Description
Claims (9)
- ペディクルスクリューによって脊椎構造に取り付けられる脊椎装置であって、
ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの内部に設けられた第1端部と、開口を通って前記ハウジングの外部に突出した第2端部とを有し、かつ、前記ハウジングからの突出がより多くなる、または、前記ハウジングからの突出がより少なくなるように移動可能なロッドと、
前記ロッドに取り付けられ、連続的に接続された複数の少なくとも部分的に巻かれたコイルを備える付勢装置と、
前記ペディクルスクリューがそれぞれ接続される第1多軸継手取付部材および第2多軸継手取付部材と
を備え、
前記第1多軸継手取付部材は、前記ロッドの前記第2端部に設けられており、
前記第2多軸継手取付部材は、前記ロッドの前記第2端部から離れた側の前記ハウジングの端部に設けられており、
前記付勢装置の第1端部は、前記ハウジングに当接するように配置されており、
前記第1端部と反対側の、前記付勢装置の第2端部は、前記ロッドに取り付けられており、
前記複数の少なくとも部分的に巻かれたコイルは、完全には前記ロッドの周囲に巻かれておらず、代わりに360度よりも小さい角度で巻かれており、前記複数の少なくとも部分的に巻かれたコイルのうち一対の隣り合うコイルはそれぞれ連結部材によって接続されており、前記連結部材は周方向の隙間によって互いに分かれている、
脊椎装置。 - 前記付勢装置の前記第2端部の軸方向の固定によって前記付勢装置の予張力が定められる、請求項1に記載の脊椎装置。
- 前記ロッドは、前記ハウジングから前記ロッドが突出する量を調整するラチェット機構に接続されている、請求項1に記載の脊椎装置。
- 前記ロッドの前記第2端部には、前記第1多軸継手取付部材が設けられており、前記ハウジングの一部には、前記第2多軸継手取付部材が設けられている、請求項1に記載の脊椎装置。
- ペディクルスクリューによって脊椎構造に取り付けられる脊椎装置であって、
インプラント可能なハウジングと、
前記インプラント可能なハウジング内に配置された部材第1端部を有し、かつ、前記インプラント可能なハウジングから突出した部材第2端部を有するインプラント可能な長尺部材と、
前記インプラント可能なハウジングに当接する装置第1端部を有し、かつ、前記インプラント可能な長尺部材に接続された装置第2端部を有し、かつ、前記インプラント可能な長尺部材の周囲に部分的に巻かれており、完全には巻かれていない、連続的に接続された複数の部分的に巻かれたコイルを有するインプラント可能な付勢装置と、
前記ペディクルスクリューがそれぞれ接続される第1多軸継手取付部材および第2多軸継手取付部材と
を備え、
前記第1多軸継手取付部材は、前記部材第2端部に設けられており、
前記第2多軸継手取付部材は、前記部材第2端部から離れた側の前記ハウジングの端部に設けられている、
脊椎装置。 - 前記連続的に接続された複数の部分的に巻かれたコイルは、360度よりも小さい角度で巻かれている、請求項5に記載の脊椎装置。
- 前記連続的に接続された複数の部分的に巻かれたコイルは、一対の隣り合うコイルを含み、前記一対の隣り合うコイルは、周方向の隙間によって互いに分かれている、請求項6に記載の脊椎装置。
- 前記インプラント可能な長尺部材は、前記ハウジングから少なくとも部分的に伸ばすこと、および、前記ハウジングに少なくとも部分的に引き込むことのうち少なくともいずれかが可能である、請求項7に記載の脊椎装置。
- 前記インプラント可能な長尺部材に接続されたラチェット機構を備え、
前記ラチェット機構は、前記インプラント可能な長尺部材を前記ハウジングから伸ばすこと、および、前記インプラント可能な長尺部材を前記ハウジングに引き込むことのうち少なくともいずれかを引き起こすように操作可能である、請求項8に記載の脊椎装置。
