塗布方法はISO24443に則り、PMMAプレート上に実施例や比較例で示した各試
料を塗布後、30分間乾燥させたサンプルについて、SPFアナライザー(Labsphere社製 UV-2000S)を用いたSPF測定を行った。各試料において、9点の平均値を算出し、下記評価基準により判断した。
<評価基準>
◎ :(平均SPF値)=30以上
○ :(平均SPF値)=20以上30未満
△ :(平均SPF値)=10以上20未満
× :(平均SPF値)=10未満
<UV protection ability>
(Evaluation Method)
The SPF was evaluated by the following in vitro SPF measurement.
The coating method was in accordance with ISO 24443, and each sample shown in the Examples and Comparative Examples was coated on a PMMA plate, and then the sample was dried for 30 minutes, after which the SPF was measured using an SPF analyzer (UV-2000S, manufactured by Labsphere). For each sample, the average value of nine points was calculated, and the results were evaluated according to the following criteria.

(評価方法)
専門パネル5名について、前腕内側部に本発明の水中油型日やけ止め化粧料を塗布し、指で軽くなじませた際の「なじみ時のきしみ感のなさ」を評価した。試験結果は、「なじみ時にきしみ感がない」と回答した人数を用いて、下記評価基準により判断した。
<評価基準>
◎:なじみ時にきしみ感がないと認めたパネラーが4名あるいは5名
○:なじみ時にきしみ感がないと認めたパネラーが2名あるいは3名
△:なじみ時にきしみ感がないと認めたパネラーが1名
×:なじみ時にきしみ感がないと認めたパネラーが0名
<Evaluation test for lack of creaking sensation when fitting>
(Evaluation Method)
Five expert panelists applied the oil-in-water sunscreen cosmetic of the present invention to the inside of the forearm and lightly blended it with their fingers, and evaluated "the absence of a squeaky feeling when blended in." The test results were judged according to the following evaluation criteria using the number of people who answered "there was no squeaky feeling when blended in."

(評価方法)
専門パネル5名について、前腕内側部に本発明の水中油型日やけ止め化粧料を塗布し、指で軽くなじませた1分後の「肌なじみのよさ」を評価した。試験結果は、「塗布時のべたつきがなく、肌なじみがよい」と回答した人数を用いて、下記評価基準により判断した。<評価基準>

○:塗布時のべたつきがなく、肌なじみが良いと認めたパネラーが2名あるいは3名

×:塗布時のべたつきがなく、肌なじみが良いと認めたパネラーが0名
<Skin compatibility evaluation test>
(Evaluation Method)

<経時安定性評価試験>
50℃の恒温槽に1ヶ月間静置した後、外観状態を確認後、下記評価基準により判断した。
<評価基準>
◎: 変色・変臭などの変化が全く見られない
○: 若干の変化が見られるが、安定性に問題なし
△: 変化が見られるが、油浮き・分離は起こしていない
×: 分離
<Evaluation test of stability over time>
After leaving the sample in a thermostatic chamber at 50° C. for one month, the appearance of the sample was checked and evaluated according to the following criteria.

表1から明らかなように、本発明の成分を用いた実施例の水中油型日やけ止め化粧料はいずれも優れた性能を有していた。一方、必須成分のいずれかを欠いた比較例では、紫外線防御能、塗布時、なじみ時のきしみ感のなさ、肌なじみの良さのいずれかの面で劣っており、本発明の目的を達成できなかった。 As is clear from Table 1, all of the oil-in-water sunscreen cosmetics of the examples using the components of the present invention had excellent performance. (製法)(1)、(2)、(4)、(5)~(9)と(11)~(16)を80℃に加温し均一溶解させた(A液)。(3)、(10)、(19)、(20)を80℃に加温し均一溶解させた(B液)。A液にB液を加え、ホモミキサーで均一に分散後、(17)と(18)を加えさらにホモミキサーで均一に分散して日やけ止めO/Wジェルクリームを調製した。

(B)(A)成分以外の界面活性剤であって、ステアリン酸グリセリルおよびセテス-15の組み合わせ 0.5質量%以上
(C)有機紫外線吸収剤
(D)25℃でペースト状(半固体)の油剤であり、ワセリン、ダイマージリノール酸ジ(フィトステアリル/イソステアリル/セチル/ステアリル/ベヘニル)から選ばれる1種又は2種を含む油剤。 An oil-in-water type sunscreen cosmetic composition comprising the following components (A) to (D):
