車両の入退場が可能な入退場階と、専用パーキングが付設される住戸が複数配置される住戸階と、前記車両が前進走行又は後進走行により乗降可能な乗降口を有して前記入退場階と前記住戸階との間で前記車両を昇降輸送可能な自走乗降式のカーエレベータとが備えられ、
前記専用パーキングが、前記住戸階において、付設先の前記住戸に対して他の前記住戸及び共用部とは区画された状態で直結され、且つ、前記カーエレベータの前記乗降口からの前記車両の前進走行又は後進走行により直接に前向き駐車又は後向き駐車可能に構成され、
前記入退場階及び前記住戸階において、前記カーエレベータの前記乗降口が、乗り入れ姿勢の車両の前後方向の一方側と他方側の両方に備えられ、
前記住戸階には、前記カーエレベータの前記前後方向の一方側の第一の前記乗降口に隣接して第一の前記専用パーキングが配置され、前記カーエレベータの前記前後方向の他方側の第二の前記乗降口に隣接して第二の前記専用パーキングが配置され、
前記入退場階には、建物内への入退場口と前記カーエレベータの前記乗降口とに亘る入退場用車路が備えられ、
前記入退場階には、前記カーエレベータに対する乗降スペースとして、前記カーエレベータの前記第一の乗降口に隣接する第一の乗降スペースと、前記カーエレベータの前記第二の乗降口に隣接する第二の乗降スペースとが備えられ、
前記第二の乗降スペースは、他の車両用経路を介さずに直接的に前記入退場用車路に接続され、
前記第一の乗降スペースは、直接的に前記入退場用車路に接続されておらず、前記カーエレベータの前記第一の乗降口とエレベータかごと前記第二の乗降口と前記第二の乗降スペースを介して前記入退場用車路に接続され、
前記入退場階における前記第一の乗降スペース及び前記第二の乗降スペースの夫々には、前記カーエレベータに乗り入れる前記車両の前後方向での走行向きの変更を可能とするターンテーブルが配置される集合住宅。
