また、前記雄ねじ部材51は、雄ねじ部51bが支柱2の貫通孔24に挿通されていることで、その上下方向と横方向の移動が貫通孔24の内側に規制されている。
更に前記雄ねじ部材51は、貫通孔24の後方の隙間が雄ねじ部51bよりも小さいので、後方への移動も前記隙間の内側に規制されている。
このように、前記座金部材4の係合部43へ雄ねじ部51bを進入させて係合状態とすることで、特に貫通孔24から抜ける前方への移動を含む、雄ねじ部材51の移動を効果的に規制できる。

また、図6、7に示す座金部材4は、座金部41の横方向の近傍に支柱2の前記ウェブ22が位置するように座金部41を形成しており、座金部41と前記ウェブ22が当接することによって座金部材4の回転を防止し、雄ねじ部材51の位置に挿通部42が配置されて雄ねじ部材51との係合が解除されるような問題を防止している。

取付部材3は、垂直に配置される2個の略平板状部位のうち、上下方向へ向かう縦壁状に配置した板状部位を取付部31としており、支柱2への取り付けや防音パネル1の取り付けに用いている。
また、取付部31から前方へ向かう横壁状に配置した板状部位を補強部32としており、取付部材3の全体の剛性を高めている。
取付部31の長手方向の両端部には、長孔形状の貫通孔34をそれぞれ1個ずつ合計2個形成している。各貫通孔34は、前記雄ねじ部材51の雄ねじ部51aを挿通可能な大きさに形成しており、支柱2への取り付けに用いる。
また、取付部31には、前方へ突出する雄ねじ部33を横方向に間隔をあけて3個形成している。各雄ねじ部33は、六角ボルトの雄ねじ部分を取付部31の後方から挿通させて形成しており、前記各六角ボルトはその頭部を取付部31の後面へ溶接によって固定している。
Fig. 8 is a front view showing the mounting member 3 shown in Figs. 1 and 2, Fig. 9 is an enlarged view of a portion of Fig. 8, and Fig. 10 is a left side view of Fig. 8. Fig. 9 is an enlarged view of the left end portion of the mounting member 3 in Fig. 8.
The mounting member 3 is an elongated body with an L-shaped cross section whose longitudinal direction faces the horizontal direction, and is specifically formed from an L-shaped steel.
The mounting member 3 has two approximately flat plate-like portions arranged vertically, and the plate-like portion arranged like a vertical wall extending in the vertical direction is used as the mounting portion 31, and is used for mounting to the support 2 or the soundproof panel 1.
Furthermore, a plate-like portion arranged like a side wall extending forward from the mounting portion 31 serves as a reinforcing portion 32, which increases the overall rigidity of the mounting member 3.
Two elongated through holes 34 are formed at each of the longitudinal ends of the mounting portion 31. Each through hole 34 is formed to a size that allows the male thread portion 51 a of the male thread member 51 to be inserted therethrough, and is used for mounting to the support 2.
Additionally, three forward-projecting male threaded portions 33 are formed at intervals in the horizontal direction on the mounting portion 31. Each male threaded portion 33 is formed by inserting the male threaded portion of a hexagonal bolt from the rear of the mounting portion 31, and the head of each hexagonal bolt is fixed to the rear surface of the mounting portion 31 by welding.
図11は図8の取付部材3を支柱2へ取り付けた状態を示す正面図であり、図12は図11のA-A断面図である。
図11においては、図8の取付部材3を上下方向に間隔をあけて2個配置しており、各取付部材3の長手方向両端をそれぞれ支柱2へ固定している。また、図11に示す各取付部材3のうち、上方に配置した取付部材3は前記補強部32が取付部31の上方に位置する向きに配置しており、下方に配置した取付部材3は前記補強部32が取付部31の下方に位置する向きに配置している。

前記取付部材3は、その後面を支柱2のフランジ21aの外側に位置する前面に当接させ、前記締結部材5によって固定される。

取付部材3を支柱2へ固定する締結部材の前記雌ねじ部材52は、2個1組のナット部材を雄ねじへ螺結させる所謂ハードロックナットであり、1個目のナット部材を適正トルクで雄ねじ部51aへ螺結させた後に、2個目のナット部材を同様に適正トルクで雄ねじ部51aへ螺結させて取り付けることで、雄ねじ部51aからの緩みの発生を効果的に抑制できる。
このように、複数のナット部材をそれぞれ順番に適正トルクで締め付ける作業は、雄ねじ部51aを挿通させる貫通孔24の後方に雌ねじ部材52を配置する構成では困難であるが、支柱2の前方側から雄ねじ部材51の頭部51aを挿入可能に設けてその雄ねじ部51bを支柱2から前方へ突出するように設けることで、雌ねじ部材52を支柱の前方に配置でき、これを螺結させる作業が容易となる。
また、貫通孔24の後方に配置した座金部材4は、座金部41の横方向の近傍に支柱2の前記ウェブ22が位置しているので、雌ねじ部材52の締結の作業の際にその回転が座金部材4へ伝達された場合でも、座金部41がウェブ22へ当接して座金部材4が回転するような問題を防止できる。
尚、図11に示す上方の取付部材3の右側の端部は、図12に示す左側の端部と同様の方法で支柱2へ取り付けており、図11に示す下方の取付部材3の両側の端部は、補強部32を取付部31の下方に配置させること以外は図12に示す構成と同様の方法で支柱2へ取り付けている。
The female threaded member 52 of the fastening member that fixes the mounting member 3 to the support 2 is a so-called hard lock nut in which a pair of nut members are screwed onto a male thread. After screwing the first nut member onto the male threaded portion 51a with an appropriate torque, the second nut member is similarly screwed onto the male threaded portion 51a with an appropriate torque, thereby effectively preventing loosening from the male threaded portion 51a.
In this way, the task of tightening multiple nut members in order with the appropriate torque is difficult with a configuration in which the female screw member 52 is positioned behind the through hole 24 through which the male screw portion 51a is inserted. However, by arranging the head 51a of the male screw member 51 so that it can be inserted from the front side of the support 2 and arranging the male screw portion 51b so that it protrudes forward from the support 2, the female screw member 52 can be positioned in front of the support, making it easier to screw it in.
Furthermore, the washer member 4 arranged behind the through hole 24 has the web 22 of the support 2 located laterally near the washer portion 41, so even if rotation is transmitted to the washer member 4 during the tightening operation of the female screw member 52, problems such as the washer portion 41 abutting against the web 22 and causing the washer member 4 to rotate can be prevented.
11 is attached to the support 2 in the same manner as the left end shown in FIG. 12, and both ends of the lower mounting member 3 shown in FIG. 11 are attached to the support 2 in the same manner as the configuration shown in FIG. 12, except that the reinforcing portion 32 is positioned below the mounting portion 31.
図13は図1の防音パネル1を示す正面図であり、図14は図13の右側面の概要を示す図である。
防音パネル1は矩形箱状に形成しており、その内側の中空部分に吸音材を内装している。
具体的には、上下方向に間隔をあけて2個配置した長尺状の横枠11と、左右の横方向に間隔をあけて2個配置した長尺状の縦枠12の端部をそれぞれ接続して、矩形に設けた枠体を備えている。
また、この枠体の前方側と後方側とにそれぞれ矩形板状の前面板15と後面板を間隔をあけて取り付けると共に、前面板15と後面板との間に前記吸音材を配置して矩形箱状の防音パネル1を形成している。
前記前面板15には、その全体に亘って円形の貫通孔を多数形成しており、前方側からの騒音をこの貫通孔に通過させ、内装する前記吸音材へ至らせて減衰させるように機能する。
また、前記後面板は遮音板として機能する。
尚、図13および図1において、前面板15に形成した円形の貫通孔は一部のみを図示することで、図面を簡略化している。

前記防音パネル1には、前記取付部材3へ取り付ける取付板部13を形成している。
取付板部13は矩形板状に設けており、前記各横枠11にそれぞれ3個ずつ合計6個形成している。
具体的には、各取付板部13は、それぞれ防音パネル1の後面の近傍に配置して、上側の横枠11の上部から上方へ突出するように形成し、下側の横枠11の下部から下方へ突出するように形成している。
各取付板部13には、前後方向に貫通する長孔形状の貫通孔14をそれぞれ1個ずつ形成しており、各貫通孔14はその内側に前記取付部材3の雄ねじ部33を挿通可能な大きさに設けている。
尚、各取付板部13は、その一部を前方へ向けて突出させるように曲げ加工し、この突出部分を横枠11へボルト・ナット16からなる締結部材によって取り付けている。各取付板部13は、横枠11の長手方向においてその取付位置を調整可能に設けている。

Each mounting plate 13 is bent so that a portion thereof protrudes forward, and this protruding portion is attached to the horizontal frame 11 with fastening members consisting of bolts and nuts 16. Each mounting plate 13 is provided so that its mounting position in the longitudinal direction of the horizontal frame 11 can be adjusted.
図13に示す防音パネル1は各取付板部13の前記貫通孔14を、図11に示す各取付部材3の雄ねじ部33に対応する位置にそれぞれ配置させている。
防音パネル1は、各貫通孔14に前記各雄ねじ部33を挿通させ、ナットを螺結させることで前記各取付部材3へ取り付けられ、図1に示すように各支柱2の間に設置される。

例えば、図1、2に示す防音パネル1の設置構造は、支柱2へ取り付ける取付部材3と防音パネル1とを別体に形成しているが、これに限るものではなく、取付部材3と防音パネル1とを一体的に形成してもよく、防音パネル1の一部を取付部材3としてその一部に締結部材5の雄ねじ部51bを取り付けるための貫通孔などを形成してもよい。

前記支柱には前記雄ねじ部材の頭部を挿通可能な貫通孔が前後方向へ貫通するように形成され、
前記貫通孔の後方には座金部を備える座金部材が配置されており、
前記頭部を挿通可能な挿通部と該挿通部に接続する前記頭部を挿通不能な係合部が平板状の前記座金部を前後方向へ貫通するように形成されており、
