(ロ)蓋1の左右側面の中央に円柱の突起2を左右一つずつ設け、蓋1の前側の辺に前方へ延長したタブ3を設け、蓋1の左右側面の突起2より筐体10の後面側へ位置するよう、筐体10の左右側面に回転軸13を設け、筐体10の前面に直方体のストッパ11を設ける。
(ハ)カンチレバー14とカンチブロック15とでL字の形状に構成し、カンチブロック15の先端を回転軸13に回転するよう接続し、カンチレバー14の先端に交差ブロック18を介してシャフト16で連結し、シャフト16は蓋1の前側の辺を抑える位置とする。
(ニ)コの字を横向きに寝かせた形状のブラケット17であって、内側でタブ3およびストッパ11の幅を挟むように備え、水平面の上側はストッパ11の底面に合わさる形状寸法を備え、シャフト16の軸を中心に回転するようブラケット17をシャフト16に設ける。
(ホ)筐体10の上面には材質がフッ素ゴム等の軟質素材であるOリング12を設ける。
本発明は以上の様な構造で、使用する際は次のようにする。
