Claims (12)
- 巻取る対象の薄膜(2)を薄膜巻取装置(1)に供給する薄膜入口領域(3)と、
薄膜(2)を薄膜巻胴(5)に巻取る巻取位置に配置される第1の巻胴(4)と、
巻取位置にある第1の巻胴(4)に隣接して配置されて薄膜(2)を第1の巻胴(4)に導く接触ロール(6)と、
接触ロール(6)の薄膜(2)の移動方向上流に配置されて薄膜(2)を接触ロール(6)に導く調節ロール(8)と、
接触ロール(6)に対し調節ロール(8)を移動路に沿って移動して、接触ロール(6)に薄膜(2)を巻き付ける捲回角度を変更する第1の変位装置(10)とを備え、
第1の変位装置(10)は、全移動路又は移動路の主要部に沿って、a)第1の動力学ベクトル及び/又はb)第2の動力学ベクトルで、調節ロール(8)を移動することを特徴とする薄膜延伸装置(110)用薄膜巻取装置(1)。 - 第1の変位装置(10)は、薄膜(2)の巻取中に移動路に沿って調節ロール(8)を接触ロール(6)に対して移動して捲回角度を変更する請求項1に記載の薄膜巻取装置(1)。
- 第1の変位装置(10)は、接触ロール(6)に対して連続的に又は段階的に調節ロール(8)を移動する請求項1又は2に記載の薄膜巻取装置(1)。
- 第1の変位装置(10)は、a)第1の動力学ベクトルで移動する第1の案内装置(11)及び/又はb)第2の動力学ベクトルで移動する第2の案内装置(12)を備える請求項3に記載の薄膜巻取装置(1)。
- 測定用ロール(8)は、a)第1の案内装置(11)又はb)第2の案内装置(12)に固定される請求項4に記載の薄膜巻取装置(1)。
- a)第1の案内装置(11)は、第2の案内装置(12)に固定され又は
b)第2の案内装置(12)は、第1の案内装置(11)に固定される請求項5に記載の薄膜巻取装置(1)。 - 第1の案内装置(11)に作用する第1の動力学ベクトルは、薄膜入口領域(3)方向に地表に平行に配置される一X方向成分のみを含み、及び/又は、
第2の案内装置(12)に作用する第2の動力学ベクトルは、薄膜入口領域(3)方向に配置されかつ地表に平行なX方向成分と、X方向に垂直に地表から離間して配置されるZ方向成分とを含む請求項3~6の何れか1項に記載の薄膜巻取装置(1)。 - 調節ロール(8)は、全移動路を通りX方向よりもZ方向に移動し、
調節ロール(8)は、全移動路を通りZ方向よりもX方向に移動し又は
調節ロール(8)は、全移動路を通りZ方向とX方向とに同一距離移動する請求項7に記載の薄膜巻取装置(1)。 - 第2の動力学ベクトルのX方向成分とZ方向成分との比率は、移動路の大部分又は全移動路に渡り一定である請求項7又は8に記載の薄膜巻取装置(1)。
- 第2の動力学ベクトルがXY平面と成す角度は、10°より大きく、また、80°より小さい請求項7~9の何れか1項に記載の薄膜巻取装置(1)。
- 調節ロール(8)の移動路は、円弧状に形成される請求項1~8の何れか1項に記載の薄膜巻取装置(1)。
- 調節ロール(8)の移動路は、互いに直接接続され又は直線的に延伸する複数の部位で互いに接続される複数の円弧状区域を含む請求項11に記載の薄膜巻取装置(1)。
