また、図6に示す鞘管1は、蓋体4を開き本体筒2の内側へ柱状体6の下部を挿入可能な状態としているが、この状態において、規制部材5の締結部材55はその頭部の軸方向外側に蓋体取付部3の壁部30である外壁部30aが位置するように配置される。尚、前記の軸方向とは、締結部材55の雄ねじが向く方向を意味する。
このように締結部材55を配置することで、前記壁部30に阻まれてドライバーやレンチなどの工具を締結部材55の頭部へ接続させにくくなされ、前記締結部材55を雌ねじ孔52aから螺脱させる作業をより困難なものにすることができる。
また、図6の状態において、前記締結部材55は、その全体が蓋体取付部3の内側に収納された状態となされる。
このように締結部材55を配置することで、鍔部21の最上端が設置面近傍に配置されるように前記鞘管1を設置面へ埋設固定したときに、締結部材55の全体が設置面の下方に配置されるので、締結部材55の雌ねじ孔52aから螺脱させる作業をより困難なものにすることができる。
上記のように締結部材55の螺脱作業を困難にすることで、設置面に埋設固定した鞘管1へ柱状体6の下部を挿入させて立設させている状態において、いたずら等によって締結部材55が螺脱され、本体筒2から蓋体4が取り外されてしまうような問題を抑制できる。

蓋体4が閉じた状態において、規制部材5の締結部材55は、その頭部の軸方向外側に蓋体取付部3の壁部30が位置しないように配置される。
このように締結部材55を配置することで、前記頭部へドライバーやレンチなどの工具を接続して、締結部材55を雌ねじ孔52aから螺脱する作業を容易に行うことができる。
また、図7の状態において、鍔部21の最上端が設置面近傍に配置されるように前記鞘管1を設置面へ埋設固定したときに、締結部材55の前記頭部が設置面の上方に配置されるので、締結部材55の雌ねじ孔52aから螺脱させる作業をより容易に行うことができる。
即ち、設置面に埋設固定した鞘管1へ柱状体6を立設させずに蓋体4を閉じた状態において、前記締結部材55を螺脱させ、前記軸部33から取付部41を取り外して、本体筒2から蓋体4を取り外すことができる。このように設けることで、蓋体4が破損等した場合に、本体筒2から蓋体4を取り外して、新たな蓋体4を取り付ける交換作業を容易に行うことができる。

The lid body 4 rotates around the shaft portion 33, and the lid portion 40 abuts on the flange portion 21 of the main body tube 2, closing the tube wall 20 and covering almost the entire upper part of the inside thereof.
When the lid 4 is closed, the fastening member 55 of the restricting member 5 is positioned so that the wall portion 30 of the lid mounting portion 3 is not located axially outside the head of the fastening member 55.
By arranging the fastening member 55 in this manner, it is possible to easily connect a tool such as a screwdriver or a wrench to the head and unscrew the fastening member 55 from the female thread hole 52a.
Furthermore, in the state shown in FIG. 7 , when the sheath pipe 1 is embedded and fixed to the installation surface so that the uppermost end of the flange portion 21 is positioned near the installation surface, the head of the fastening member 55 is positioned above the installation surface, making it easier to unscrew the fastening member 55 from the female thread hole 52 a.
That is, with the lid body 4 closed without erecting the columnar body 6 on the sheath pipe 1 embedded and fixed to the installation surface, the fastening member 55 can be unscrewed, the mounting portion 41 can be removed from the shaft portion 33, and the lid body 4 can be removed from the main body tube 2. By providing it in this manner, if the lid body 4 is damaged, the replacement work of removing the lid body 4 from the main body tube 2 and installing a new lid body 4 can be easily performed.

図15、16に示す柱状体6は、円筒形状の柱部61と、柱部61から外側へ突出する係合部62とを備えている。
柱部61は、丸形鋼管で形成しており、その外径を前記本体筒2の筒壁20の内径に対応する大きさに設けて、その外面61aを筒壁20の内側面20aへ当接させて支持されるように設けている。
前記係合部62は、接続部63を介して柱部61の外面に接続しており、柱部61の最下端から上方へ間隔をあけて配置している。

The engaging portion 62 is connected to the outer surface of the column portion 61 via a connecting portion 63 and is disposed above the lowermost end of the column portion 61 with a space therebetween.

前記接続部63は、柱部61の外面から径方向外側へ突出する平板状の横部63aと、この横部63aの先から上方へ延出する平板状の縦部63bを備えている。
前記係合部62は、前記縦部63bの上端から径方向外側へ突出する平板形状に設けており、その向きを縦向きに配置した縦板状の突出片に形成している。係合部62は、その突出する先端付近に円形の貫通孔62aを形成している。
前記係合部62、及び接続部63の横部63aと縦部63bは、1個の金属板を曲げ加工して形成している。

The connecting portion 63 includes a flat horizontal portion 63a that protrudes radially outward from the outer surface of the column portion 61, and a flat vertical portion 63b that extends upward from the end of the horizontal portion 63a.
The engaging portion 62 has a flat plate shape that protrudes radially outward from the upper end of the vertical portion 63b, and is formed as a vertical plate-like protruding piece that is oriented vertically. The engaging portion 62 has a circular through-hole 62a formed near the protruding tip.
The engaging portion 62 and the horizontal portion 63a and vertical portion 63b of the connecting portion 63 are formed by bending a single metal plate.
図19は設置面Gに埋設固定した鞘管1へ図15の柱状体6を挿入した状態を示す図である。
図19に示す鞘管1は、本体筒2において鍔部21の最上端の近傍の部分のみを設置面Gの上に露出し、その下方を埋設固定している。
柱状体6は、柱部61の下端が前記底板25の上面へ当接するまで筒壁20の内側へ挿入しており、挿入した部分の外面61aが筒壁20の内側面20aに当接して支持されている。
柱状体6の前記係合部62は、開いた状態の蓋部40の前記貫通孔40aに対応する位置に配置されるように設けており、軸部33を軸として蓋部40を回転させることで係合部62を貫通孔40aへ挿通させることができる。

The columnar body 6 is inserted into the inside of the cylindrical wall 20 until the lower end of the column portion 61 abuts against the upper surface of the bottom plate 25, and the outer surface 61a of the inserted portion abuts against the inner surface 20a of the cylindrical wall 20 and is supported.
The engagement portion 62 of the columnar body 6 is arranged to be positioned at a position corresponding to the through hole 40a of the lid portion 40 in the open state, and the engagement portion 62 can be inserted into the through hole 40a by rotating the lid portion 40 around the shaft portion 33 as an axis.
図20は図19の柱状体6にカバー体Cを取り付けた状態を示す図である。
図20に示す柱状体6は、蓋体4の前記貫通孔40aへ挿通させた係合部62の貫通孔62aへ南京錠からなる錠Rを取り付けている。前記柱状体6は、係合部62を蓋体40へ係合させることで本体筒2からの脱抜を防止している。
設置面Gから上方において、柱状体6の外側にはカバー体Cを取り付けている。
カバー体Cは、弾性材料で形成しており、柱部51の外径に対応する内径を有する筒状体に設けている。
カバー体Cは、その下端の一部を前記柱部61の外面60aと縦部63bとの間に挿入するようにして取り付けており、外側から取り付けたねじ部材Bによって柱部61へ固定している。
カバー体Cを取り付けた柱状体6は、車止めとして好適に利用できるように設けている。

The pillar body 6 to which the cover body C is attached is provided so as to be suitably used as a car stopper.
図20に示す鞘管1は、車止めとして利用する柱状体6へ車両などが接触することによって、蓋部40が変形するなどの損傷を受ける場合がある。
このような場合は、上記と逆の手順でカバー体Cと柱状体6とを取り外し、蓋体4を回転させて閉じた状態にすることで、前記締結部材55を取り外して蓋体4を本体筒2から取り外し、交換することができる。

上部に開口部を有する有底筒状の本体筒と、該本体筒の軸部に枢支されて前記開口部の開閉を行う蓋体とを備えており、
前記蓋体には締結部材が取り付けられ、該締結部材の締結を解除し該締結部材の軸方向外側へ取り外すことで蓋体が前記軸部から取り外し可能となされており、
前記締結部材は、前記蓋体が前記本体筒の開口部を塞ぐ状態において前記軸方向外側が上方へ向けられて該蓋体から取り外し可能となされ、前記本体筒の内側へ柱状体を挿入可能な状態において前記軸方向外側が前記本体筒の上部に設けられた壁部へ向けられて前記蓋体から取り外し不能となされるように設けられていることを特徴とする鞘管 A sheath pipe that is buried and fixed to an installation surface to support a columnar body such as a car stopper,
