・収容部が、取り出し具の先端部が下方に挿入される挿入口を有するとともに、取り出し具の基端部を挿入口から上方に突出させた状態で取り出し具の先端部を収容し、底蓋が、外容器に対する相対的な周方向の底蓋の回転によって収容部に収容された取り出し具の先端部を押上げるように周方向に向かって上下方向に傾く上下方向傾斜面を有する取り出し具付き容器（特許文献３参照）。

・特許文献２に開示された化粧料容器は、塗布具の収容部が狭く、使用者にとって塗布具を取り出すことが容易ではない。さらに、収容部のスペース分、容器本体よりも幅をとってしまい、容器が大型化してしまう。
・特許文献３に開示された取り出し具付き容器は、取り出し具を収容する収容部を備えるとともに、内容器を周方向に囲繞する外容器があるため、その分容器の径が大きくなってしまい、容器が大型化してしまう。
