At time t4, the instruction manual and FAQ functions may be terminated. In the second embodiment, these functions are gradually opened (or closed) over time, making it possible to provide apps that are easier to use/used and to foster a good community. The information providing device according to claim 1 , wherein the KPI information includes at least one of the number of logins, the number of posts, and the number of replies of the sender and the recipient. The information providing device according to claim 1 , wherein the KPI information includes at least one of the contents of posts, replies, and functions that have been used by the sender and the receiver.
