Description

The present invention relates to sound-proofing panels and sound-proofing walls constructed using the panels to block noise generated from noise sources.

On expressways, soundproofing walls are generally installed to block noise generated by passing vehicles and prevent it from spreading to surrounding areas. Many of these soundproofing walls are constructed by placing sound-absorbing material between H-shaped steel supports erected at regular intervals on the roadside or median strip, and stacking soundproofing panels with numerous sound-absorbing holes on the front side (road side) in the vertical direction. Such soundproofing walls are also sometimes installed to block noise generated by noise sources such as railway vehicles traveling on the tracks or factories.

In the above-mentioned type of soundproof wall, the lower ends of the supports are typically attached by welding or other means to a base plate placed on top of the foundation, and the base plate is then fixed to the foundation with anchor bolts, allowing the supports to stand upright.

Furthermore, when soundproof walls are installed on the roadside of bridges or elevated roads (viaducts), inspecting the bolts and other components used in the support attachment points involves little work when inspecting the front side, but inspecting the rear side, which is on the outside of the road, requires the use of an overhead work vehicle such as an overhead work vehicle, which poses a significant workload.

In response to this, Patent Document 1 proposes that, in order to reduce the burden of inspecting soundproof walls, openings be provided on the back of the soundproofing panels that make up the soundproof wall, allowing inspection of bolts and other components used in the support post mounting sections on the back side from the front side of the soundproof wall.

Patent No. 6810586

In the soundproof wall proposed in Patent Document 1, sound-absorbing material is housed in the entire space inside the sound-insulating board, with the front side exposed. However, in soundproof walls in which sound-absorbing material is built into the space inside the sound-insulating board and covers the front side, the opening on the rear side of the sound-insulating board for inspection is often larger than necessary, or the opening structure is complex.

The objective of this invention is to provide a soundproof wall with soundproofing panels installed between the supports that has a simple structure, ensures soundproofing performance, and allows inspection work on the rear side to be easily performed from the front side.

To solve the above problems, the sound-proofing panel of the present invention comprises a front section with multiple sound-absorbing holes, a rear section facing the front section across a space, and sound-absorbing material stored in the space between the front and rear sections. The sound-proofing panel is installed between upright posts set at a predetermined interval to form a soundproof wall. The sound-proofing panel has an inspection through-hole that passes through from the front section to the rear section at the bottom of the section that will be closest to the post when the soundproof wall is constructed. The inspection through-hole is separated from the space that stores the sound-absorbing material by a wall member, and a door is provided to open and close the inspection through-hole.

In other words, a simple inspection opening is provided in the soundproofing panels that make up the soundproof wall, penetrating from the front to the rear at the bottom of the section closest to the support pillar. This allows for easy inspection of the bolts and other components used in the support pillar mounting section on the rear side from the front of the soundproofing wall through the inspection opening in the soundproofing panel. Furthermore, the inspection opening and the storage space for the sound-absorbing material are separated by a wall member, and a door is provided to open and close the inspection opening, ensuring soundproofing performance during normal times other than inspections.

In the sound-proofing panel of the above configuration, the door can be slidably mounted relative to the rear surface.

The soundproof wall of the present invention is constructed by stacking multiple soundproof panels vertically between support posts installed at predetermined intervals, with the soundproof panel of the above-described configuration being arranged on the lowest level. Therefore, by using soundproof panels other than the lowest level that do not have inspection through-holes, installation costs and soundproofing performance are not significantly different from conventional configurations, and inspection of bolts and the like on the rear side can be easily performed from the front side, as described above.

As described above, the present invention provides an inspection through-hole that penetrates from the front to the rear of the sound-insulating panel that constitutes the soundproof wall, allowing for easy inspection of bolts and other items on the rear side from the front. Furthermore, the inspection through-hole in the sound-insulating panel is separated from the sound-absorbing material storage space by a wall member, and a door is provided to open and close the inspection through-hole, ensuring sound insulation performance. Furthermore, the sound-insulating panel is easy to manufacture because the structure of the inspection through-hole can be simplified.

Front view of a soundproof wall using a soundproof panel according to an embodiment (a)、(b)は、それぞれ図1のIIa-IIa線、IIb-IIb線に沿った断面図(2段目の遮音板は省略)(a) and (b) are cross-sectional views taken along lines IIa-IIa and IIb-IIb in FIG. 1, respectively (the second sound-proofing plate is omitted). Cross-sectional view of the sound-proof plate corresponding to FIG. 2(b) Enlarged cross-sectional view of the main part of Figure FIG. 6 is an exploded perspective view of the main part of FIG. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing a modified example of the sound-insulating panel door corresponding to FIG.

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the drawings. Figures 1, 2(a), 2(b), and 3 show a soundproof wall using a soundproof panel 1 according to an embodiment. This soundproof wall is constructed by erecting H-shaped steel posts 3 at predetermined intervals on the top surface of a foundation 2, and stacking multiple soundproof panels 1, 1' vertically between the posts 3. The soundproof panels 1, 1' are constructed such that the soundproof panel 1 according to the embodiment is placed at the bottom, with multiple layers of conventional soundproof panels 1' stacked on top of that, with both sides of each panel fitted into the U-shaped cross section of the posts 3 on both sides.

The support pillar 3 is fixed to the foundation 2 together with the base plate 4 by placing the base plate 4 welded to its lower end on the top surface of the foundation 2 and embedding anchor bolts 5 that pass through the base plate 4 into the foundation 2. A pair of ribs 4a are provided on the top surface of the base plate 4 to support the front side of the lower end of the support pillar 3. Two anchor bolts 5 are arranged on the front and rear sides, with the heads of the two on the rear side positioned so that they extend further inward than the rear part of the sound-proofing panel 1 (see Figure 2(b)).

The sound-proofing panel 1 of this embodiment has an overall horizontally elongated rectangular shape, and as shown in Figure 4, it comprises a front panel 11 that forms the front portion, a back panel 12 that forms the back portion and faces the front portion across a space, side panels 13 that form both left and right side surfaces, and thick sound-absorbing material 14 stored in the space between the front panel 11 and back panel 12. The front panel 11 is made of an aluminum alloy plate, the back panel 12 is made of laminated steel plate, and the side panels 13 are made of plated steel plate, and the sound-absorbing material 14 is made of polyester fiber. The back panel may also be plated steel plate, and the sound-absorbing material may be glass wool. Furthermore, this sound-proofing panel 1 has an inspection through-hole 16 that penetrates from the front portion to the back portion at the bottom of a section that will be near the support columns 3 on both sides when the soundproof wall is constructed.

The front panel 11 has a large number of louver-shaped sound-absorbing holes 11a drilled into the front portion, excluding the opening for the inspection through-hole 16. In addition, an upper plate portion 11b is provided at the top end, bent toward the rear side.

The rear panel 12 is arranged parallel to the front panel 11 and is provided with two openings for the inspection through-holes 16 and two notched recesses 12a (see Figure 3) to avoid interference with the anchor bolts 5 on the rear side. The openings for the inspection through-holes 16 are opened and closed by a door 17 that slides relative to the rear panel 12, as described below. In addition, a recess 12b is formed in the center of the height direction, extending in the longitudinal direction of the sound-proofing panel 1, to improve the overall cross-sectional strength.

The upper end of the back panel 12 is provided with an upper panel portion 12c that is bent toward the front and connected to the upper panel portion 11b of the front panel 11 in an overlapping state, while the lower end is provided with a bottom panel portion 12d that is bent toward the front and seals the bottom side of the soundproofing panel 1, with the downward bent portion on the front side of the bottom panel portion 12d forming the lower end of the front part of the soundproofing panel 1. Furthermore, a rubber waterproof sheet 18 is provided on the underside of the bottom panel portion 12d, except for the portion that rests on the base plate 4, sealing the gap between the lower end of the downward bent portion and the top surface of the foundation 2, preventing rainwater and other water from flowing from the front side to the back side of the soundproofing panel 1.

The front panel 11, rear panel 12, and side panel 13 are joined together and integrated with rivets or spot welding (not shown), and sound-absorbing material 14 is housed in the internal space (the space between the front and rear sections) except for the inspection hole 16.

As shown in Figures 5 and 6, the inspection through-hole 16 is separated from the space that houses the sound-absorbing material 14 by wall members (upper partition 19, bottom partition 20, and side partitions 21, 22) arranged above, below, and on both sides. This seals the space behind the sound-absorbing material 14 (between the sound-absorbing material 14 and the back panel 12), allowing it to exhibit the desired sound-absorbing performance.

In addition, the upper partition wall 19 and the bottom partition wall 20 each have rail portions 19a, 20a on their rear sides that guide the door 17 so that it can slide freely relative to the rear panel 12, as described below. These rail portions 19a, 20a are each bent into a crank-shaped cross section and extend from the rear side ends of the upper partition wall 19 and the bottom partition wall 20 toward the longitudinal center of the sound-proofing panel 1 (see Figure 3).

The upper bulkhead 19 and bottom bulkhead 20 have their rails 19a and 20a fixed to the rear panel 12 with rivets 23, with their respective front-side bent portions 19b and 20b abutting the inner wall of the front panel 11. The side bulkheads 21 and 22 have their upper and lower bent portions 21b and 22b fixed to the upper bulkhead 19 and bottom bulkhead 20 with rivets 23, with their respective front-side bent portions 21a and 22a abutting the inner wall of the front panel 11. The side bulkhead 21 on the support 3 side has its rear-side bent portion 21c fixed to the rear panel 12 with a rivet (not shown).

The door 17 is a plate-like member with bent portions 17a at the top and bottom ends that have a U-shaped cross section, and a handle 24 is provided on the inside surface. The bent portions 17a are slidably fitted into the U-shaped cross section formed by the rail portions 19a, 20a of the upper bulkhead 19 and bottom bulkhead 20 and the opening edge of the back panel 12, and slide in the longitudinal direction of the soundproofing panel 1 to open and close the rear opening of the inspection through hole 16. This door 17 is normally closed except when the soundproofing wall is being inspected, and is only opened when the rear side is being inspected.

On the other hand, the conventional sound insulation board 1' serves as the base for the sound insulation board 1 of the above-mentioned embodiment, and does not have an inspection through-hole like the sound insulation board 1 of the embodiment. Instead, the entire space between the front and rear sections is filled with sound-absorbing material made of the same material as the sound insulation board 1 of the embodiment.

This soundproof wall has the above-mentioned configuration, and the lowest soundproofing panel 1 has an inspection opening 16 that penetrates from the front to the rear at the bottom of the section near the support post 3.By opening the door 17 on the rear side, the condition of the anchor bolts 5 on the rear side can also be easily inspected from the front.

In addition, the inspection through-hole 16 and the storage space for the sound-absorbing material 14 are separated by wall members 19, 20, 21, and 22, and a door 17 is provided to open and close the inspection through-hole 16. Furthermore, the inspection through-hole 16 itself is formed to the minimum size necessary for inspection work on the rear side, ensuring sufficient soundproofing and sound-absorbing performance during normal times other than inspection.

The sound-proofing panel 1 has inspection through-holes 16 that are separated on all four sides, allowing the sound-absorbing material 14 to be stably installed above them, and the simple structure of the inspection through-holes 16 makes them easy to manufacture.

In the above-described embodiment, the inspection opening 16 is opened and closed using a door 17 that slides relative to the rear panel 12 of the sound-proofing panel 1. However, a swinging door can also be used instead of this sliding door. For example, in the example shown in Figure 7, the rails 19a, 20a on the upper bulkhead 19 and bottom bulkhead 20 are eliminated, and instead an L-shaped mounting member 25 is provided at the rear end of the bottom bulkhead 20. One end of a flat door 26 is attached to this mounting member 25 so that it can swing freely in a vertical plane. Normally, this door 26 is closed in a vertically upright position with the other end fixed to the upper edge of the opening in the rear panel 12 by appropriate means. For inspection, it can be opened by swinging it toward the front around one end. A handle 27 is provided on the surface that faces the front when closed.

The embodiments disclosed herein should be considered in all respects to be illustrative and not restrictive. The scope of the present invention is defined by the claims, not by the meaning described above, and is intended to include all modifications within the meaning and scope of the claims.

For example, in the embodiment, the door for opening and closing the inspection through-hole is located on the rear side, but it can also be located on the front side to improve the appearance from the front side under normal conditions.

In addition, while the embodiment allows the anchor bolts on the rear side to be inspected through the inspection through-hole, other conditions on the rear side can also be easily inspected through the inspection through-hole.
