Claims (21)
- ディスクブレーキ(1)用のディスクのブレーキバンド(2)であって、
前記ブレーキバンド(2)は、ブレーキディスクの回転軸(X-X)の周りに配置された環状のバンド本体(6)を含み、
前記バンド本体(6)は、ねずみ鋳鉄または鋼またはアルミニウムまたはそれらの合金からなり、
前記ブレーキバンド(2)は、少なくとも1つのブレーキ面(2aまたは2b)を有し、
前記少なくとも1つのブレーキ面(2aまたは2b)の少なくとも一部分が、活性化されたバンド本体部(7)であって、前記バンド本体部(7)の表面に配置された表面保護コーティング(3)の接着能力を増大させるためのバンド本体部(7)を含み、

- 前記少なくとも2つの突起は、複数の第1の突起(10)と複数の第2の突起(11)とを有し、
前記複数の第1の突起(10)と前記複数の第2の突起(11)は、前記第1の突起(10)と前記第2の突起(11)が交互に配置されており、
前記第1の突起(10)は、前記第1の突起(10)の両側に前記第1溝側面(14)を形成し、
前記第1の突起(10)の両側に形成された2つの前記第1溝側面(14)は前記溝底部(13)との間に前記鋭角(a1)を形成し、前記鋭角(a1)がアンダーカット(17)を画定し、

前記第2溝側面は、前記溝底部(13)との間に前記鈍角(a2)を形成する、請求項1に記載のブレーキバンド(2)。 - 前記第3の突起(12)の前記第1溝側面は、前記回転軸に対向する側又は前記回転軸とは反対側に配置されており、前記溝底部(13)との間にアンダーカットを形成している、請求項6又は7に記載のブレーキバンド(2)。
- 前記鋭角(a1)は80度、及び/又は
前記鈍角(a2)は100度である、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のブレーキバンド(2)。 - 前記溝(9)は、0.05mm~0.1mmの深さを有する、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載のブレーキバンド(2)。
- 前記少なくとも2つの突起は、前記溝(9)の幅と同じ大きさの幅を有する、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載のブレーキバンド(2)。
- 前記溝底部(13)は平坦な面である、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載のブレーキバンド(2)。
- 前記少なくとも2つの突起は突起リッジ(18)によって外部に区切られ、前記突起リッジ(18)は平坦な表面である、
または、
前記少なくとも2つの突起は突起リッジ(18)によって外部に区切られ、
前記第1溝側面(14)及び前記第2溝側面(15)は、前記突起リッジ(18)に0.1mmから0.4mmの接続半径をもって接合されている、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載のブレーキバンド(2)。 - 前記第1溝側面(14)と前記第2溝側面(15)は、、前記突起リッジ(18)に0.01mmから0.02mmの接続半径をもって接合されている、請求項13に記載のブレーキバンド(2)。
- 前記バンド本体(6)は、ねずみ鋳鉄または鋼から選択されるベース金属によって形成されており、
- 前記少なくとも1つのバンド本体部(7)を覆うベース保護コーティング(30)であって、
炭化クロム(Cr 3 C 2 )およびニッケルクロム(NiCr)、または、

前記ベース保護コーティング(3)で被覆された前記バンド本体部(7)の表面は、前記ベース金属のニトロ浸炭層(300)によって規定され、前記ブレーキバンドの中心に対して半径方向または円周方向の断面で粗いプロファイルを有している、

- 前記少なくとも1つの溝(9)を、前記ブレーキバンド(2)の回転軸(X-X)を少なくとも部分的に取り囲む経路に沿って延在させるステップと、
- 前記少なくとも1つの溝(9)を、その長手方向の延長部における断面が溝底部(13)および2つの対向する第1溝側面(14)及び第2溝側面(15)からなるようにするステップを含み、
- 第1溝側面(14)は、前記第1溝側面(14)が前記溝底部(13)と鋭角(a1)、すなわち90度より小さい角度(a1)を形成するように作られ、

を堆積して、前記バンド本体部(7)の表面を前記ニトロ浸炭表面層(300)を介在させて覆うベース保護コーティング(30)を形成するステップと、
炭化タングステン(WC)、鉄(Fe)、クロム(Cr)およびアルミニウム(Al)からなる粒子状の材料を、溶射堆積法である、HVOF(High Velocity Oxygen Fuel)、HVAF法(High Velocity Air Fuel)またはKM法(Kinetic Metallization)を用いて、前記ベース保護コーティング(30)上に堆積して、タングステンカーバイド(WC)と鉄(Fe)、クロム(Cr)およびアルミニウム(Al)からなり、前記バンド本体部(7)の表面を覆う表面保護コーティング(3)を形成するステップ、とを含む請求項18に記載のブレーキバンド(2)の製造方法。 - 活性化されたバンド本体部(7)を製造するための工具(21)であって、
少なくとも1つの切れ刃(22)を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの切れ刃(22)は、少なくとも1つの切刃リッジ(24)、第1の切刃側(25)および第2の切刃側(26)を有する少なくとも1つの切刃突起(23)を定義する粗いプロファイルを有し、
