Furthermore, a gap concealing part 33 is also attached to the side of the exterior wall 3 of the column 10 of the independent frame 7, and the gap between the column 10 and the exterior wall 3 is concealed by the gap concealing part 33.

Normally, a sunroom is fixed to the building's structural structure (pillars and studs) with screws by abutting the rafter hangers 25 and structural mullions 27 against the exterior wall 3, but this simple structure can be installed without being related to the building's structural structure by providing an independent frame 7 at a distance from the exterior wall 3 on the outside and attaching the rafter hangers 25 and structural mullions 27 to the independent frame 7. In addition, there is no need to drill holes in the building's structural structure, and the simple building 1 does not apply any load to the building's structural structure.

As shown in Figs. 5 to 8, the cover material 2 is formed in a gate shape by an upper cover material 2a and left and right vertical cover materials 2b, 2b.
1, the upper cover material 2a has a cover material main body 4a attached to the rafter hanger 25 of the simple building main body 8, an exterior wall attachment 5a attached by adhesion to the exterior wall 3, and a displacement absorbing portion 6a connecting the cover material main body 4a and the exterior wall attachment 5a. The upper cover material 2a is provided straddling the beams 11 of the independent frame 7 without contacting the beams 11, and a gap 34 is formed between the lower surface of the upper cover material 2a and the upper surface of the beams 11. If the upper cover material 2a bends downward due to the weight of snow or the like, the bending is restricted by the protrusions 76 provided on the upper surface of the beams 11.

The cover body 4a is made of an aluminum hollow extrusion, and a partition wall 35 is provided in the center in the front-to-rear direction to separate the hollow portion. An upper cover auxiliary material 36 is attached to the underside of the front side of the cover body 4a. The upper cover auxiliary material 36 has a hollow portion 37 with a substantially rectangular cross section, and has a locking portion 38 and a mounting piece 39 on the horizontal upper wall of the hollow portion 37. The upper wall abuts against the underside of the cover body 4a, the locking portion 38 is locked to a protrusion 40 formed on the cover body 4a, and the mounting piece 39 is fixed to the cover body 4a with a screw 41 from below. The front wall 42 of the cover body 4a hangs downward, hiding the upper cover auxiliary material 36. The upper cover auxiliary material 36 has a hook-shaped cross-section mounting portion 43 that protrudes forward, and the upper cover material 2a is attached to the rafter hanger 25 by hooking the mounting portion 43 from the front onto the upper wall of the rafter hanger 25 and fastening it from above with a screw 44. The rear end of the cover material main body 4a has a mounting groove 45 that opens upward and is used to mount the displacement absorbing portion 6a.

The exterior wall attachment 5a is attached to the exterior wall 3 at a position shifted upward from the cover material main body 4a. The exterior wall attachment 5a is formed from an aluminum profile and is thinner and lighter than the cover material main body 4a. The exterior wall attachment 5a has a hollow portion 46 on the lower side and a mounting groove 45 for mounting the displacement absorbing portion 6a that opens toward the front side, and has a sealing material receiving portion 47 with an L-shaped cross section on the upper side. The exterior wall attachment 5a may be attached to the exterior wall 3 only by bonding, but it can also be attached by screwing to the exterior wall 3 at the plate-shaped portion 49 between the sealing material receiving portion 47 and the hollow portion 46. The sealant receiving portion 47 is filled with a wet sealant 50, which prevents rainwater from seeping in along the exterior wall 3.

The displacement absorbing portion 6a is made of rubber or resin, and has mounting portions 51, 51 at the front and rear ends that are pressed into and held in the mounting grooves 45 of the cover material main body 4a and the exterior wall attachment 5a, and the front and rear mounting portions 51, 51 are connected by an expandable portion 52 that is folded like a bellows. The displacement absorbing portion 6a is attached by pressing the front mounting portion 51 into the mounting groove 45 of the cover material main body 4a from above and pressing the rear mounting portion 51 into the mounting groove 45 of the exterior wall attachment 5a from the front, and the expandable portion 52 expands and contracts to absorb the displacement between the simple building 1 and the exterior wall 3.

As shown in FIG. 3, like the upper cover material 2a, the vertical cover material 2b has a cover material main body 4b attached to the temporary building main body 8, an exterior wall side attachment 5b attached by adhesive to the exterior wall 3, and a displacement absorbing part 6b connecting the cover material main body 4b and the exterior wall side attachment 5b. The vertical cover material 2b is provided in a state of not contacting the column 10 by straddling the column 10 of the independent frame 7, and a gap 34 is formed between the inner peripheral side surface of the vertical cover material 2b and the side surface of the column 10. A vertical cover auxiliary material 53 is attached to the inner peripheral side surface of the front end of the cover material main body 4b, and an attachment piece 54 provided to protrude forward from the vertical cover auxiliary material 53 is screwed to the structural upright 27 from the side with a screw 55, and the vertical cover material 2b is attached to the structural upright 27 of the temporary building main body 8.

As shown in Fig. 4, the lower end of the covering material body 4b of the vertical covering material 2b is buried in the ground together with the pillars 10 of the independent frame 7 and fixed with concrete 14, thereby making the vertical covering material 2b self-supporting. As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the covering material body 4a of the upper covering material 2a is disposed with its lower surface abutting against the upper end surface of the covering material body 4b of the vertical covering material 2b, and an L-shaped connector 56 closes the small end of the covering material body 4a of the upper covering material 2a and connects the covering material body 4a of the upper covering material 2a to the covering material body 4b of the vertical covering material 2b.
The outer wall attachment 5b of the vertical covering material 2b is attached to the outer wall 3 at a position shifted toward the outer periphery from the covering material main body 4b, as shown in Fig. 3. The outer wall attachment 5b of the vertical covering material 2b has its lower end abutted against the ground G, as shown in Fig. 4. The outer wall attachment 5a of the upper covering material 2a is disposed with its lower surface abutting against the upper end surface of the outer wall attachment 5b of the vertical covering material 2b, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2, and the ends of the vertical and horizontal outer wall attachments 5a, 5b are connected to each other by metal fittings 57.

In this way, this simple structure is composed of the covering material main bodies 4a, 4b, to which the covering material 2 is attached to the simple building 1 (simple building main body 8), the exterior wall side attachments 5a, 5b, which are attached to the exterior wall 3 by adhesive, and the displacement absorbing parts 6a, 6b, which connect the covering material main bodies 4a, 4b and the exterior wall side attachments 5a, 5b. Therefore, it is only necessary to attach the thin and light exterior wall side attachments 5a, 5b to the exterior wall 3, and the installation of the covering material 2 can be easily carried out by connecting the covering material main bodies 4a, 4b attached to the simple building 1 and the exterior wall side attachments 5a, 5b with the displacement absorbing parts 6a, 6b.
The exterior wall attachments 5a, 5b are attached to the exterior wall 3 at a position above and offset toward the outer periphery of the cover material bodies 4a, 4b. Therefore, even if a relative displacement occurs between the simple building 1 and the exterior wall 3, the exterior wall attachments 5a, 5b and the cover material bodies 4a, 4b do not interfere with each other, preventing damage, etc.
The displacement absorbing portions 6a, 6b have mounting portions 51, 51 at the front and rear ends, and can be easily installed by pushing the front mounting portion 51 into the mounting groove 45 of the cover material main body 4a, 4b from the outer periphery and pushing the rear mounting portion 51 into the mounting groove 45 of the exterior wall attachment 5a, 5b from the front, further improving workability.
In the upper cover material 2a, the folding direction of the bellows of the displacement absorbing portion 6a is the vertical direction (see FIG. 1), so that rainwater is less likely to accumulate on the upper surface of the displacement absorbing portion 6a.

Furthermore, in this simple structure, the cover material 2 is formed into a gate shape by the upper cover material 2a and the vertical cover materials 2b, 2b, and the lower ends of the vertical cover materials 2b, 2b are buried in the ground to allow them to stand on their own. This prevents the upper cover material 2a from falling and the vertical cover materials 2b, 2b from collapsing, and allows the cover material 2 to be installed stably, making construction easy.
The cover material 2 is attached to the temporary building body 8 and covers the gap between the temporary building body 8 and the exterior wall 3 across the independent frame 7, so that the independent frame 7 is not exposed to the outside, improving the design, and at the same time, rainwater does not infiltrate between the independent frame 7 and the temporary building body 8, so that the waterproofing is high.

1 and 2, cushioning materials 9 are attached to the side surfaces of the outer wall 3 of the beams 11 of the independent frame 7. The cushioning materials 9 are made of rubber or resin, and are provided at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the beams 11, for example, at three locations on both the left and right sides and in the center. The cushioning materials 9 protrude toward the outer wall 3 beyond the cover material main body 4a of the upper cover material 2a.
By providing the cushioning material 9 in this manner, when the simple building 1 is displaced toward the exterior wall 3 due to an earthquake, typhoon, etc., the cushioning material 9 can absorb the impact and prevent damage to the cover material 2, etc., and even if the exterior wall side attachment 5a becomes separated from the exterior wall 3, the presence of the cushioning material 9 can prevent the cover material 2a from falling.

Furthermore, the gap between the simple building 1 and the exterior wall 3 is sealed with the cover material 2, so rain does not get in between the simple building 1 and the exterior wall 3.

As described above, this simple structure (first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh embodiments) comprises a simple building 1 and a cover material 2, the simple building 1 is installed away from the exterior wall 3 of the building, and the cover material 2 covers the gap between the simple building 1 and the exterior wall 3. The cover material main body 4, 4a, 4b is attached to the simple building 1, the exterior wall side attachments 5, 5a, 5b are glued or screwed to the exterior wall 3, and the cover material main body 4, 4a, 4b and the exterior wall side attachments 5, 5a, 5b are connected to each other by the displacement absorbing parts 6, 6a, 6b. Therefore, the simple building 1 can be installed regardless of the building's framework structure, and it is only necessary to attach the exterior wall side attachments 5, 5a, 5b to the exterior wall 3, and the cover material main body 4, 4a, 4b attached to the simple building 1 and the exterior wall side attachments 5, 5a, 5b are connected to each other by the displacement absorbing parts 6, 6a, 6b, making construction easy. Since the gap between the temporary building 1 and the exterior wall 3 is covered with the covering material 2, rain does not enter between the temporary building 1 and the exterior wall 3. Since the covering material 2 has the displacement absorbing parts 6, 6a, 6b, the relative displacement between the temporary building 1 and the exterior wall 3 can be absorbed.
The exterior wall attachments 5, 5a, 5b and the displacement absorbing sections 6, 6a, 6b can be used interchangeably regardless of the type or shape of the temporary building 1.

The present simple structure (first, second, third and seventh embodiments) comprises a simple building 1 and a cover material 2. The simple building 1 is composed of an independent frame 7 installed away from the exterior wall 3 of the building and a simple building main body 8 attached to the independent frame 7. The cover material 2 covers the gap between the simple building 1 and the exterior wall 3, and is composed of cover material main bodies 4, 4a, 4b attached to the simple building main body 8 or the independent frame 7, exterior wall side attachments 5, 5a, 5b attached to the exterior wall 3 by bonding or screwing, and the cover material main body 4, 4a, 4b attached to the simple building main body 8 or the independent frame 7. Since the cover material 2 has displacement absorbing parts 6, 6a, 6b connecting the bodies 4, 4a, 4b and the outer wall attachments 5, 5a, 5b, the simple building 1 can be installed regardless of the building's framework structure with the independent frame 7 as a reference, and it is only necessary to attach the outer wall attachments 5, 5a, 5b to the outer wall 3, and it is easy to install because it is sufficient to connect the cover material bodies 4, 4a, 4b attached to the simple building body 8 or the independent frame 7 to the outer wall attachments 5, 5a, 5b with the displacement absorbing parts 6, 6a, 6b. The gap between the simple building 1 and the outer wall 3 is covered by the cover material 2, so rain does not get in between the simple building 1 and the outer wall 3. Since the cover material 2 has displacement absorbing parts 6, 6a, 6b, the relative displacement between the simple building 1 and the outer wall 3 can be absorbed.
In the simple structures of the first, second and third embodiments, the cover material bodies 4a, 4b are attached to the simple building body 8, so that the independent frame 7 is not exposed to the outside, resulting in good design, and rainwater does not seep in between the independent frame 7 and the simple building body 8, improving water-stopping properties.

Furthermore, in this simple structure (first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh embodiments), the simple building 1 has a cushioning material 9 attached to the side of the exterior wall 3, and the cushioning material 9 protrudes further toward the exterior wall 3 than the cover material bodies 4, 4a. This means that when the simple building 1 is displaced toward the exterior wall 3 due to an earthquake, typhoon or the like, the cushioning material 9 absorbs the impact and prevents the cover material 2, etc. from being damaged. Also, even if the exterior wall attachments 5, 5a are separated from the exterior wall 3, the presence of the cushioning material 9 prevents the cover materials 2, 2a from falling.

This simple structure (first, second, third and fourth embodiments) comprises a simple building 1 and a cover material 2, the simple building 1 is installed away from the exterior wall 3 of the building, the cover material 2 covers the gap between the simple building 1 and the exterior wall 3, and is formed in a gate shape with an upper cover material 2a and vertical cover materials 2b, 2b, and the lower ends of the vertical cover materials 2b, 2b are buried in the ground or fixed to the deck material 12 to be self-supporting, so that the simple building 1 can be installed regardless of the building's framework, and the cover material 2 can be installed stably while preventing the upper cover material 2a from falling or the vertical cover material 2b from collapsing, making construction easy. The gap between the simple building 1 and the exterior wall 3 is covered with the cover material 2, so that rain does not get in between the simple building 1 and the exterior wall 3.
The vertical cover material 2b is divided into a cover material main body 4b to be attached to the simple building 1 and an exterior wall side attachment 5b to be attached to the exterior wall 3, and the lower end of the cover material main body 4b is buried in the ground or fixed to the deck material 12 to be self-supporting, while the exterior wall side attachment 5b is not buried in the ground, so that the lower end of the vertical cover material 2b can be prevented from interfering with the foundation of the building, further improving workability.

Furthermore, this simple structure (first, second and third embodiments) comprises a simple building 1 and a cover material 2. The simple building 1 is composed of an independent frame 7 installed away from the exterior wall 3 of the building, and a simple building main body 8 attached to the independent frame 7. The independent frame 7 is formed in a gate shape with pillars 10, 10 and beams 11, and the lower ends of the pillars 10, 10 are buried in the ground and erected. The cover material 2 is formed in a gate shape with upper cover material 2a and vertical cover materials 2b, 2b, and closes the gap between the simple building 1 and the exterior wall 3. The lower ends of the vertical cover materials 2b, 2b are buried in the ground or fixed to a deck material 12 to make it self-supporting. Therefore, the simple building 1 can be installed regardless of the building's structural structure using the independent frame 7 as a reference. The cover material 2 can be installed stably by preventing the upper cover material 2a from falling or the vertical cover material 2b from collapsing, making construction easy. Since the gap between the simple building 1 and the outer wall 3 is covered with the covering material 2, rain does not enter between the simple building 1 and the outer wall 3.
The cover material 2 is attached to the simple building body 8 and the cover material 2 straddles the independent frame 7 to cover the gap with the exterior wall 3, so that the independent frame 7 is not exposed to the outside, improving the design, and rainwater does not infiltrate between the independent frame 7 and the simple building body 8, improving the water-stopping performance.
