Description

Claims (12)
- 電気導体(56)のシールド(58)をシールドコンタクト(68)に固定する固定スリーブ(1)であって、前記電気導体(56)を支持するように2つの羽根(4)間に位置する底部(6)を有する固定部(2)を備え、前記シールド(58)を前記シールドコンタクト(68)に固定する前の開状態(8)で、前記羽根(4)は、前記底部(6)とは反対側を向いている自由端(10)で、軸方向(X)に延びるスロット(12)によって隔置され、前記羽根(4)は、閉状態(55)で少なくとも円周方向(U)に前記固定スリーブ(1)を固定する相補形ポジティブロック要素(14)を前記自由端(10)に備えるともに、
前記相補形ポジティブロック要素(14)は複数の掛止部材であり、
前記複数の掛止部材は、前記閉状態(55)で前記円周方向(U)および前記羽根(4)の厚さ方向に部分的に重複するように構成されており、
径方向に突出する少なくとも1つの片持ち式の掛止タブ(26)が、前記相補形ポジティブロック要素(14)を備え、
前記少なくとも1つの掛止タブ(26)は、前記円周方向(U)に互いに平行に延びる前記羽根(4)の2つのフィンガ(38)間に配置されており、
前記閉状態(55)で、前記反対側の羽根(4)は、前記フィンガ(38)と少なくとも1つの掛止タブ(26)との間の間隙(44)を通って挿入されている、

- 前記閉状態(55)で、前記固定スリーブ(1)は圧着されていない、請求項1に記載の固定スリーブ(1)。

- 前記少なくとも1つの掛止タブ(26)は、径方向内側へ突出する掛止フック(28)を備える、請求項1に記載の固定スリーブ(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの掛止タブ(26)は、前記羽根(4)の全長にわたって前記軸方向(X)に延びている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の固定スリーブ(1)。
- 前記フィンガ(38)は各々、1つの掛止突起(40)を備える、請求項1に記載の固定スリーブ(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの羽根(4)が、径方向外側へ突出する少なくとも1つの剛性の掛止ノーズ(46)を備える、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の固定スリーブ(1)。
- 前記固定スリーブ(1)は、前記軸方向(X)に前記固定部(2)から隔置された2つのさらなる羽根(18)を有するさらなる固定部(16)を備え、前記さらなる羽根(18)は、前記底部(6)とは反対側へ延び、相補形ポジティブロック要素(14)を備える、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の固定スリーブ(1)。
- シールド(58)を有する電気導体(56)と、前記シールド(58)に接触するシールドコンタクト(68)と、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の固定スリーブ(1)とを備えるコンタクト装置(54)であって、前記シールド(58)は、前記固定スリーブ(1)の前記閉状態(55)で前記シールドコンタクト(68)に締め付けられている、コンタクト装置(54)。
- 前記シールド(58)は、前記固定スリーブ(1)と前記シールドコンタクト(68)との間に少なくとも部分的に配置されている、請求項10に記載のコンタクト装置(54)。
- 電気導体(56)とシールドコンタクト(68)との間の接触を固定する請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の固定スリーブ(1)の使用。
