direction, and a second diagonal portion is one in which the yarns are arranged so as to diagonally connect two lattice points from the rear side to the front side in the front-to-rear direction from the other side to one side in the width direction, the number of first diagonal portions in the first region is greater than the number of second diagonal portions, and the number of second diagonal portions in the second region is greater than the number of first diagonal portions.

As described above, the disposable diaper in the embodiment of the present invention is provided with a target tape having a mesh structure formed of yarns, and the target tape has two regions, a first region and a second region, in the width direction, and the first region is formed so that the mesh structure contains many first oblique portions, and the second region is formed so that the mesh structure contains many second oblique portions. Therefore, when the disposable diaper is worn, even if the fastening tape has one tab portion, the hook member of the tab portion is likely to engage with the corresponding region of the target tape, and the fastening tape can be firmly fastened to the target tape.

In another embodiment, the target tape may have a third region and a fourth region, which are two further regions in the front-rear direction. In this case, the target tape is provided with a first region located on the rear side in the front-rear direction and on one side in the width direction, a second region located on the rear side in the front-rear direction and on the other side in the width direction, a third region located on the front side in the front-rear direction and on one side in the width direction, and a fourth region located on the front side in the front-rear direction and on the other side in the width direction, and it is preferable that the number of first oblique portions is greater than the number of second oblique portions in the first region and the fourth region, and the number of second oblique portions is greater than the number of first oblique portions in the second region and the third region. In this manner, when the target tape is formed and, for example, two tab portions of the fastening tape are provided side by side in the front-rear direction, when the disposable diaper is worn, the hook members of the two tab portions of the fastening tape are easily engaged with the corresponding regions of the target tape, and the fastening tape can be firmly fastened to the target tape.

In an embodiment of the disposable diaper of the present invention, the fastening tapes arranged on both sides in the width direction of the diaper body preferably include a first fastening tape having a first tape body portion attached to one side of the diaper body in the width direction and a first knob portion extending from the first tape body portion to at least one side in the width direction, and a second fastening tape having a second tape body portion attached to the other side of the diaper body in the width direction and a second knob portion extending from the second tape body portion to at least the other side in the width direction.

In another embodiment of the disposable diaper of the present invention, the first gripping portion may have a front gripping portion and a rear gripping portion extending widthwise from the first tape body portion and spaced apart in the front-rear direction, and the second gripping portion may have a front gripping portion and a rear gripping portion extending widthwise from the second tape body portion and spaced apart in the front-rear direction. In this case, the front gripping portion and the rear gripping portion each have a hook member, the hook member having a base and a plurality of engaging elements protruding from the base, and it is preferable that at least the hook member provided on the rear gripping portion has the engaging elements arranged side by side in the front-rear direction.

In addition, as an embodiment of the hook member, the rear knob portion may be provided with an outer hook member and an inner hook member that is spaced apart in the width direction from the outer hook member and is located inward in the width direction from the outer hook member, and the height of the engaging element provided in the region along the inner edge in the width direction of the outer hook member may be higher than the height of the engaging element provided in the region further outward in the width direction, and the height of the engaging element provided in the region along the outer edge in the width direction of the inner hook member may be higher than the height of the engaging element provided in the region further inward in the width direction.

The rear gripping portion is provided with hook members consisting of an outer hook member and an inner hook member spaced apart in the width direction from the outer hook member and located inward in the width direction from the outer hook member, and the outer hook member may be formed so that the size of the top of the engaging element located in the area along the inner edge in the width direction is larger than the size of the top of the engaging element located in the area further outward in the width direction, and the inner hook member is formed so that the size of the top of the engaging element located in the area along the outer edge in the width direction is larger than the size of the top of the engaging element located in the area further inward in the width direction.

When two fastening tape tabs are provided side by side in the front-to-rear direction, the shape of the hook member can be changed as described above in the area where the rear tab overlaps the front tab, making it easier for the rear tab to engage over the front tab.

It is preferable that, when the diaper is worn, the first gripping portion of the first fastening tape is engaged with at least the first region, and the second gripping portion of the second fastening tape is engaged with at least the second region.

In addition, as one embodiment of the disposable diaper of the present invention, it is preferable that the two lattice points connected diagonally by the yarn in the first oblique portion are two adjacent rectangular lattice points, and the two lattice points connected diagonally by the yarn in the second oblique portion are two adjacent rectangular lattice points.

In one embodiment of the disposable diaper of the present invention, the target tape may have a first target tape and a second target tape. In this case, the first target tape may be disposed so as to be located on one side in the width direction as the first region, and the second target tape may be disposed so as to be located on the other side in the width direction as the second region.

In the disposable diaper according to the embodiment of the present invention, the hook members of the fastening tape can be easily engaged with the target tape.

The configuration of a disposable diaper according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that the present invention is not limited to the embodiment shown in the drawings.

Figures 1 to 3 show an example of a disposable diaper of the present invention. Figure 1 shows a plan view of the disposable diaper seen from the skin side, Figure 2 shows an example of a plan view of the disposable diaper shown in Figure 1 seen from the outer side, and Figure 3 shows a cross-sectional view of the disposable diaper shown in Figures 1 and 2 taken along line III-III. In the figures of this application, arrow x represents the width direction, arrow y represents the front-to-rear direction, and the direction perpendicular to the plane formed by arrows x and y represents the thickness direction z. In Figures 1 and 2, the upper side of the figures corresponds to the front side of the diaper, and the lower side of the figures corresponds to the rear side of the diaper.

The disposable diaper 1 has a diaper body 2 and fastening tapes 31 provided on both sides of the diaper body 2 in the width direction x. In Figs. 1 and 2, the diaper body 2 has a front side, a rear side, and a crotch portion located therebetween, and fastening tapes 31 are attached to both sides of the rear side of the diaper body 2. When the disposable diaper 1 is worn, the front side is placed against the wearer's abdomen, the crotch portion against the wearer's crotch, and the rear side against the wearer's back, and the fastening tapes 31 are fastened to the target tape 11 provided on the outer surface side of the front side of the diaper body 2, to form the diaper into a pants shape. Although not shown in the drawings, the fastening tapes 31 may be attached to both sides of the front side of the diaper body 2, and the target tape 11 may be provided on the outer surface side of the rear side of the diaper body 2.

The disposable diaper 1 has a front-rear direction y and a width direction x. The front-rear direction y corresponds to the direction extending in the front-rear direction between the crotch of the wearer when the disposable diaper is worn. The width direction x refers to a direction on the same plane as the disposable diaper and perpendicular to the front-rear direction y, and corresponds to the left-right direction of the wearer when the disposable diaper is worn. In addition, in the present invention, the skin-facing side of the disposable diaper refers to the side that faces the skin of the wearer when the disposable diaper is worn, and the outer surface side of the disposable diaper refers to the side that faces away from the wearer when the disposable diaper is worn.

The diaper body 2 has a top sheet 3, a back sheet 4, and an absorbent body 5 disposed between them. The top sheet 3 is a sheet that faces the wearer when the disposable diaper is worn, and the back sheet 4 is a sheet that faces away from the wearer when the disposable diaper is worn, i.e., faces the outer surface. Urine and other excreted by the wearer passes through the top sheet 3 and is contained in the absorbent body 5. The back sheet 4 prevents excreta from leaking to the outside.

The top sheet 3 is preferably liquid permeable, and may be, for example, a nonwoven fabric made of hydrophilic fibers such as cellulose, rayon, cotton, etc., or a nonwoven fabric made of hydrophobic fibers such as polyolefin (e.g., polypropylene, polyethylene), polyester (e.g., PET), polyamide (e.g., nylon), etc., in which the surface of the hydrophobic fibers has been made hydrophilic with a surfactant. In addition, the top sheet 3 may be made of a woven fabric, knitted fabric, perforated resin film, etc.

The back sheet 4 is preferably liquid impermeable, and may be a nonwoven fabric made of hydrophobic fibers such as polyolefin (e.g., polypropylene, polyethylene), polyester (e.g., PET), polyamide (e.g., nylon), or a resin film. A laminate of a nonwoven fabric and a film may also be used as the back sheet 4.

The absorbent 5 is not particularly limited as long as it contains an absorbent material capable of absorbing urine and other excrement. For example, the absorbent 5 may be a molded body obtained by molding an absorbent material into a predetermined shape, or a molded body covered with a covering sheet such as a paper sheet (e.g., tissue paper or thin paper) or a liquid-permeable nonwoven fabric. Examples of the absorbent material include hydrophilic fibers such as pulp fibers, and water-absorbent resins such as polyacrylic acid, polyaspartic acid, cellulose, and starch-acrylonitrile. The water-absorbent material may also include heat-welded fibers such as polyolefin fibers such as polyethylene and polypropylene, polyester fibers such as PET, and polyamide fibers. These heat-welded fibers may be hydrophilized with a surfactant or the like to increase their affinity with urine and the like.

The absorbent material preferably contains hydrophilic fibers in order to increase the absorption rate of urine, etc. Also, in order to increase the absorption capacity, the absorbent material preferably contains a water-absorbent resin. Therefore, the absorbent preferably contains hydrophilic fibers (particularly pulp fibers) and a water-absorbent resin. In this case, for example, it is preferable to use an aggregate of hydrophilic fibers mixed with or sprayed with a water-absorbent resin.

The absorbent body 5 may be a sheet-like absorbent body. Examples of sheet-like absorbent bodies include those formed with absorbent resin between nonwoven fabrics and no pulp fibers. A sheet-like absorbent body formed in this way can achieve a high absorption capacity because it has absorbent resin between the nonwoven fabrics. In addition, since the sheet-like absorbent body does not have pulp fibers between the nonwoven fabrics, it can be formed thin and not bulky.

The shape (planar shape) of the absorbent body 5 is not particularly limited. The shape of the absorbent body (or the molded body constituting the absorbent body) may be appropriately determined depending on the application, and examples include a rectangular, hourglass, gourd, and shuttlecock shape. Note that it is preferable that the absorbent body 5 or the molded body constituting the absorbent body 5 is formed in an hourglass shape so that the absorbent body 5 is less likely to be distorted even when it is sandwiched between the wearer's thighs and compressed in the width direction x.

In one embodiment, the diaper body 2 preferably has side sheets 6 attached to both sides of the top sheet 3 in the width direction x, the side sheets 6 extending outward in the width direction x beyond the top sheet 3. The side sheets 6 are preferably liquid-impermeable and may be made of a sheet material that can be used for the back sheet 4.

It is preferable that the side sheet 6 forms rising flaps 7 on both sides of the top sheet 3 in the width direction x. In this case, as shown in FIG. 3, it is preferable that the side sheet 6 is provided with a rising elastic member 8 extending in the front-rear direction y on the inner side of the joint 6A with the top sheet 3 in the width direction x. The inner part of the side sheet 6 is raised by the contraction force of the rising elastic member 8, and the rising flap 7 can be formed. By providing the rising flap 7, it is possible to prevent lateral leakage of urine, etc. The inner surface of the end of the rising flap 7 in the front-rear direction y may be joined to the top sheet 3, which makes it easier for the rising flap 7 to rise toward the wearer's skin when the diaper is worn.

When nonwoven fabric is used as each of the above-described sheets, it is preferable to use a spunbond nonwoven fabric, an air-through nonwoven fabric, a point-bond nonwoven fabric, a melt-blown nonwoven fabric, an air-laid nonwoven fabric, an SMS nonwoven fabric, etc. The mass per unit area of each sheet is preferably 10 g/m ² or more, more preferably 12 g/m ² or more, and preferably 40 g/m ² or less, more preferably 30 g/m ² or less.

It is preferable that the diaper body 2 is provided with leg elastic members 9 extending in the front-rear direction y on both sides of the width direction x. By providing the leg elastic members 9, gathers can be formed around the wearer's legs to improve the fit around the legs and prevent side leakage.

The diaper body 2 may be provided with waist elastic members 10 extending in the width direction x at the ends in the front-rear direction y. The contraction force of the waist elastic members 10 forms waist gathers that fit the wearer's waist circumference, preventing leakage of urine and other excrement from the back or abdominal area.

The elastic members described above can be made of elastic stretch materials typically used in disposable diapers, such as polyurethane thread, polyurethane film, and natural rubber. The elastic members are preferably fixed in a stretched state with an adhesive such as a hot melt adhesive. For example, polyurethane threads with a fineness of 40 to 1,240 dtex are stretched to a ratio of 1.1 to 5.0 and then fixed. A rubber-based hot melt adhesive is preferably used as the adhesive. The ratio is set to 1.0 in the non-stretched state.

The diaper body 2 is provided with fastening tapes 31 on both sides in the width direction x. The fastening tapes 31 are provided with hook members 37 of a hook-and-loop fastener, and when the disposable diaper 1 is worn, the hook members 37 of the fastening tapes 31 are attached to the target tape 11 provided on the outer surface side of the diaper body 2. The fastening tape 31 provided on one side of the diaper body 2 in the width direction x is referred to as the first fastening tape 31A, and the fastening tape 31 provided on the other side of the diaper body 2 in the width direction x is referred to as the second fastening tape 31B. The one side and the other side in the width direction x of the disposable diaper 1 correspond to the right and left sides or the left and right sides when the disposable diaper 1 is worn, and in the disposable diaper 1 shown in the drawings, the one side in the width direction x is the right side of the disposable diaper 1, and the other side in the width direction x is the left side of the disposable diaper 1.

As shown in Figures 6 to 8, the fastening tape 31 is configured by providing a hook member 37 on a tape substrate 36, and the hook member 37 is provided on the skin-facing side of the tape substrate 36. Figure 6 shows an enlarged plan view of the first fastening tape 31A provided on one side in the width direction x of the disposable diaper 1 shown in Figure 1, Figure 7 shows an enlarged plan view of the second fastening tape 31B provided on the other side in the width direction x of the disposable diaper 1 shown in Figure 1, and Figure 8 shows a VIII-VIII cross-sectional view of the first fastening tape 31A shown in Figure 6.

The fastening tape 31 has a tape body 32 at least a part of which is attached to the diaper body 2, and a gripping portion 33 extending from the tape body 32 in the width direction x, and the tape base material 36 constitutes the tape body 32 and the gripping portion 33, and it is preferable that the hook member 37 is provided on the gripping portion 33. The first fastening tape 31A provided on one side of the width direction x of the diaper body 2 has a first tape body 32A attached to one side of the width direction x of the diaper body 2, and a first gripping portion 33A extending from the first tape body 32A to at least one side of the width direction x. The second fastening tape 31B provided on the other side of the width direction x of the diaper body 2 has a second tape body 32B attached to the other side of the width direction x of the diaper body 2, and a second gripping portion 33B extending from the second tape body 32B to at least the other side of the width direction x.

A single fastening tape 31 may have only one gripping portion 33, or multiple gripping portions 33 may be provided.

In one embodiment, even when there is only one first gripping portion 33A and one second gripping portion 33B, as described below, the target tape 11 has two regions, a first region 17 and a second region 18, in the width direction x, and the first region 17 is formed so that the mesh structure 14 contains a large number of the first oblique portion 16A, and the second region 18 is formed so that the mesh structure 14 contains a large number of the second oblique portion 16B, so that it is easy to engage with the corresponding region of the target tape 11.

In addition, in one embodiment, in the disposable diaper 1 shown in the drawings, two gripping portions 33 are provided side by side in the front-to-rear direction y on one fastening tape 31. Specifically, the fastening tape 31 has a front gripping portion 34 and a rear gripping portion 35 that extend from the tape body portion 32 in the width direction x and are provided at a distance in the front-to-rear direction y, and the front gripping portion 34 and the rear gripping portion 35 are each provided with a hook member 37. The first gripping portion 33A includes a front gripping portion 34 and a rear gripping portion 35 that extend from the first tape body portion 32A in the width direction x and are spaced apart in the front-to-rear direction y, and the second gripping portion 33B includes a front gripping portion 34 and a rear gripping portion 35 that extend from the second tape body portion 32B in the width direction x and are spaced apart in the front-to-rear direction y, and a hook member 37 is provided on each of the front gripping portion 34 and the rear gripping portion 35.

A single grip portion 33 may be provided with only one hook member 37, or multiple hook members 37 may be provided. When multiple hook members 37 are provided on a single grip portion 33, the multiple hook members 37 are preferably provided spaced apart from one another in the width direction x. In the disposable diaper 1 shown in the drawings, a single grip portion 33 is provided with, as hook members 37, an outer hook member 37O and an inner hook member 37I that is spaced apart from the outer hook member 37O in the width direction x and is provided inward of the outer hook member 37O in the width direction x.

As shown in FIG. 8, the hook member 37 is formed by a number of engagement elements 39 protruding from a base 38. The shape of the engagement elements 39 is not particularly limited, and examples include a hook shape, an anchor shape, a mushroom shape, a column shape, etc.

The tape substrate 36 may be made of nonwoven fabric, woven fabric, knitted fabric, resin film, or a laminate of these. In order to increase the adhesion between the tape substrate 36 and the diaper body 2, the tape substrate 36 is preferably made of woven fabric, knitted fabric, or nonwoven fabric, and more preferably made of nonwoven fabric.

The target tape 11 is provided on the outer surface side of the back sheet 4. FIG. 4 shows a partially enlarged plan view of the target tape 11 provided on the disposable diaper 1 shown in FIG. 2. The target tape 11 has a base layer 12 and an engagement layer 13 provided on the outer surface side of the base layer 12 and having a mesh structure 14 formed of threads. The mesh structure 14 functions as a loop portion that engages with the hook member 37. By forming the target tape 11 in this manner, it is possible to form the thickness of the target tape 11 thin while ensuring the engagement force with the hook member 37 of the fastening tape 31.

The base layer 12 can be made of a sheet-like substrate, and is preferably made of a film layer. By making the base layer 12 of a film layer, it becomes easier to engage the hook members 37 with the thread network structure 14 formed on the base layer 12.

The threads constituting the engagement layer 13 may be made of synthetic, semi-synthetic or natural fibers, and may be monofilaments or multifilaments. The threads constituting the engagement layer 13 may be fixed to the base layer 12, for example, by an adhesive, or by providing an adhesive layer between the base layer 12 and the engagement layer 13, thereby fixing the threads constituting the engagement layer 13 to the base layer 12.

The mesh structure 14 of the engagement layer 13 includes a lattice portion 15 in which threads are arranged in a square lattice pattern. This allows the mesh structure 14 to be stably formed on the base layer 12. It is preferable that the threads form knots at the lattice points of the square lattice. The mesh structure 14 may be formed from one thread or multiple threads. In terms of ease of forming the mesh structure 14, it is preferable that the mesh structure 14 is formed from multiple threads.

The yarns constituting the square lattice preferably extend in the width direction x and the front-rear direction y. The lattice points of the square lattice are preferably arranged at a pitch of 0.5 mm to 10 mm in the width direction x and the front-rear direction y, with the pitch being more preferably 1 mm or more, even more preferably 1.5 mm or more, more preferably 7 mm or less, and even more preferably 5 mm or less.

The mesh structure 14 of the engagement layer 13 further includes a diagonal portion 16 in which the yarn is arranged to diagonally connect at least two lattice points of the square lattice. The yarn constituting the diagonal portion 16 extends to diagonally connect at least two lattice points, and may extend to connect three or more lattice points. In the mesh structure 14, one yarn may form both the lattice portion 15 and the diagonal portion 16, or the thread constituting the lattice portion 15 and the yarn constituting the diagonal portion 16 may be separate.

The oblique portion 16 includes a first oblique portion 16A and a second oblique portion 16B that extend obliquely in different directions. Specifically, the oblique portion 16 includes a first oblique portion 16A in which the yarn is arranged to connect two lattice points from one side to the other side in the width direction x (from the left side to the right side in FIG. 4) diagonally from the rear side to the front side in the front-rear direction y, and a second oblique portion 16B in which the yarn is arranged to connect two lattice points from the other side to one side in the width direction x (from the right side to the left side in FIG. 4) diagonally from the rear side to the front side in the front-rear direction y. The first oblique portion 16A and the second oblique portion 16B are formed to connect lattice points that are adjacent to each other by one or more than two in the width direction x and adjacent to each other by one or more than two in the front-rear direction y. In FIG. 4, the first diagonal portion 16A and the second diagonal portion 16B are formed to connect lattice points that are two adjacent to each other in the width direction x and one adjacent to each other in the front-rear direction y.

One first diagonal portion 16A and one second diagonal portion 16B are formed by a yarn thread diagonally connecting two lattice points. One yarn thread may form multiple first diagonal portions 16A, one yarn thread may form multiple second diagonal portions 16B, or one yarn thread may have a part that forms the first diagonal portion 16A and another part that forms the second diagonal portion 16B. The number of first diagonal portions 16A and the number of second diagonal portions 16B can be determined by counting the number of parts where the yarn thread diagonally connects two lattice points.

In one embodiment, the target tape 11 is configured such that the engagement layer 13 has a mesh structure 14 including the lattice portion 15 and the diagonal portion 16 as described above, and as shown in FIG. 4, the target tape 11 has two regions in the width direction x, a first region 17 located on one side of the width direction x (the left side of the drawing in FIG. 4) and a second region 18 located on the other side of the width direction x (the right side of the drawing in FIG. 4), and is configured such that the number of first diagonal portions 16A is greater than the number of second diagonal portions 16B in the first region 17, and the number of second diagonal portions 16B is greater than the number of first diagonal portions 16A in the second region 18 (first embodiment). In FIG. 4, the first region 17 has only the first oblique portion 16A as the oblique portion 16, and the second region 18 has only the second oblique portion 16B as the oblique portion 16. However, the first region 17 may have a smaller number of second oblique portions 16B than the number of first oblique portions 16A, and the second region 18 may have a smaller number of first oblique portions 16A than the number of second oblique portions 16B.

Note that one target tape 11 may be divided into multiple regions, or a separate target tape 11 may be arranged for each region. For example, as one embodiment of the disposable diaper 1 of the present invention, the target tape 11 may have a first target tape as the first region 17 and a second target tape as the second region 18. In this case, the first target tape may be arranged to be located on one side of the width direction x as the first region 17, and the second target tape may be arranged to be located on the other side of the width direction x as the second region 18. The first region 17 and the second region 18 may be arranged to be spaced apart from each other with the center line of the width direction x as a boundary, which has the advantage that it is easy for the wearer and/or caregiver to align the center of the diaper in the width direction x with the center of the wearer's body when wearing the diaper.

The target tape 11 is configured as described above, so that when the disposable diaper 1 is worn, the hook member 37 of the fastening tape 31 can be easily engaged with the target tape 11. To explain this in detail, the tape-type disposable diaper 1 is preferably worn so as to cover the iliac crest on the side of the wearer's pelvis in order to provide stable support around the wearer's waist when worn. In this case, the disposable diaper 1 is preferably worn around the wearer's waist so as to cover the iliac crest from above. When the disposable diaper 1 is worn in this manner, the fastening tape 31 is fastened in an oblique direction to the target tape 11. That is, when the fastening tape 31 is fastened to the target tape 11, the fastening tape 31 is arranged on the target tape 11 from the outside to the inside in the width direction x, from above to below the wearer. In this case, when the first region 17 and the second region 18 are formed in the target tape 11 as described above, the hook member 37 of the fastening tape 31 is particularly likely to engage with the first oblique portion 16A or the second oblique portion 16B of the mesh structure 14 of the engagement layer 13 of the target tape 11.

Specifically, when the disposable diaper 1 is worn, the first tab portion 33A of the first fastening tape 31A is engaged with at least the first region 17 of the target tape 11, and the second tab portion 33B of the second fastening tape 31B is engaged with at least the second region 18 of the target tape 11, but the hook member 37 of the first fastening tape 31A is easily engaged with the first oblique portion 16A of the engagement layer 13 of the first region 17 of the target tape 11, and the hook member 37 of the second fastening tape 31B is easily engaged with the second oblique portion 16B of the engagement layer 13 of the second region 18 of the target tape 11. Therefore, even if there is only one tab portion 33 of the fastening tape 31, it is firmly attached to the target tape 11, and the disposable diaper 1 can be stably worn around the waist of the wearer.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the disposable diaper 1 can also be suitably applied to a disposable diaper in which the fastening tape 31 has two tabs 33, a front tab 34 and a rear tab 35, as shown in the drawings. The disposable diaper 1 configured in this manner is suitable for so-called cross fastening, in which the front tab 34 and the rear tab 35 arranged side by side in the front-rear direction y are overlapped so as to cross each other and fastened to the target tape 11 when worn (see FIG. 11). When the fastening tape 31 is fastened to the target tape 11 by cross fastening, the side of the wearer's pelvis is easily supported from above and below by the disposable diaper 1. This improves the fit of the disposable diaper 1 around the wearer's waist and around the base of both legs, allowing the disposable diaper 1 to be worn stably.

When fastening tape 31 is fastened to target tape 11 by cross fastening, it is preferable to first fasten front tab portion 34 to target tape 11, and then fasten rear tab portion 35 to target tape 11 so as to cross and overlap front tab portion 34. This allows disposable diaper 1 to be worn around the wearer's waist with good fit, particularly around the base of the wearer's legs, and effectively prevents leakage of urine, etc. from the wearer's crotch. Cross fastening also makes it easier to put on disposable diaper 1.

When the fastening tape 31 is fastened to the target tape 11 as described above, the rear gripping portion 35 is fastened to the target tape 11 with the front gripping portion 34 sandwiched therebetween. The rear gripping portion 35 is also arranged on the target tape 11 so as to face the wearer from above to below, from the outside to the inside in the width direction x. Therefore, by forming the first region 17 and the second region 18 on the target tape 11 as described above, the hook member 37 of the rear gripping portion 35 can easily engage with the first oblique portion 16A or the second oblique portion 16B of the mesh structure 14 of the engagement layer 13 of the target tape 11, and can maintain a stable engagement state when the disposable diaper 1 is worn.

Specifically, the hook member 37 of the rear tab portion 35 of the first fastening tape 31A is easily engaged with the first oblique portion 16A of the engagement layer 13 of the first region 17 of the target tape 11, and the hook member 37 of the rear tab portion 35 of the second fastening tape 31B is easily engaged with the second oblique portion 16B of the engagement layer 13 of the second region 18 of the target tape 11. As a result, the fastening tape 31 can be stably attached to the target tape 11 by cross fastening.

In another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, the target tape 11 is divided into two regions in the width direction x and two regions in the front-rear direction y, and has a first region 19 located on one side of the width direction x at the rear of the front-rear direction y, a second region 20 located on the other side of the width direction x at the rear of the front-rear direction y, a third region 21 located on one side of the width direction x at the front of the front-rear direction y, and a fourth region 22 located on the other side of the width direction x at the front of the front-rear direction y, and the number of first oblique portions 16A is greater than the number of second oblique portions 16B in the first region 19 and the fourth region 22, and the number of second oblique portions 16B is greater than the number of first oblique portions 16A in the second region 20 and the third region 21 (second embodiment). The first region 19 and the second region 20 are located below the third region 21 and the fourth region 22 when the wearer is standing up while wearing the disposable diaper 1. In this case, the first region 19 and the second region 20 of the target tape 11 in the second embodiment correspond to the first region 17 and the second region 18 of the target tape 11 in the first embodiment, and the third region 21 and the fourth region 22 are formed on the front-rear direction y of the first region 17 and the second region 18. In FIG. 5, the first region 19 and the fourth region 22 are provided with only the first oblique portion 16A as the oblique portion 16, and the second region 20 and the third region 21 are provided with only the second oblique portion 16B as the oblique portion 16, but the first region 19 and the fourth region 22 may be provided with a number of second oblique portions 16B less than the number of first oblique portions 16A, and the second region 20 and the third region 21 may be provided with a number of first oblique portions 16A less than the number of second oblique portions 16B.

When the target tape 11 is configured as described above and two fastening tape 31 tabs 33 are provided side by side in the front-rear direction y, the fastening tape 31 can be stably fastened to the target tape 11 by cross fastening. When the fastening tape 31 is fastened to the target tape 11 configured as described above by cross fastening as shown in FIG. 11, it is preferable that at least the tip portion of the hook member 37 of the front tab 34 of the first fastening tape 31A is fastened to the third region 21 of the target tape 11, and at least the tip portion of the hook member 37 of the front tab 34 of the second fastening tape 31B is fastened to the fourth region 22 of the target tape 11. When the front tab 34 is provided with an outer hook member 37O and an inner hook member 37I as the hook members 37 as shown in the drawings, it is preferable that at least the outer hook member 37O is fastened to the third region 21 or the fourth region 22 of the target tape 11. When two gripping portions 33 arranged side by side in the front-rear direction y of the fastening tape 31 are cross-fastened to the target tape 11, the front gripping portion 34 is arranged on the target tape 11 from outside to inside in the width direction x, from below to above the wearer. Therefore, by forming the third region 21 and the fourth region 22 on the target tape 11 as described above, the hook member 37 of the front gripping portion 34 is easily engaged with the first oblique portion 16A or the second oblique portion 16B of the mesh structure 14 of the engagement layer 13 of the target tape 11.

Specifically, the hook member 37 of the front tab portion 34 of the first fastening tape 31A is more likely to engage with the second oblique portion 16B of the engagement layer 13 of the third region 21 of the target tape 11, and the hook member 37 of the front tab portion 34 of the second fastening tape 31B is more likely to engage with the first oblique portion 16A of the engagement layer 13 of the fourth region 22 of the target tape 11. As a result, when the front tab portion 34 is fastened to the target tape 11, the front tab portion 34 is less likely to come off the tip side of the target tape 11.

As for the rear gripping portion 35, it is preferable that at least the tip portion of the hook member 37 of the rear gripping portion 35 of the first fastening tape 31A is fastened to the first region 19 of the target tape 11, and at least the tip portion of the hook member 37 of the rear gripping portion 35 of the second fastening tape 31B is fastened to the second region 20 of the target tape 11. When the outer hook member 37O and the inner hook member 37I are provided as the hook member 37 in the rear gripping portion 35 as in the fastening tape 31 shown in the drawings, it is preferable that at least the outer hook member 37O is fastened to the first region 19 or the second region 20 of the target tape 11. When the fastening tape 31 is cross-fastened to the target tape 11, the rear gripping portion 35 is arranged so as to face from the outside to the inside of the width direction x on the target tape 11 from above to below the wearer. Therefore, by forming the first region 19 and the second region 20 in the target tape 11 as described above, the hook member 37 of the rear gripping portion 35 can easily engage with the first oblique portion 16A or the second oblique portion 16B of the mesh structure 14 of the engagement layer 13 of the target tape 11.

Specifically, the hook member 37 of the rear tab portion 35 of the first fastening tape 31A is easily engaged with the first oblique portion 16A of the engagement layer 13 of the first region 19 of the target tape 11, and the hook member 37 of the rear tab portion 35 of the second fastening tape 31B is easily engaged with the second oblique portion 16B of the engagement layer 13 of the second region 20 of the target tape 11. As a result, when the rear tab portion 35 is fastened to the target tape 11 and the disposable diaper 1 is worn, the rear tab portion 35 is less likely to come off the target tape 11 from the tip side.

As shown in FIG. 5, the target tape 11 is divided into four regions, a first region 19, a second region 20, a third region 21, and a fourth region 22, in the width direction x and the front-rear direction y. The number of first diagonal portions 16A is greater than the number of second diagonal portions 16B in the first region 19 and the fourth region 22, and the number of second diagonal portions 16B is greater than the number of first diagonal portions 16A in the second region 20 and the third region 21. This allows the fastening tape 31 to be stably fastened to the target tape 11 by cross fastening.

When multiple regions are formed on the target tape 11 as described above, each region may be composed of a common base layer 12 or a separate base layer 12, and each region may be composed of a common engagement layer 13 or a separate engagement layer 13. The target tape 11 may be divided to correspond to each region.

In the target tape 11 of the first embodiment, the first region 17 and the second region 18 are preferably separated by a center line in the width direction x (i.e., a center line extending in the front-rear direction y). Similarly, in the target tape 11 of the second embodiment, the first region 19 and the second region 20 are preferably separated by a center line in the width direction x, and the third region 21 and the fourth region 22 are preferably separated by a center line in the width direction x (i.e., a center line extending in the front-rear direction y). This allows the fastening tape 31 to be more reliably and stably attached to the target tape 11.

In the first region 17, 19 and the fourth region 22, both the first diagonal portion 16A and the second diagonal portion 16B may be present as long as the number of the first diagonal portions 16A is greater than the number of the second diagonal portions 16B. In these regions, the number of the first diagonal portions 16A is preferably 1.25 times or more the number of the second diagonal portions 16B, more preferably 1.5 times or more, and even more preferably 2 times or more. In the first region 17, 19 and the fourth region 22, the second diagonal portions 16B may not be present.

In the second region 18, 20 and the third region 21, both the first and second oblique portions 16A and 16B may be present, so long as the number of the second oblique portions 16B is greater than the number of the first oblique portions 16A. In these regions, the number of the second oblique portions 16B is preferably 1.25 times or more, more preferably 1.5 times or more, and even more preferably 2 times or more, the number of the first oblique portions 16A. In the second region 18, 20 and the third region 21, the first oblique portions 16A may not be present.

In an embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the yarn that constitutes the oblique portion 16 connects two lattice points obliquely and extends loosely between the two lattice points rather than straight. This makes it easier for the hook member 37 to engage with the oblique portion 16. For example, it is preferable that the yarn that constitutes the oblique portion 16 extends loosely between the two lattice points more than the yarn that constitutes the lattice portion 15. Specifically, when the length of the path of the yarn that constitutes the oblique portion 16 connecting the two lattice points is L1, the length of the straight line connecting the two lattice points is L2, the length of the path of the yarn that constitutes the lattice portion 15 connecting the two lattice points is L3, and the length of the straight line connecting the two lattice points is L4, it is preferable that the value of L1/L2 is greater than the value of L3/L4.

When a straight line is drawn connecting two lattice points that are diagonally connected by the yarns that make up the oblique portion 16, the angle of the line is preferably 10° or more clockwise or counterclockwise based on a line extending in the width direction x, more preferably 20° or more, and is preferably 80° or less, more preferably 70° or less.

The two lattice points connected diagonally by the yarn in the first diagonal section 16A are preferably two adjacent rectangular lattice points. The two lattice points connected diagonally by the yarn in the second diagonal section 16B are preferably two adjacent rectangular lattice points. This makes it easier for the hook member 37 to engage with the first diagonal section 16A or the second diagonal section 16B.

When the fastening tape 31 has a front gripping portion 34 and a rear gripping portion 35 as in the disposable diaper 1 shown in the drawings, it is preferable that the hook members 37 provided on at least the rear gripping portion 35 have the engagement elements 39 arranged side by side in the front-rear direction y. As described above, the fastening tape 31 having the front gripping portion 34 and the rear gripping portion 35 is suitable for cross fastening, and as shown in FIG. 11 in particular, by fastening the front gripping portion 34 to the target tape 11 and then fastening the rear gripping portion 35 to the target tape 11 so as to cross and overlap the front gripping portion 34, the fit around the base of the wearer's legs can be improved, and leakage of urine, etc. from the crotch of the wearer can be effectively prevented.

In addition, in order to increase the engagement force between the hook member 37 of the rear gripping portion 35 and the target tape 11, it is preferable that the hook member 37 provided on the rear gripping portion 35 has the engagement elements 39 arranged side by side in the front-rear direction y. By configuring the hook member 37 of the rear gripping portion 35 in this manner, the rear gripping portion 35 can be more stably attached to the target tape 11. Specifically, the hook member 37 of the rear gripping portion 35 of the first fastening tape 31A is easily engaged by the first oblique portion 16A of the engagement layer 13 of the first region 17 or the first region 19 of the target tape 11, and the hook member 37 of the rear gripping portion 35 of the second fastening tape 31B is easily engaged by the second oblique portion 16B of the engagement layer 13 of the second region 18 or the second region 20 of the target tape 11, so that the fit of the disposable diaper 1 when worn is easily maintained. It is preferable that the hook members 37 provided on the front gripping portion 34 of the fastening tape 31 have engagement elements 39 arranged side by side in the front-rear direction y.

When the rear knob portion 35 is overlapped on the front knob portion 34 and cross-fastened, in order to stably fasten the rear knob portion 35 to the target tape 11, it is preferable that the rear knob portion 35 is provided with an outer hook member 37O and an inner hook member 37I as the hook member 37. In this case, the portion between the outer hook member 37O and the inner hook member 37I of the rear knob portion 35 is overlapped so as to cross the front knob portion 34, and the outer hook member 37O and the inner hook member 37I are fastened to the target tape 11, so that the rear knob portion 35 can be stably fastened to the target tape 11.

When cross-fastening the fastening tape 31 as described above, it is preferable that the outer hook member 37O and the inner hook member 37I are fastened across the tape base material 36 of the front gripping portion 34 and the target tape 11, which are overlapped and crossed. This allows the rear gripping portion 35 to be stably overlapped on the front gripping portion 34 and cross-fastened.

In order to stably overlap the rear gripping portion 35 on the front gripping portion 34 and cross-fasten it, as shown in FIG. 9, it is preferable that the height of the engaging element 39 provided in the region 40 along the inner edge of the rear gripping portion 35 is higher than the height of the engaging element 39 provided in the region further outward in the width direction x of the outer hook member 37O of the rear gripping portion 35, and the height of the engaging element 39 provided in the region 41 along the outer edge of the width direction x of the inner hook member 37I of the rear gripping portion 35 is higher than the height of the engaging element 39 provided in the region further inward in the width direction x of the outer hook member 37O of the rear gripping portion 35. By forming each hook member 37 in this way, the rear gripping portion 35 can be easily engaged on the front gripping portion 34 and can be stably fastened, so that the fastening tape 31 can be stably cross-fastened on the target tape 11 when the disposable diaper 1 is worn. The hook member 37 of the front gripping portion 34 may also be configured in this way.

As shown in FIG. 10, in the rear grip portion 35, the outer hook member 37O is preferably formed so that the size of the top of the engaging element 39 provided in the region 40 along the inner edge in the width direction x is larger than the size of the top of the engaging element 39 provided in the region further outward in the width direction x, and the inner hook member 37I is preferably formed so that the size of the top of the engaging element 39 provided in the region 41 along the outer edge in the width direction x is larger than the size of the top of the engaging element 39 provided in the region further inward in the width direction x. Even when each hook member 37 is formed in this manner, the rear grip portion 35 is easily engaged on the front grip portion 34 and is stably fastened, so that when the disposable diaper 1 is worn, the fastening tape 31 can be stably cross-fastened on the target tape 11. The hook member 37 of the front grip portion 34 may also be configured in this manner.
