本実施形態の軸受孔30は、外歯歯車16の中心C16を軸方向に貫通している。本実施形態の内ピン孔32は、外歯歯車16の中心C16から径方向にオフセットした位置に周方向に間隔を空けて複数設けられる。
Claims (7)
- 外歯歯車と、
前記外歯歯車と噛み合う内歯歯車と、
前記外歯歯車を揺動させる偏心体と、
前記外歯歯車に設けられた軸受孔と前記偏心体との間に配置される偏心軸受と、を備えた偏心揺動型歯車装置であって、
前記軸受孔の内周面は、前記偏心軸受の転動体が転動する転動面を構成し、
前記軸受孔の内周面の表面硬度は、前記外歯歯車の歯面の表面硬度よりも100HV以上高い偏心揺動型歯車装置。 - 前記軸受孔の内周面には、表面硬化処理が施された第1表面硬化層が設けられ、
前記外歯歯車の歯面には、前記第1表面硬化層とは異なる表面硬化処理が施され前記第1表面硬化層よりも表面硬度の低い第2表面硬化層、又は、母材領域が設けられる請求項1に記載の偏心揺動型歯車装置。 - 前記外歯歯車と前記内歯歯車の噛み合い部において、前記外歯歯車の歯面及び前記内歯歯車の歯面の一方は凸曲面とされ、他方は凹曲面とされる請求項1または2に記載の偏心揺動型歯車装置。
- 前記内歯歯車は、内歯歯車本体と、前記内歯歯車本体の内周面に直接に形成された内歯と、を備える請求項3に記載の偏心揺動型歯車装置。
- 前記軸受孔の内径は、前記外歯歯車のピッチ円径に対して1/3倍以下である請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の偏心揺動型歯車装置。
- 前記外歯歯車は、自身の中心から径方向にオフセットした位置に設けられ、内ピンが挿通される内ピン孔を備え、
前記内ピン孔の内周面の表面硬度は、前記軸受孔の内周面の表面硬度よりも100HV以上低い請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の偏心揺動型歯車装置。 - 前記外歯歯車は、自身の中心から径方向にオフセットした位置に設けられた前記軸受孔と、自身の中心に設けられた中央貫通孔とを備え、
前記中央貫通孔の内周面の表面硬度は、前記軸受孔の内周面の表面硬度よりも100HV以上低い請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の偏心揺動型歯車装置。
