外面側中央上部に所定間隔を隔てて上下に沿って2本の表ひだ山を形成するとともに、内面側中央上部であって前記表ひだ山に対応する位置に所定間隔を隔てて上下に沿って2本の陰ひだ山を形成してボックスプリーツ状の取付部を有する上着部材と、
