Description

The present invention relates to a stadium structure.

The following Patent Document 1 discloses a stadium with spectator seats around the field and a building taller than the spectator seats outside the seats. This stadium has a dome roof that can be opened and closed above the seats. The dome roof is suspended via wires from masts erected at intervals around the perimeter of the stadium.

The following Patent Document 2 discloses a stadium structure that has a roof over the spectator seats around the competition field, and a hall that is connected to the stands with the spectator seats and separated from the competition field. The hall is an event hall with a roof, spectator seats inside, and a stage.

At the stadium described in Patent Document 1 above, it seems possible to view the field from the viewing spaces of hotels and apartment complexes located in buildings outside the spectator seats. However, because the field is far from the buildings, it is difficult to see the field from the buildings. Also, a dome roof is installed separately from the buildings to cover the upper part of the spectator seats.

In the stadium structure described in Patent Document 2, if the end walls of the hall are opened, it is possible to view the competition field from the spectator seats inside the hall. However, this stadium structure is designed solely for viewing the competition field from the spectator seats inside the hall, and there is no concept of viewing the competition field from buildings other than the spectator seats.

The present invention takes the above facts into consideration and aims to provide a stadium structure that makes it easy to view the pitch without the need for a dedicated eaves that covers the upper part of the spectator seats.

The stadium structure described in the first aspect comprises a pitch, spectator seats arranged around the pitch, and a building arranged outside the spectator seats and equipped with facilities that overhang the spectator seats and enable views of the pitch.

According to the stadium structure described in the first aspect , the building outside the spectator seats has a facility that protrudes above the spectator seats. This allows the facility that protrudes above the spectator seats to be used as a canopy, making it possible to omit a dedicated canopy that covers the upper side of the spectator seats. In addition, since the pitch can be viewed from the facility that protrudes above the spectator seats, it is easier to view the pitch than when the pitch is viewed from a building outside the spectator seats.

The stadium structure according to the second aspect is the stadium structure according to the first aspect , wherein the facility is a residential facility, a commercial facility or an office facility.

According to the stadium structure described in the second aspect , the facility is a residential facility, a commercial facility or an office facility, so added value is created for both the stadium itself, which includes the pitch and spectator seats, and the facility itself, improving convenience and utility.

The embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Note that items that are less relevant to the present invention are omitted from the illustrations.

First Embodiment
A stadium building 10 having a stadium structure according to a first embodiment will be described with reference to Figures 1 and 2 .

As shown in FIG. 1, the stadium structure 10 of this embodiment includes a pitch 12, spectator seats 14 arranged around the pitch 12, and a building 16 located outside the spectator seats 14.

The pitch 12 is, for example, a field on which sports such as soccer, rugby, and track and field are played. In this embodiment, the pitch 12 is provided outdoors, and there is no roof above the pitch 12. For example, the pitch 12 may be planted with natural or artificial turf. The pitch 12 may also be a dirt ground.

The spectator seats 14 are made up of a number of seats for watching the pitch 12. The spectator seats 14 are arranged so as to surround the periphery of the pitch 12. In this embodiment, the spectator seats 14 are arranged continuously along the circumferential direction of the pitch 12. The spectator seats 14 are inclined so as to have an upward gradient from the side closer to the pitch 12 to the side farther from it. Note that, instead of the above configuration of this embodiment, the spectator seats do not have to be continuous along the circumferential direction of the pitch. For example, there may be a configuration in which there are no spectator seats on part of the circumferential direction of the pitch, or there may be no spectator seats at the corners of a rectangular pitch.

The building 16 is provided outside the spectator seats 14 when viewed from the pitch 12. In other words, the building 16 is provided on the opposite side of the pitch 12 across the spectator seats 14. In this embodiment, the building 16 is provided in a position facing a part of the circumferential direction of the spectator seats 14 in a plan view.

The building 16 comprises a main body 18, which is the building's main body and is located outside the spectator seats 14, and a facility 20 that projects out over the spectator seats 14 from the upper side of the main body 18. The facility 20 is configured so that the pitch 12 can be seen from the end 20A in the projecting direction (see Figure 2).

As shown in FIG. 2, the main body 18 is a steel-framed rigid frame structure with multiple floors (11 floors in this embodiment). Note that in this embodiment, the main body 18 is a steel-framed rigid frame structure with braces, but the structural type of the main body 18 can be changed. For example, the main body may be a rigid frame structure with load-bearing walls. The structural type of the main body may be reinforced concrete, steel-reinforced concrete, wood, etc.

The main body 18 comprises columns 34 each supported on a plurality of foundations 32 provided on the ground 30, and beams 36 provided between the columns 34. The beams 36 are arranged corresponding to the plurality of floors. A slab 38 is constructed on the upper part of the beams 36.

In this embodiment, the facility 20 protrudes above the spectator seats 14 in the range from the fifth floor to the top eleventh floor of the main body 18. The lower part of the facility 20, which corresponds to the range from the first floor to the fourth floor of the main body 18, is an open space 22. The spectator seats 14 are provided in a position that includes this open space 22.

At the location where the building 16 is provided, the spectator seats 14 include, for example, first floor spectator seats 14A, second floor spectator seats 14B, and third floor spectator seats 14C. As an example, the spectator seats 14 are configured to be integrated with the main body 18. The first floor spectator seats 14A are arranged so as to slope downward from the vicinity of the beams 36 on the first floor ceiling side of the main body 18 toward the ground 30 side. The second floor spectator seats 14B protrude downward from the vicinity of the beams 36 on the second floor ceiling side of the main body 18, and the overhang length of the second floor spectator seats 14B is shorter than the length in the inclination direction of the first floor spectator seats 14A. The third floor spectator seats 14C protrude downward from the vicinity of the beams 36 on the third floor ceiling side of the main body 18, and the overhang length of the third floor spectator seats 14C is shorter than the overhang length of the second floor spectator seats 14B. Alternatively, instead of the above configuration of this embodiment, the overhang length of the first floor spectator seats, the overhang length of the second floor spectator seats, and the overhang length of the third floor spectator seats may be made approximately the same.

In addition, in locations where buildings 16 are not provided, the spectator seats 14 are configured to include only first floor spectator seats 14A (see FIG. 1). Although not shown, in locations where buildings 16 are not provided, the first floor spectator seats 14A are supported by multiple pillars. In addition, instead of the above configuration of this embodiment, a roof may be provided above the first floor spectator seats, or multiple buildings may be provided.

In this embodiment, the portion of the first floor spectator seats 14A facing the pitch 12 is exposed forward of the end 20A of the facility 20 in the protruding direction, but instead of this configuration, the first floor spectator seats may be configured to be stored under the facility.

A megatruss 40 is formed from truss beams in the upper part of the building 16 (a part spanning the 10th and 11th floors in this embodiment), making it more rigid than the other floors of the building 16. The megatruss 40 is an example of a rigid part. In this embodiment, the megatruss 40 is provided in the part of the upper part of the building 16 where the main body part 18 and the facility 20 are located.

The facility 20 comprises an exterior column 42 and a number of beams 36. In the vertical direction of the building 16, the beams 36 of the facility 20 are arranged at approximately the same positions as the beams 36 of the main body 18. The exterior columns 42 of the facility 20 are suspended from a megatruss 40 at the top of the building 16.

Facility 20 may be, for example, a commercial facility, a residential facility, or an office facility. Examples of commercial facilities include lodging facilities such as hotels, and facilities for commercial activities such as selling goods and providing services, such as shops and restaurants. Examples of residential facilities include residential-style facilities such as condominiums and rental housing. Facility 20 may be a facility that combines two or more facilities for other purposes, such as a residential facility, a commercial facility, and an office facility.

As an example, the lower part of the facility 20 is provided with eaves 50 that protrude above the first floor spectator seats 14A of the spectator seats 14. The eaves 50 may be a glass beam or a movable roof. Note that, instead of the above configuration of this embodiment, the building 16 may be configured not to have eaves 50 on the lower part of the facility 20.

Although not shown in the figures, when constructing the building 16, for example, at least the lower floors of the main body 18 are constructed, and shoring is provided in the part that will become the open space 22 outside the fourth floor of the main body 18. Furthermore, the beams 36 of the facilities 20 may be constructed like a protruding eaves from the fifth floor of the main body 18 on top of the shoring, and the shoring may be removed after the framework is completed, allowing the beams 36 of the facilities 20 to be lowered and completing the building 16. The beams 36 of the facilities 20 may also be constructed on top of the shoring, and the building 16 may be completed by jacking down after the framework is completed. Note that the above-mentioned construction method for the building 16 is just one example, and other construction methods may also be used.

(Action and Effects)
Next, the operation and effects of this embodiment will be described.

The stadium structure 10 comprises a pitch 12, spectator seats 14, and a building 16 arranged outside the spectator seats 14. The building 16 is equipped with a facility 20 that juts out over the spectator seats 14, and is configured so that the pitch 12 can be viewed from the facility 20. This allows the facility 20 that juts out over the spectator seats 14 to be used as a canopy, making it possible to omit a dedicated canopy covering the upper side of the spectator seats 14. In addition, because the pitch 12 can be viewed from the end 20A of the facility 20 that juts out over the spectator seats 14, it is easier to view the pitch 12 than when the pitch is viewed from a building outside the spectator seats.

In addition, in the stadium structure 10, the facilities 20 are residential facilities or commercial facilities. This creates added value for both the stadium itself, which includes the pitch 12 and spectator seats 14, and the facilities 20, improving convenience and utility.

In addition, in the stadium structure 10, a megatruss 40 is provided on the top of the building 16, and the outer columns 42 of the facility 20 are suspended from the megatruss 40. Therefore, in the stadium structure 10, the facility 20 can be projected farther from the main body 18 of the building 16 than in a configuration in which the building does not have a megatruss as a rigidity part.

Second Embodiment
Next, a stadium building 60 having a stadium structure according to a second embodiment will be described. Note that the same components as those in the first embodiment described above will be given the same reference numbers and the description thereof will be omitted.

As shown in FIG. 3, the stadium structure 60 of the second embodiment includes a pitch 12, spectator seats 14, and a building 62 provided outside the spectator seats 14. In the stadium structure 60 of the second embodiment, a building 62 is provided instead of the building 16 of the stadium structure 10 of the first embodiment, and the configuration of the pitch 12 and spectator seats 14 is similar to that of the stadium structure 10 of the first embodiment.

The building 62 comprises a main body 64, which is the building body located outside the spectator seats 14, and a facility 66 which projects above the spectator seats 14 from the upper side of the main body 64. The main body 64 is set back from the middle to the upper side in the vertical direction, away from the pitch 12, as it moves towards the upper side.

The facility 66 is arranged along the main body 64, and from the middle to the upper part of the facility 66 in the vertical direction, it retreats in a direction away from the pitch 12 as it moves toward the upper part. The facility 66 is configured so that the pitch 12 can be seen from the end 66A side in the protruding direction. The facility 66 includes an outer column 90 and beams 76, 78.

The main body 64 has a structure consisting of multiple stories (approximately 17 stories in this embodiment). More specifically, the main body 64 includes columns 74 each supported on a plurality of foundations 72 provided on the ground 30, beams 76 provided between the columns 74 of the lower story, and beams 78 provided between the columns 74 of the upper story. Furthermore, the main body 64 includes columns 80 of the upper story that extend diagonally in a direction retreating from the pitch 12. In this embodiment, the upper side of the main body 64 above the 7th floor is retreated in a direction away from the pitch 12.

In this embodiment, the facility 66 protrudes above the spectator seats 14 in the range from the sixth floor to the top floor of the main body 64. The lower part of the facility 66, which corresponds to the range from the first floor to the fourth floor of the main body 18, is an open space 22, and the spectator seats 14 are provided in a position that includes this open space 22. As an example, the spectator seats 14 are configured to be integrated with the main body 64.

The facility 66 is, for example, a commercial facility, a residential facility, or an office facility. Note that the facility 66 may be a facility that combines two or more facilities for other purposes, such as a residential facility, a commercial facility, and an office facility.

In this embodiment, the lower part of the facility 66 is provided with a canopy 100 that protrudes above the first floor spectator seats 14A of the spectator seats 14, but the facility 66 may be configured without the canopy 100.

The stadium structure 60 has a similar configuration to the stadium structure 10 of the first embodiment, and can achieve the same functions and effects.

Third Embodiment
Next, a stadium structure 110 according to a third embodiment will be described. Note that the same components as those in the first and second embodiments are given the same reference numbers and will not be described.

As shown in FIG. 4, the stadium structure 110 of the third embodiment includes a building 112 arranged outside the spectator seats 14, instead of the building 16 of the first embodiment. The building 112 includes a main body 18 and a facility 20. The building 112 includes a truss structure 114 at a position corresponding to the lower part of the facility 20, instead of the megatruss 40 provided at the upper part of the building 16 of the first embodiment. The truss structure 114 is an example of a rigid part. In this embodiment, the truss structure 114 is provided in the part of the building 112 where the main body 18 and the facility 20 are arranged. In the building 112 of this embodiment, the outer column 42 of the facility 20 is supported by the truss structure 114. The other configuration of the stadium structure 110 is the same as that of the stadium structure 10 of the first embodiment.

The stadium structure 110 has a similar configuration to the stadium structure 10 of the first embodiment, and can achieve the same functions and effects.

In addition, in the stadium structure 110, a truss structure 114 is provided at a position corresponding to the lower part of the facility 20 in the building 112, and the outer columns 42 of the facility 20 are supported by the truss structure 114. Therefore, in the stadium structure 110, the facility 20 can be projected farther from the main body 18 than in a configuration in which the building does not have a rigid part such as a truss structure.

Fourth Embodiment
Next, a stadium structure 130 according to a fourth embodiment will be described. Note that the same components as those in the first to third embodiments are given the same reference numbers and the description thereof will be omitted.

As shown in FIG. 5, the stadium structure 130 of the fourth embodiment includes a building 132 arranged outside the spectator seats 14, instead of the building 16 of the first embodiment. The building 132 includes a main body 18 and a facility 20. The building 132 includes a truss structure 134 at a position corresponding to the vertical middle part of the facility 20, instead of the mega truss 40 provided at the top of the building 16 of the first embodiment. The truss structure 134 is an example of a rigid part. In this embodiment, the truss structure 134 is provided in the part of the building 132 where the main body 18 and the facility 20 are arranged. In the building 132 of this embodiment, the outer column 42 above the facility 20 than the truss structure 134 is supported by the truss structure 134, and the outer column 42 below the facility 20 than the truss structure 134 is suspended from the truss structure 134. The other configuration of the stadium structure 130 is the same as that of the stadium structure 10 of the first embodiment.

The stadium structure 130 has a similar configuration to the stadium structure 10 of the first embodiment, and can achieve the same functions and effects.

In addition, in the stadium structure 130, a truss structure 134 is provided at a position on the building 132 corresponding to the vertical middle part of the facility 20. The outer columns 42 above the truss structure 134 of the facility 20 are supported by the truss structure 134, and the outer columns 42 below the truss structure 134 of the facility 20 are suspended from the truss structure 134. Therefore, in the stadium structure 130, the facility 20 can be projected farther from the main body 18 than in a configuration in which no rigid part is provided in the building.

In the first embodiment, the megatruss 40 is provided on the upper part of the building 16, but the present invention is not limited to this configuration. For example, a strong frame may be provided as a rigid part on the upper part of the building. Also, columns or beams thicker than the columns 34 or beams 36 on the lower side of the building may be provided as a rigid part on the upper part of the building.

In the first, third, and fourth embodiments, the building is provided with a megatruss 40 or truss structure 114, 134 as a rigid part, but the position or configuration of the rigid part can be changed. For example, multiple rigid parts may be provided at intervals in the vertical direction of the building. In addition, the rigid part may be a strong frame, or a pillar or beam that is thicker than the pillars or beams in other parts of the building.

In the second embodiment, a rigid portion may be provided in the portion of the building 62 where the facility 66 is provided. For example, a rigid portion such as a truss structure may be provided in the portion of the building 62 that corresponds to the lower portion of the facility 66. Also, for example, a rigid portion such as a truss structure may be provided in the middle portion of the building in the vertical direction where the facility is provided, or a rigid portion such as a truss structure may be provided in the building at a position that corresponds to the upper portion of the facility.

In the first to fourth embodiments, the buildings 16, 62, 112, 132 are located in positions that face part of the spectator seats 14 in the circumferential direction, but the present invention is not limited to this configuration. The range in which the buildings are located in the circumferential direction of the spectator seats can be changed. For example, the buildings may be located so as to surround the spectator seats rather than part of the circumferential direction, as long as they do not obstruct the sunlight reaching the pitch.

In addition, in the first to fourth embodiments, the spectator seats 14 are integrated with the main body 18 or the main body 64, but the present invention is not limited to this configuration. For example, the spectator seats may be structured separately from the main body of the building.

In addition, in the first to fourth embodiments, the spectator seats 14 are not provided with a roof, but the present invention is not limited to this configuration. For example, a roof may be provided in a portion of the spectator seats other than where the facilities are provided.
