Description

The present invention relates to a decorative toy kit and a decorative toy.

Conventionally, decorative toy kits and decorative toys are known in which a decorative body is placed inside a hollow container that is light-transmitting, and the decorative body creates visual changes that can be enjoyed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

In the decorative toy kit and decorative toy described in Patent Document 1, when a decorative object is placed inside a hollow space formed by a pair of hollow container pieces, for example, hemispherical, the fitting parts (the recessed step and the protruding step) of the combined hollow container pieces are used to clamp the locking pieces on the outer edge of the decorative object, thereby holding the decorative object upright inside the hollow space.

In Patent Document 1, when the decorative body is assembled, a small locking piece on the outer edge of the decorative body is placed on the recessed step of the hollow container piece, and a small positioning protrusion on the outer edge is inserted into a groove in the recessed step to clamp it. This makes it difficult to hold the decorative body stably when assembling it, and there are issues with assembly and attachment. Furthermore, even when the decorative body is attached, there is a problem in that the locking piece on the outer edge of the decorative body is held, so the locking piece easily comes off the fitting portion and the holding state is unstable.

In addition, in Patent Document 1, because liquids and the like must be moved to both the front and back of the decorative body, the decorative body cannot be made large enough to enclose the entire internal space of the hollow container, and therefore it is not possible to use patterns or decorations that use the entire internal space, which imposes visual and appearance constraints and poses challenges in increasing interest.

An object of the present invention is to provide a decorative toy kit and a decorative toy which are more entertaining than conventional ones.

The decorative toy kit of the present invention includes a base member, a covering member that can be attached to the base member and that can form a predetermined storage space between the base member and the covering member when attached to the base member, and a sheet-like member that can be placed in the storage space, wherein the base member includes a first flat portion and a first side wall portion provided on the outer edge of the first flat portion, the covering member includes a second flat portion that can face the first flat portion and a holding portion that is placed in the storage space when attached, and the sheet-like member can be held in the vicinity of the first flat portion by the holding portion when attached. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A decorative toy according to one embodiment of the present invention will now be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of a decorative toy 1 according to the present embodiment.
As shown in Fig. 1, the decorative toy 1 has a flat, hollow plate structure having a predetermined thickness, and when viewed from the front or back side, a third side wall portion 32 constituting an outer peripheral wall surface is configured to have the contour shape of a predetermined figure. Two second side wall portions 23 (23b, 23c) are provided inside, and the toy has a plurality of storage spaces S (S1, S2, S3). The storage spaces S (S1, S2, S3) store sheet-like members 40 (40a, 40b, 40c) and a storage movable object 60 (see Fig. 5) described later (the storage movable object 60 is not shown in Figs. 1 to 4).

In this embodiment, the figurative object may be, for example, a unicorn (see FIG. 6). The outer wall of the unicorn's outline is provided with an attachment portion 18 that can be attached to other objects as the decorative toy 1, such as a strap 6 (see FIG. 5) for attaching to a key holder or the like.

As shown in Fig. 2, the storage space S of the decorative toy 1 is formed by a combination of a base member 20 and a covering member 30 attached to the base member 20. More specifically, the base member 20 includes a first flat portion 21 formed of a flat surface, and a first side wall portion 22 extending so as to surround the entire outer edge of the first flat portion 21, and further includes two second side wall portions 23 (23b, 23c) on the inside of the first side wall portion 22. The second side wall portions 23 (23b, 23c) divide the first flat portion 21 into three flat portions 21a, 21b, and 21c. Therefore, the storage space S is divided into three spaces, namely, a storage space S1, a storage space S2, and a storage space S3.

In addition, an outer edge flange 26 is provided on the outside of the first side wall 22, which extends perpendicularly from a position on the extension surface of the first flat portion 21 to the outside of the first side wall 22. When the covering member 30 is attached, this outer edge flange 26 faces the tip surface 32t of the third side wall 32 of the covering member 30 (see FIG. 4). The outer edge flange 26 is provided with a plurality of (three in this embodiment) notches 27 at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction. The formation of these notches 27 enables the engaging portion 35 of the covering member 30, which will be described later, to engage with the engaged portion 25. In addition, the outer edge flange 26 is provided with a first mounting assembly 28, which extends the outer edge flange 26 further and has a through hole. This first mounting assembly 28 constitutes a part of the mounting portion 18.

In addition, a sheet-like member 40 corresponding to the shape of the first flat portion 21 is placed on the first flat portion 21. In this embodiment, three sheet-like members 40a, 40b, and 40c corresponding to the shapes of the flat portions 21a, 21b, and 21c are placed on the first flat portion 21. The designs of the three sheet-like members 40a, 40b, and 40c are, for example, configured so that the sheet-like member 40a represents the face of the unicorn, the sheet-like member 40b represents the mane, and the sheet-like member 40c represents the horns, so that the designs appear as a single unicorn design as a whole (see FIG. 6).

The covering member 30 has a second flat portion 31 facing the first flat portion 21 and a third side wall portion 32 extending to surround the entire outer periphery of the second flat portion 31. Therefore, when attaching the covering member 30 to the base member 20, the third side wall portion 32 is attached to the outside of the first side wall portion 22 so that the tip surface 32t of the third side wall portion 32 overlaps with the outer edge flange portion 26. In addition, the tip surface 32t of the third side wall portion 32 is provided with a plurality of locking portions 35 extending further than the third side wall portion 32. In addition, a second mounting portion assembly portion 38 is provided on the outside of the third side wall portion 32, which overlaps with the first mounting portion assembly portion 28 of the outer edge flange portion 26 to form the mounting portion 18.

The covering member 30 is provided with a retaining portion 50 as a protrusion from the second flat portion 31 toward the first flat portion 21 in the attached state. The retaining portion 50 includes a first retaining portion 51 (see FIG. 3) adjacent to the first side wall portion 22 and protruding along the extension direction of the first side wall portion 22 in the attached state, and a second retaining portion 52 (see FIG. 3) adjacent to the second side wall portion 23 and protruding in the same direction. The covering member 30 is molded by integrally molding the second flat portion 31, the third side wall portion 32, and the retaining portion 50 by injection molding. The molding resin is not particularly limited, but is made of a light-transmitting synthetic resin through which the storage space S can be seen.

3, in a state where the base member 20 and the covering member 30 are attached to each other, a plurality of holding portions 50 are arranged on each of the flat portions 21a, 21b, and 21c. For example, three holding portions 50 are arranged on each of the relatively large flat portions 21a and 21b, and two holding portions 50 are arranged on the relatively small flat portion 21c.
The inner surface of the third side wall portion 32 is fitted to the outer surface of the outer surface of the first side wall portion 22 so as to contact the outer surface of the first side wall portion 22 over the entire circumference. Furthermore, the first holding portion 51 is in contact with the inner surface side of the first side wall portion 22. In this manner, the first side wall portion 22 is positioned so as to be sandwiched between the first holding portion 51 and the third side wall portion 32, and the first side wall portion 22 can be configured to be sandwiched by the covering member 30 as necessary. Therefore, in a state in which the covering member 30 is attached to the base member 20, the covering member 30 can be held by fitting with the first side wall portion 22, and can be held without rattle by being sandwiched between the first holding portion 51 and the third side wall portion 32.

As shown in FIG. 3, the holding parts 50 are arranged at positions that are not biased on the periphery of each flat part 21a, 21b, 21c. In this way, by arranging the holding parts 50 at appropriate intervals, each sheet-like member 40a, 40b, 40c is stably held without floating up from each flat part 21a, 21b, 21c even if it is made of a relatively flexible material.

The holding portion 50 is light-transmitting like the other portions, but its presence is easily recognized from the outside, especially when the covering member 30 is formed of a colored member, so its arrangement is designed. For example, the second holding portion 52 arranged close to the second side wall portion 23b is arranged only on the flat portion 21b side. This is because if the second holding portion 52 is arranged on both sides of the second side wall portion 23b, the second side wall portion 23b that divides the pattern shape of the figured object will look uneven, which is visually undesirable, so it is preferable to avoid this as much as possible. However, the second holding portion 52 arranged close to the second side wall portion 23c is arranged on both sides of the second side wall portion 23c due to its arrangement. In this case, the distance between the second holding portions 52 is increased so that the dividing portion (second side wall portion 23c) does not look thick.

When the covering member 30 is attached to the base member 20, as shown in Fig. 4, the third side wall portion 32 is fitted over the outside of the first side wall portion 22, and the tip hook 35t of the locking portion 35 is engaged so as to be caught by the locked portion 25. When the covering member 30 is attached, the tip hook 35t of the locking portion 35 is pressed in while elastically deforming so as to abut against the outer surface of the first side wall portion 22 and open slightly outward, and finally engages so as to enter the locked portion 25 which is recessed in a stepped recess. This ensures that the attached state of the base member 20 and the covering member 30 is locked.

The sheet-like member 40 (40a, 40b) arranged in the storage space S (S1, S2) is held by the tip portions 50t of the multiple holding portions 50 (51, 52) so that its outer periphery is in contact with the first flat portion 21 (21a, 21b). The sheet-like member 40 may be held by the holding portions 50 such that the tip portions 50t of the holding portions 50 abut against the sheet-like member 40, but it is sufficient if a slight gap is formed between the tip portions 50t and the sheet-like member 40 as long as the sheet-like member 40 can be positioned toward the first flat portion 21.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing an example of the decorative toy kit 10. As shown in FIG.
5, the decorative toy kit 10 is configured such that the base member 20 and the covering member 30 have the first side wall portion 22 and the third side wall portion 32 that represent the outline of a unicorn, which is a figural object, and the second side wall portions 23b and 23c that represent parts of each part. As described above, for example, of the multiple flat portions 21a, 21b, and 21c partitioned by the second side wall portions 23b and 23c of the base member 20, the largest flat portion 21a (left side) represents the head, the middle-sized flat portion 21b (right side) represents the mane, and the smallest flat portion 21c (upper portion) represents the horns.

The contour shape of each sheet-like member 40a, 40b, 40c stored in each storage space S1, S2, S3 corresponds to the shape of each flat portion 21a, 21b, 21c, and it can be easily set by simply dropping it into each flat portion 21a, 21b, 21c. In addition, each sheet-like member 40a, 40b, 40c has a pattern or color 41 drawn on it that makes it easy to identify the head, horns, and mane of a unicorn.

In addition, in the decorative toy kit 10, stored and movable objects 60 are prepared to be placed in the storage spaces S1, S2, and S3. The type and shape of the stored and movable objects 60 are not particularly limited. For example, a variety of colorful and shiny objects are prepared, such as shaped objects 60a and spherical objects 60b made of resin or metal and shaped in various shapes such as stars and flowers, which are stored in a specified container 3, and sticker-like objects 60c and 60d with letters and designs that can be peeled off or cut out from stickers 4 and backing paper 5. Also, a strap 6, for example in the shape of a ball chain, is prepared to be attached to the attachment portion 18.

As shown in Fig. 6, the decorative toy 1 assembled from the decorative toy kit 10 is assembled by putting the movable objects 60 into the storage spaces S1, S2, and S3 according to the user's preference in addition to the sheet-like members 40a, 40b, and 40c, resulting in a decorative toy 1 with a unique personality. In addition, since there are multiple storage spaces S, the movable objects 60 are not separated and mixed in each space, and a variety of expressions are maintained. In addition, in the covering member 30, the outer peripheral edge portion 32u on the front side of the third side wall portion 32 may be colored all around to form the border of the unicorn.

In addition, in this embodiment, if the base member 20 is made of light-transmitting resin like the covering member 30, it can be enjoyed when viewed from the base member 20 side. In this case, each sheet-like member 40a, 40b, 40c has a pattern imitating a unicorn drawn on both the front and back, but the color and pattern are different from the pattern when viewed from the covering member 30 side, so that the change can be enjoyed. Also, the color of the light-transmitting resin of the base member 20 may be different from that of the covering member 30.

When the movable stored objects 60 move within the storage space S, particularly when the decorative toy 1 swings, they hit the inner wall surfaces (the second flat portion 31, the first flat portion 21 (actually the sheet-like member 40), the first side wall portion 22, and the second side wall portion 23), generating sound. Various sounds are generated depending on the type, size, and number of the movable stored objects 60. With regard to the types of sounds, a wide variety of sounds can be produced by having storage spaces S1, S2, S3 of different sizes.

Modifications of the decorative toy 1 showing other figures will be described with reference to Figs.
Fig. 7 is a perspective view showing a modified example of the decorative toy 1, and Fig. 8 is an exploded perspective view of the decorative toy 1 shown in Fig. 7. In Fig. 7 and Fig. 8, the same components as those in the decorative toy 1 shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 are denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted as appropriate.

As shown in Figs. 7 and 8, the decorative toy 1 in this modified example is shaped such that a large hexagonal storage space S1 is overlapped with a small deformed hexagonal storage space S (S1, S2), and the outline of the appearance is configured to have a shape that can be said to be a goldfish-like fish shape when viewed from the front. In this case, the sheet-like members 40 (40a, 40b) are also shaped to match the shape of the first flat portion 21 (21a, 21b). In addition, three holding portions 50 are provided on the larger flat portion 21a and two on the smaller flat portion 21b. Therefore, when the base member 20 and the covering member 30 are attached, the sheet-like members 40 (40a, 40b) can be dropped into the first flat portion 21 (21a, 21b), and the movable objects 60 can be placed in both storage spaces S (S1, S2) to assemble.

In this modified example, the design may be a sheet-like member 40 (40a, 40b) with a design corresponding to the shape of a fish, or may be another design that is not dependent on the shape. A kit may be prepared with multiple types of sheet-like members 40 (40a, 40b) so that multiple designs can be selected.

As described above, in the decorative toy kit 10 of this embodiment, the sheet-like member 40 is positioned near the first flat portion 21 on the base member 20 side by the holding portion 50 provided on the covering member 30 side, so that the sheet-like member 40 is held with its surface facing the first flat portion 21, making it extremely easy to set it in the storage space S. In addition, in the attached state, the sheet-like member 40 is held by the holding portion 50 in a state of approximate surface contact (contact state or contactable state) with the first flat portion 21, so that it is held in an extremely stable state. As a result, the sheet-like member 40, which is applied with a pattern or color to beautifully present the decorative toy 1, does not move or fall off from a predetermined position in the storage space S, and the beautiful initial assembly state is maintained for a long time.

In addition, in the decorative toy kit 10 of this embodiment, the third side wall portion 32 provided on the outer edge of the covering member 30 fits over the first side wall portion 22 in the attached state, so that the base member 20 and the covering member 30 can be fixed without rattling when they are overlapped. In addition, the third side wall portion 32 and the first holding portion 51 of the covering member 30 can clamp the first side wall portion 22 of the base member 20 in the attached state, so that the base member 20 and the covering member 30 can be fixed more reliably. Furthermore, in the decorative toy kit 10 of this embodiment, the locking portion 35 elastically engages with the locked portion 25, so that the base member 20 and the covering member 30 are firmly locked, and the attachment of the two members is firmly locked so that they will not come off.

According to the decorative toy kit 10 of this embodiment, the first flat portion 21 is divided into a plurality of flat portions 21a, 21b, and 21c by the second side wall portion 23, and a plurality of holding portions 50 are arranged for each flat portion corresponding to each of the flat portions 21a, 21b, and 21c, so that each of the sheet-like members 40a, 40b, and 40c arranged in each of the storage spaces S1, S2, and S3 is securely held.

In this embodiment, the retaining portion 50 is structured to protrude from the second flat portion 31 toward the first flat portion 21, so that when the covering member 30 is attached to the base member 20, the sheet-like member 40 is positioned toward the first flat portion 21 and the storage space S is formed at the same time.

In addition, the holding portion 50 of this embodiment is adjacent to the first side wall portion 22 and the second side wall portion 23 in the attached state and is structured to protrude along the extension direction of the both side wall portions 22, 23, so that the sheet-like member 40 is held at the end, making the presence of the holding portion 50 less noticeable.

In addition, because the retaining portion 50 is integrally formed with the second flat portion 31, it can be made the same color as the second flat portion 31, making its presence less noticeable when attached, and it can be easily molded with good dimensional accuracy.

The sheet-like members 40a, 40b, and 40c in the decorative toy kit 10 of this embodiment have shapes that correspond to the shapes of the flat portions 21a, 21b, and 21c, respectively, so that the arrangement and assembly of the sheet-like members 40a, 40b, and 40c can be performed extremely easily and reliably.

In addition, the decorative toy kit 10 of this embodiment is divided into multiple storage spaces S1, S2, and S3 by the second side wall portions 23b and 23c, making it possible to individually display the stored movable items 60 stored in each section, allowing for a variety of different displays to be enjoyed.

In the decorative toy 1 of this embodiment, the light-transmitting base member 20 and covering member 30 have a first side wall portion 22 and a third side wall portion 32 that represent the outline of the figure, and further, the sheet-like member 40 is provided to cover the entire storage space S with a size that roughly corresponds to the outline, so that the entire decorative toy 1 can visually present the figure.

In addition, in this embodiment, the multiple flat sections 21a, 21b, 21c partitioned by the second side wall section 23 are configured to represent parts of the shaped object, so that multiple designs can be prepared for each part of each sheet-like member 40a, 40b, 40c, and the same shaped object can be partially and separately represented in multiple areas, allowing for enjoyment of variety. Furthermore, the combinations of the stored movable object 60 and each sheet-like member 40a, 40b, 40c are diverse, resulting in an extremely large number of visual options.

In addition, in this embodiment, the movable objects 60 can be placed in multiple storage spaces S1, S2, and S3, so the movable objects 60 are not mixed together in one place, and the appearance of each storage space can be enjoyed. Furthermore, with regard to the sound of the movable objects 60 hitting the wall when the decorative toy 1 is swayed or shaken, the different shapes and sizes of the storage spaces S1, S2, and S3 allow for enjoyment of the change in sound.

Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention can be modified as appropriate within the scope of its technical concept. For example, in the above embodiment, both the covering member 30 and the base member 20 are configured to be light-transmitting, but only the covering member 30 may be configured to be light-transmitting.

In addition, in the decorative toy 1 of the above embodiment, the shape in the thickness direction of the toy is configured as a substantially flat plate-like shape, but this is not limited to such a shape. For example, the second flat portion 31 of the covering member 30 may be configured to have a three-dimensional contour with bumps or bulges in the thickness direction of the toy to imitate the shape of the figurative object.
