Description

The present invention relates to a storage case for weldable bead toys.

Storage cases capable of storing a large number of beads have been disclosed in the past. For example, the bead storage container disclosed in Patent Document 1 has a main body and a lid connected by a hinge and formed as a single unit. A concave portion is formed in the main body, and a convex portion that matches the edge of the concave portion is formed on the surface of the lid facing the concave portion. When the lid is closed, the concave portion of the main body comes into contact with the convex portion of the lid, blocking the container.

In recent years, fusible bead toys have become popular, in which beads can be fused together by simply spraying water, creating a variety of bead combinations. These fusible bead toys can also be stored in the conventional bead storage cases described above. However, conventional storage cases only serve to store beads, and do not offer any interesting features as toys.

The objective of the present invention is to provide a storage case for weldable bead toys that not only stores beads but also provides an interesting toy.

One embodiment of the present invention relates to a storage case for weldable bead toys, and comprises a main body having a carrying strap, a creation stand provided on the main body and configured to enable the creation of a collection of weldable bead toys, and an installation surface abutment portion provided on the main body opposite the creation stand and which makes the creation stand parallel to an installation surface when installed, and the carrying strap is provided with a protrusion for attaching the collection of weldable bead toys .

The above aspect makes it possible to provide a storage case for a weldable bead toy that not only stores beads but also provides an interesting toy.

The following describes an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the drawings. As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the storage case 1 for adhesive bead toys is modeled after a backpack and includes a main body 10 and a creation stand 20. The main body 10 has a shoulder strap 18. The shoulder strap 18 is only shown in Fig. 2. As shown in Fig. 4, the main body 10 is formed in a roughly shell shape with a large opening on the back side (back side) when worn as a backpack and a storage space 120 provided inside. As shown in Fig. 1, the main body 10 has a front part 11 that is the front side, a bottom part 12, a right side part 13 on the right side when viewed from the front part 11, a left side part 14 on the left side, and an upper part 15 on the upper side.

The front part 11 of the main body 10 is patterned. A bulging part 11a is formed on the lower side (bottom part 12 side) of the front part 11, which bulges out to resemble a pocket of a backpack. A logo placement part 11a1 is formed on the bulging part 11a, which is a rounded rectangular shape that is long in the left-right direction and protrudes slightly, and various logos 11a2 (installation surface abutment part) are provided in a bulging shape. In this embodiment, the logo 11a2 is written as "ABC" as an example. A zipper decoration part 11b that imitates a zipper is formed on a part of the connection part between the front part 11 and the right side part 13 and the left side part 14, and on the connection part between the front part 11 and the top part 15. A zipper lock decoration part 11c (installation surface abutment part) that imitates a zipper knob and its locking device is provided at a position approximately in the center of the left-right direction on the upper side of the front part 11, so as to connect with the zipper decoration part 11b.

The bottom surface 12 is formed in a substantially flat surface. A handle 15a is provided on the top surface 15. The top surface 15 is smoothly connected to the right side surface 13 and the left side surface 14 in a curved shape, and is formed to slope downward toward the front surface 11. As also shown in FIG. 4, a belt insertion portion 161 is provided on the top surface 15 side of the opening edge portion 160 where the main body portion 10 opens. This upper belt insertion portion 161 has two belt insertion holes 161a, 161b provided adjacent to each other in the left-right direction. The belt insertion holes 161a, 161b are formed in a short rectangular shape that is long in the left-right direction.

On the other hand, a belt insertion portion 162 is provided at the lower end of the opening edge portion 160 on the right side surface portion 13 side. A belt insertion hole 162a is provided in this right belt insertion portion 162. The belt insertion hole 162a has the same shape as the upper belt insertion holes 161a and 161b, but is longer in the vertical direction. Similarly, a left belt insertion portion 163 and a belt insertion hole 163a are provided in the opening edge portion 160 opposite the belt insertion portion 162. The belt insertion holes 161a, 161b, 162a, and 163a are all shaped to fit the opening edge portion 160 and are formed to match the width of the shoulder belt 18.

As shown in FIG. 2, two carrying belts 18 are provided, which are inserted through the upper belt insertion hole 161a and the right belt insertion hole 162a, and the upper belt insertion hole 161b and the left belt insertion hole 163a, respectively, and the ends of the carrying belts 18 are fixed by buckles 18a so that the length can be adjusted. Three protrusions 18b are provided on each of the carrying belts 18 for attaching a collection of weldable bead toys. The collection of weldable bead toys can be attached by providing an intermittent portion (hole) in advance in the collection of multiple weldable beads and inserting the head of the protrusion 18b into the intermittent portion.

As shown in FIG. 3, the creation table 20 is formed in a generally flat plate shape so that a collection of weldable bead toys can be created. Here, the weldable bead toys are formed in granular shapes such as spheres and polyhedrons using a water-soluble resin material (not shown). Specifically, the weldable bead toys are formed by mixing polyvinyl alcohol with a resin. In addition, the resin that forms the weldable bead toys can be formed by appropriately selecting a transparent material, a material that has translucency, or an opaque material.

The creation table 20 is provided with a first creation table 210 having rectangular areas on two sides, top and bottom, and a second creation table 220 having a generally rectangular shape that is long in the vertical direction, provided on the left side surface portion 14 side of the first creation table 210. One side (top surface portion 15 side) of the first creation table 210 is a creation area 211 for creating a group of weldable bead toys, and the other side (bottom surface portion 12 side) is a receiver 212 to which the group of bead toys created in the creation area 211 is transferred. A hinge portion 213 is provided between the creation area 211 and the receiver 212 on the first creation table 210, and a table 214 is supported so as to be freely rotatable. In this way, the table 214 can be inverted by the hinge portion 213 whose rotation axis is in the left-right direction.

Since the table 214 and the receiver 212 are of known structure, detailed description will be omitted and an outline will be given. Note that shapes shown as P1' and P2' in enlarged view are continuously provided in the rectangular two-dot chain lines P1 and P2 portions in FIG. 3, respectively. Also, as will be described later, the assembly of weldable bead toys can be created with the creation table 20 in a substantially horizontal position. The table 214 has a large number of holes 214a shown as P1', and the assembly of weldable bead toys is created by placing weldable bead toys in the holes 214a of the table 214 while it is placed in the creation area 211. The weldable bead toys are placed on the table 214 in a state where they are in contact with each other.

After spraying water onto the weldable bead toys placed on the table 214, the handle 214b of the table 214 is grasped and the table 214 is inverted towards the receiver 212. Then, as shown in P2', the collection of weldable bead toys (the weldable bead toys are slightly welded together but not completely) placed on the table 214 can be inverted and transferred to the receiver 212, which has a number of semi-spherical protrusions 212a. The collection of weldable bead toys transferred onto the receiver 212 dries in a short time. The table 214 inverted onto the receiver 212 can then be inverted again towards the creation area 211 to create the next collection of weldable bead toys.

Although not shown, a flat water receiving surface is formed on the surface of the creation area 211 facing the table 214 in FIG. 3. When water is sprayed onto a number of weldable bead toys placed on the table 214 located in the creation area 211, the water falls onto the water receiving surface through the holes 214a in the table 214, allowing the water to collect on the water receiving surface. A curved creation stand 221 is provided above the second creation stand 220. Both the curved creation stand 221 and the band-shaped creation stand 222 are provided with multiple hemispherical protrusions, allowing the weldable bead toys to be placed in contact with each other.

The creation table 20 is provided on the main body 10 so as to be freely attached and detached. The outer peripheral surface 21 of the creation table 20 has an external shape that matches the outer peripheral surface of the main body 10 (bottom surface 12, right side surface 13, left side surface 14, top surface 15) and is substantially continuous with the outer peripheral surface of the main body 10. The creation table 20 is attached and detached to the main body 10 by operating the slide piece 151 of the slide portion 150 provided on the opening edge portion 160 on the right side surface 13 and left side surface 14 of the main body 10.

Refer to FIG. 4 below. The slide top 151 provided on the slide section 150 slides up and down by a slide rail 165 formed along the opening edge 160 at the opening edge 160. A bead case 50 having multiple partitioned storage sections 51 can be stored in the storage space 120 of the main body 10. The bead case 50 allows the weldable bead toys to be organized and stored by color or shape. When storing the bead case 50, the bead case 50 is supported by multiple ribs 121 in the storage space 120 and is clamped and fixed between the creation table 20 and the multiple ribs 121.
