Description
- 特に、発酵基質からバニリンへの生物学的変換を可能にすることができる微生物の培養を含む、生物工学的プロセスに基づく「天然」経路。発酵基質がフェルラ酸であるそのような方法は、特に、欧州特許第0885968号明細書から既知である。使用されるフェルラ酸は、特に米ぬか又はトウモロコシふすまに由来する複数の起源を持つ場合がある。
- 微生物が関与しない、グアイアコールから出発する従来の化学反応を含む「合成」経路。この方法によって、合成バニリンと呼ばれるバニリンが調製される。
- 最後に、バニリンは、バニリンがオイゲノール又はリグニンから得られる「バイオベース」と表現される経路によって調製することもできる。特に、米国特許第2745796号明細書及び独国特許第1132113号明細書、並びにInternational Journal of Biology and Biotechnology,2004,Vol.1,No.4,pp 535-537中のAzadbakhtらによる「Preparation of lignin from wood dust as vanillin source and comparison of different extraction methods」という表題の論文を挙げることができる。
Claims (7)
- 天然バニリン、4-((4-ヒドロキシ-3-メトキシベンジル)オキシ)-3-メトキシベンズアルデヒド及び4-ヒドロキシ-3-(4-ヒドロキシ-3-メトキシベンジル)-5-メトキシベンズアルデヒドを含む組成物であって、90%以上の天然バニリン力価を示す、組成物。
- バニリルアルコール、バニリン酸、アセトバニロン、グアイアコール、及びビニルグアイアコールから選択される少なくとも1種の化合物を更に含有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記天然バニリン力価が95%超である、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物の総重量に対する4-((4-ヒドロキシ-3-メトキシベンジル)オキシ)-3-メトキシベンズアルデヒドの重量含有量が10000ppm以下且つ10ppm以上である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 組成物の総重量に対する4-ヒドロキシ-3-(4-ヒドロキシ-3-メトキシベンジル)-5-メトキシベンズアルデヒドの重量含有量が5000ppm以下且つ10ppm以上である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 400ハーゼン以下の色を特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- ヒトの食品及び動物の食餌の分野における、製薬における、風味料としての、又は化粧品、香水、及び洗剤産業における香料としての、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の使用。
