Claims (10)
- フォールディング分離膜の一面に複数の単位セルを配置するステップ;
前記フォールディング分離膜上に単位セルを固定するステップ;
前記フォールディング分離膜の他面の少なくとも一末端部にバインダー組成物を提供するステップ;及び
前記フォールディング分離膜を折り畳んで前記単位セルを積層するステップを含み、
前記単位セルは、少なくとも一末端に電極活物質層の厚さが減少するスライディング部を含み、
前記バインダー組成物が前記スライディング部と前記フォールディング分離膜間に介在して前記スライディング部と前記フォールディング分離膜間の離隔空間を埋め、
前記単位セルを固定するステップは、前記単位セルが配置された前記フォールディング分離膜を加熱し、加圧して行われるものであり、
前記単位セルを積層するステップの後に、前記単位セルが積層された電極組立体を加熱して加圧するステップをさらに含む、電極組立体の製造方法。 - 前記バインダー組成物は、前記フォールディング分離膜の長さ方向に提供されるものである、請求項1に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。
- 前記バインダー組成物は、前記単位セルの電極タブが配置される方向の末端部に提供されるものである、請求項1に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。
- 前記バインダー組成物を提供するステップは、バインダー塗布量が0.1g/m2~1.0g/m2になるように行われるものである、請求項1に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。
- 前記バインダー組成物は、前記フォールディング分離膜の幅をWとすると、前記フォールディング分離膜の端部から0.15Wの距離にある領域に提供されるものである、請求項1に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。
- 前記バインダー組成物は、水系バインダーを含むものである、請求項1に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。
- 前記単位セルを固定するステップ、又は、前記単位セルが積層された電極組立体を加熱して加圧するステップにおいて、前記加熱は、50℃~150℃の温度で行われ、前記加圧は、10kPa~300kPaの圧力条件で行われるものである、請求項1に記載の電極組立体の製造方法。
- 正極、分離膜及び負極を含む複数の単位セルが長いシート状のフォールディング分離膜により巻き取られて積層される電極組立体であり、
前記単位セルは、少なくとも一末端に電極活物質層の厚さが減少するスライディング部を含み、
前記スライディング部とフォールディング分離膜間との間の離間空間を、バインダーコーティング層が埋めている、電極組立体。 - 前記バインダーコーティング層は、水系バインダーを含むものである、請求項8に記載の電極組立体。
- 請求項8又は請求項9に記載の電極組立体を含む、二次電池。
