Description
まず、上部構造体3について説明する。図2に示すように、上部構造体3は、フロアパネル70と、ダッシュパネル71と、左右一対のフロントメインフレーム72、73と、左右一対のサイドシル74、75とを備えている。符号72は左のフロントメインフレームを示し、符号73は右のフロントメインフレームを示している。符号74は左のサイドシルを示し、符号75は右のサイドシルを示している。
次に、下部構造体2について説明する。下部構造体2は、バッテリケース10、前部サイドフレーム11、12及び後部フレーム13、14の他にも、前後のパワートレインPT1、PT2、前輪FT、後輪RT、フロントサスペンション装置20及びリヤサスペンション装置21等も備えている。フロントサスペンション装置20及びリヤサスペンション装置21の形式は特に問わない。
以上説明したように、左右の前部サイドフレーム11、12の間、即ち車体前部の下側に形成された空間Cに非接触充電器4を配置することで、最低地上高の確保が問題となることはなく、また、デパーチャーアングルの確保が問題になることもなくなる。この空間Cには第1クロスメンバ15の中間メンバ部15Aも配置されているが、中間メンバ部15Aは非接触充電器4のクロスメンバ配置部4aに配置されるので、非接触充電器4のレイアウト性が向上する。

Claims (4)
- 走行用モータを備えるとともに、当該走行用モータに電力を供給するバッテリが収容されたバッテリケースがフロアパネルの下方に配設された電動車両の車体前部構造において、
前記バッテリケースの前部に設けられる前側バッテリフレームと、
前記前側バッテリフレームから車両前方へ向かって前方へ行くほど車幅方向外側に位置するように延びる左右一対のサイドフレームと、
左の前記サイドフレームにおける前記前側バッテリフレームから車両前方に離れた部分と、右の前記サイドフレームにおける前記前側バッテリフレームから車両前方に離れた部分とに架設される第1クロスメンバと、
前記左右一対のサイドフレームの前方に設けられる衝撃吸収部材と、
前記左右の衝撃吸収部材に架設されるフロントメンバと、
左右の前記サイドフレームの間に配置されるとともに前記フロントメンバに対して車両後方に隣接し、前記バッテリの充電電流を外部から受け入れる非接触充電器とを備え、
前記非接触充電器は、前記第1クロスメンバが配置可能なクロスメンバ配置部を有し、
前記クロスメンバ配置部は、前記第1クロスメンバの収容が可能な凹部で構成され、
前記凹部は、前記非接触充電器の下面に開放する形状を有している車体前部構造。 - 請求項1に記載の車体前部構造において、
前記第1クロスメンバは、車幅方向中間部に位置し、前記クロスメンバ配置部に配置される中間メンバ部と、該中間メンバ部の車幅方向両端部から車幅方向外方へ延び、左右の前記サイドフレームに連結される外側メンバ部とを有している車体前部構造。 - 請求項1または2に記載の車体前部構造において、
前記非接触充電器の車両後方には、左右の前記サイドフレームに架設される第2クロスメンバが設けられている車体前部構造。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の車体前部構造において、
前記非接触充電器の前部は、左右の前記衝撃吸収部材の間に位置している車体前部構造。
