Claims (17)
- 充電インフラストラクチャであって、

前記車両側充電インターフェースとの充電接続を確立するためのロボット側充電インターフェースを搭載するロボットを含み、
前記ロボットは、
ベース・フレームと、
前記ロボット側充電インターフェースを搭載した可動キャリアと、
を含む、充電インフラストラクチャにおいて、
前記ベース・フレームと前記可動キャリアとの間に設けられ、前記ベース・フレームに対して少なくとも3自由度で前記可動キャリアを移動する機構を形成する少なくとも3つの変位アセンブリを備え、
前記変位アセンブリは、変位ストロークにわたって前記ベース・フレームと前記可動キャリアとの間にストロークの変位を課すように構成されたアクチュエータを含み、
前記ロボットは、
前記アクチュエータおよび前記ロボット側充電インターフェースと直列に設けられた少なくとも1つのコンプライアンス・アセンブリを含み、前記コンプライアンス・アセンブリは、充電プロセス中に車両の位置が変更された場合に、前記ロボット側充電インターフェースを前記車両側充電インターフェースから切り離すことが可能であり、または、前記アクチュエータの直線運動もしくは前記車両の小さな運動によって課される任意の剛体
運動を吸収することが可能であり、
前記コンプライアンス・アセンブリは、コンプライアンス・ストロークにわたって前記アクチュエータと前記ロボット側充電インターフェースとの間の変位を弾性的に吸収または解放するように構成され、前記コンプライアンス・ストロークの長さは少なくとも5ミリメートルであり、
前記コンプライアンス・アセンブリは、前記アクチュエータと前記ロボット側充電インターフェースとの間の閾値負荷を超えた後、前記コンプライアンス・ストロークにわたって前記変位を弾性的に吸収するように構成される、ことを特徴とする、充電インフラストラクチャ。 - 前記アクチュエータは、前記ベース・フレームと前記可動キャリアとの間に角度の変位を課すように構成され、

- 前記コンプライアンス・アセンブリが、前記アクチュエータと前記ロボット側充電インターフェースとの間の規定された位置にバイアスされる、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の充電インフラストラクチャ。
- 前記ロボット側充電インターフェースおよび前記車両側充電インターフェースは、確立された充電接続をロックおよびロック解除するためのロック機構を備える、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の充電インフラストラクチャ。
- 前記充電ステーションは、前記充電ステーションの動作を制御するための電子制御システムを含み、前記電子制御システムは、前記アクチュエータに接続された電子制御装置を含み、前記電子制御装置は、前記アクチュエータによる前記変位を制御するように構成され、前記電子制御システムは、アクチュエータの前記位置または動きを決定するための前記電子制御装置に接続されたセンサ、および/またはコンプライアンス・ストロークを決定するため、もしくはコンプライアンス・アセンブリに作用する力もしくは負荷を決定するための前記電子制御装置に接続されたセンサ、および/または前記ロボット側充電インターフェースと前記可動キャリアとの間に作用する力もしくは負荷を決定するための、前記電子制御装置に接続された前記可動キャリアと前記ロボット側充電インターフェースとの間のセンサを含む、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の充電インフラストラクチャ。
- 前記電子制御装置は、コンプライアンス・アセンブリのコンプライアンス・ストロークを検出するように、および前記コンプライアンス・ストロークの前記検出に応答して前記アクチュエータによる前記変位を制御するように構成され、ならびに/または、前記電子制御装置は、変位ストロークおよびコンプライアンス・ストロークに基づいて前記ロボット側充電インターフェースの衝突を決定するように構成され、ならびに/または、前記電子制御装置は、変位ストロークおよびコンプライアンス・ストロークに基づいて、前記ロボット側充電インターフェースと前記車両側充電インターフェースとの間の物理的接触を決定するように構成され、ならびに/または前記電子制御装置は、変位ストロークおよびコンプライアンス・ストロークに基づいて、前記ロボット側充電インターフェースと前記車両側充電インターフェースとの間の不整合を決定するように構成され、ならびに/または、前記電子制御装置は、前記ロボット側充電インターフェースと前記車両側充電インターフェースとの間の前記不整合を少なくとも部分的に修正するために、前記アクチュエータによる前記変位を制御するように構成される、請求項12に記載の充電インフラストラクチャ。

- 前記電子制御装置の構成または遠隔制御のために前記電子制御システムに接続された、前記充電ステーションから離れたコンピュータ・サーバを含む、請求項12に記載の充電インフラストラクチャ。
- 充電インフラストラクチャの充電ステーション内の車両側充電インターフェースを有する車両を充電するための方法であって、請求項1から14のいずれかに記載の充電インフラストラクチャの使用を含む、方法。
- 充電ステーションに請求項16に記載の方法を実行させるように適合されたコンピュータ実行可能命令を有する、コンピュータ可読媒体。
