Description

逆止漏れが発生する要因の中で一番多いのが、弁座面への異物噛み込みであり、配管内で経年により発生した錆や系外より混入した異物が、逆止弁の弁座面に付着し、締め切り性能が不良となることで、逆止漏れが発生することが知られている。

堰構造物5で逆止弁装置1への侵入を阻まれた異物を含んだ蒸気ドレンが、逆止弁前後に設置のスチームトラップ6、7から蒸気ドレンとともに排出されることで、堰構造物5(堰構造部)の分解清掃が不要となる。スチームトラップ6は、具体的には、入口配管2から分岐した蒸気ドレン排出配管8に設けられている。同様に、スチームトラップ7は、具体的には、出口配管3から分岐した蒸気ドレン排出配管9に設けられている。
