Description

The present invention relates to a beauty tool.

It is known that cosmetic sheets have been used to enhance the beauty effects of applying them to facial skin.

Such a cosmetic sheet is attached to the appropriate position on the skin while pulling the area to be treated. This maintains tension on the skin, resulting in improved cosmetic effects (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

However, the cosmetic sheet disclosed in Patent Document 1 is simply a tape-like cosmetic sheet that is applied, and therefore does not exert sufficient tensile force on the cosmetic sheet, resulting in the problem that sufficient cosmetic effects cannot be achieved.

The present invention was made in consideration of the above-mentioned problems, and aims to provide a beauty tool that can further enhance the beauty effect by increasing the tensile force on the cosmetic sheet.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a beauty tool, comprising:

The following describes a beauty tool according to an embodiment of the present invention, with reference to the drawings. However, the scope of the invention is not limited to the illustrated examples. In the following description, parts with the same functions and configurations are designated by the same reference numerals, and their description will be omitted.

First, the configuration of the beauty tool according to this embodiment will be described with reference to Figures 1 to 3.

Figure 1 shows the sheet portion 100 that constitutes the beauty tool. The sheet portion 100 is composed of a sheet-like cosmetic sheet 110, a tension string 120, and an elastic string 130.

The cosmetic sheet 110 is composed of a nanofiber sheet spun using a known electrospinning method. Therefore, the cosmetic sheet 110 is porous and thin. In this embodiment, the cosmetic sheet 110 uses resins such as polypropylene (PP), polyurethane (PU), and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) as nanofibers. However, other materials may be used, such as bionanofibers, carbon nanofibers, metal fibers, natural fibers, or a mixture of two or more of these materials. The cosmetic sheet 110 may also be made of synthetic resin, natural resin, or rubber-based material. The cosmetic sheet 110 is formed in a rectangular shape. The shape of the cosmetic sheet 110 is not limited to a rectangular shape and may be other shapes, such as an oval or teardrop shape. It is preferable that the cosmetic sheet 110 have a predetermined elasticity. Furthermore, the cosmetic sheet 110 has an adhesive applied to its adhesive surface, allowing it to be attached to the skin. Therefore, when applied to the face, the cosmetic sheet 110 is easily visible and less noticeable due to its transparent appearance. Furthermore, since the cosmetic sheet 110 is formed as described above, cosmetic materials can easily penetrate through the gaps in the sheet, thereby enhancing the cosmetic effect. In this embodiment, the cosmetic sheet 110 is a nanofiber sheet, but other thin sheet-like materials may be used, such as a thin mesh sheet or a film-like sheet. Before use, the cosmetic sheet 110 is attached with a release paper to protect the properties of the cosmetic sheet 110. The adhesive may be applied to the cosmetic sheet 110 in advance, or the user may spray the adhesive onto the cosmetic sheet 110 before use. For example, the cosmetic sheet 110 may be formed by laminating multiple thin film sheets, and the adhesive layer of the cosmetic sheet 110 (e.g., a sheet made of PVA (Poly Vinyl Alcohol) or the like) may be a water-soluble sheet that becomes adhesive when wetted with water. Furthermore, the cosmetic sheet 110 is desirably designed to have enough strength to withstand being pulled by the tensioning threads 120 while attached to the face. Furthermore, although the cosmetic sheet 110 in this embodiment is spun by electrospinning as a method for producing a nanofiber sheet, other methods may also be used, such as the melt-blowing method or the sea-island melt spinning method.

A plurality of tensioning threads 120 are attached to the cosmetic sheet 110. More specifically, a roughly triangular mounting base 122 is provided at the base ends of the plurality of tensioning threads 120. In other words, the mounting base 122 is configured, for example, with a plurality of threads including a mesh cloth, and some of the plurality of threads constituting the mounting base 122 extend from the triangular base of the mounting base 122 to form the tensioning threads 120. In this embodiment, the threads constituting the tensioning threads 120 among the plurality of threads constituting the mounting base 122 are stronger than the other threads, but they may be the same. Alternatively, the plurality of tensioning threads 120 may be fixed to the mounting base 122 so as to be evenly spaced apart. Alternatively, the base ends of the tensioning threads 120 may be woven into the mounting base 122. By attaching this mounting base 122 to the front or back surface of the cosmetic sheet 110, the plurality of tensioning threads 120 are attached to the cosmetic sheet 110. In this embodiment, the attachment base 122, to which the plurality of tensioning threads 120 are integrated, is attached to the cosmetic sheet 110, thereby simplifying the manufacturing process. Furthermore, the attachment base 122, to which the plurality of tensioning threads 120 are integrated, is attached to the cosmetic sheet 110, thereby preventing the tensioning threads 120 from becoming detached. The tensioning threads 120 may be attached by being woven directly onto the surface of the cosmetic sheet 110. Alternatively, the tensioning threads 120 may be attached by being woven directly onto the surface of the attachment base 122. Furthermore, the tensioning threads 120 may be formed by extending fibers that constitute the cosmetic sheet 110. Furthermore, the tensioning threads 120 may be arranged directly on the cosmetic sheet 110 at equal intervals. Furthermore, the tensioning threads 120 may be woven directly into the cosmetic sheet 110, or may be tied directly to the cosmetic sheet 110 one by one. Other methods for attaching the tensioning threads 120 to the cosmetic sheet 110 or the mounting base 122 may be used, such as ultrasonic welding, welding, or adhesive bonding. The shape of the mounting base 122 is not limited to the above and may be semicircular or semielliptical. Alternatively, the tensioning threads 120 and the mounting base 122 may be separate components, with the tensioning threads 120 attached to the mounting base 122. The mounting base 122 is not limited to a mesh cloth, but may be a film or porous, such as a nanofiber sheet. While the mounting base 122 in this embodiment uses resin fibers such as polypropylene (PP), polyurethane (PU), or polyethylene terephthalate (PET), other materials may be used, such as biofibers such as cellulose, metal fibers such as carbon fiber or tungsten, or natural fibers such as cellulose, or a combination of two or more of these materials. Alternatively, the cosmetic sheet 110 may be omitted, and the mounting base 122 may be used to attach the cosmetic sheet 110 to the skin. In this case, the mounting base 122 can also function as the cosmetic sheet 110. Alternatively, for example, the mounting base 122 can be made into a mesh cloth using single threads. Alternatively, if the mounting base 122 is made of resin, it may be in the form of a film or mesh. The manner in which the tension thread 120 is attached to or pulled out from the mounting base 122 can be applied to any of the above-mentioned manners.

The tensile threads 120 attached to the cosmetic sheet 110 extend from one edge of the cosmetic sheet 110. The tips of the multiple tensile threads 120 pulled out from the cosmetic sheet 110 are bundled together to form a bundled portion 121. The bundled portion 121 is connected to one end of the elastic cord 130. In this embodiment, a dozen or so tensile threads 120 are attached to the cosmetic sheet 110, but the number of tensile threads 120 can be set as desired. In this case, it is desirable to set the number of tensile threads 120 so that a tensile force is evenly applied to the cosmetic sheet 110. The fiber diameter of the tensile threads 120 is, for example, 2.5 to 20 μm. While the fiber diameter of the tensile threads 120 can be set as desired, it is preferable to set it to a size that is difficult to see when in use. The tensile threads 120 are made of resin threads such as polypropylene (PP) or polycarbonate (PC), but may also be made of other materials. For example, the pulling threads 120 can be made of synthetic threads, natural threads, metal threads, etc. It is also desirable that the pulling threads 120 have a certain strength so that they do not break when the cosmetic sheet 110 is pulled.

In addition, in this embodiment, the manner in which the tensile threads 120 are attached to the cosmetic sheet 110 is not limited to the manner described above, and other manners are also possible. For example, the attachment base 122 to which the tensile threads 120 are fixed may be attached by welding to the cosmetic sheet 110. Alternatively, the attachment base 122 to which the tensile threads 120 are fixed may be attached by being woven into the cosmetic sheet 110. Alternatively, the attachment base 122 to which the tensile threads 120 are fixed may be treated with a chemical and then attached to the cosmetic sheet 110. Alternatively, the tensile threads 120 may be attached by being directly welded to the cosmetic sheet 110. Alternatively, the tensile threads 120 may be directly adhered to the cosmetic sheet 110 with an adhesive.

The stretchable cord 130 is constructed with a core of rubber thread, the periphery of which is covered with multiple woolly processed synthetic fibers. A stretchable cord 130 constructed in this manner is also known as woolly rubber. The core material may be natural rubber or any other stretchable material. The stretchable cord 130 is not limited to woolly rubber; other stretchable materials may be used, such as a stretchable cord made solely of rubber thread. One end of the stretchable cord 130 is connected, for example, by adhesive bonding, to a bundled portion 121 of multiple tensile threads 120. The tensile threads 120 and the stretchable cord 130 may be secured together by means other than adhesive bonding, such as welding or braiding.

Figure 2 shows the hook-and-loop fasteners that make up the beauty tool, with (a) showing a single-sided hook-and-loop fastener 200 and (b) showing a double-sided hook-and-loop fastener 250.

The single-sided hook-and-loop fastener 200 is composed of a thin, flexible base material 210 and numerous engaging elements 220 protruding from the surface side of the base material 210.

The base material 210 is formed, for example, from polypropylene (PP), but any material applicable to known hook-and-loop fasteners can be used for the base material 210.

The engaging element 220 is configured with a shaft 221 whose base end is integrally formed with the base material 210, and a substantially hemispherical head 222 formed at the tip of the shaft 221. In other words, the engaging element 220 is mushroom-shaped. The countless engaging elements 220 are arranged irregularly on the base material 210. The engaging elements 220 may be arranged in a row on the base material 210, or in a staggered pattern. The shaft 221 has a predetermined hardness and flexibility, and is elastically deformed when pressed by the head 222.

The double-sided hook-and-loop fastener 250 is composed of a flexible, thin substrate 260 and numerous engaging elements 220 protruding from the front surface 251 and back surface 252 of the substrate 260. The double-sided hook-and-loop fastener 250 has the same configuration as the single-sided hook-and-loop fastener 200, except that the engaging elements 220 are arranged on both surfaces of the substrate, so a detailed description will be omitted.

The single-sided hook-and-loop fastener 200 and the double-sided hook-and-loop fastener 250 are configured as described above. When a pair of hook-and-loop fasteners 200, 250 are pressed together with their engaging element 220-forming surfaces facing each other, the engaging elements 220 engage with each other, and the pair of hook-and-loop fasteners 200, 250 are adhered together. At this time, the spacing between adjacent shaft portions 221 is smaller than the thickness of an appropriate number of bundled hairs or the shaft diameter of the elastic cord 130. Therefore, as will be described in more detail below, when the bundled hairs or elastic cord 130 held between the pair of hook-and-loop fasteners 200, 250 are pulled, the sliding friction between the bundled hairs or elastic cord 130 and the engaging element 220 prevents them from coming loose from the hook-and-loop fasteners 200, 250. In other words, when the elastic cord 130 is pulled and stretched, and is clamped by the pair of hook-and-loop fasteners 200, 250, the sliding friction between the elastic cord 130 and the engaging element 220 prevents the elastic cord 130 from contracting, making it possible for the pair of hook-and-loop fasteners 200, 250 to maintain the tensile force of the elastic cord 130.

Figure 3 shows the auxiliary string 300 that constitutes the beauty tool.

The auxiliary string 300 is composed of a string portion 310 and a ring-shaped insertion portion 320 formed at the tip of the string portion 310. The string portion 310 has a core of rubber thread, the outer periphery of which is covered with multiple woolly processed synthetic fibers. In other words, the string portion 310 is composed of stretchable woolly rubber. For example, bundled hair can be inserted through the insertion portion 320 to attach the auxiliary string 300 to the human head. The other end of the assembly portion 310 is clamped by hook-and-loop fasteners 200, 250, as described below, and is thereby fixed to the hook-and-loop fasteners 200, 250 attached to the human head.

The procedure for performing beauty treatments using the beauty tool configured as described above will be explained with reference to Figures 4 to 7. In the following explanation, in order to show how the beauty tool is attached to the head, some parts of the head, such as the hair, may not be shown in the illustrations.

First, as shown in Figure 4(A), the cosmetic sheet 110 that constitutes the sheet unit 100 is attached near the area where cosmetic improvement is to be performed. In Figure 4(A), the cosmetic sheet 110 is attached to the cheek CH.

Next, as shown in Figure 4(B), a position for fastening the single-sided hook-and-loop fastener 200 is determined, and a predetermined amount of hair HR in the vicinity is separated and bundled together. At this time, hairpins HP, for example, may be used to prevent hair HR other than the hair HR being separated from getting in the way. The hair HR separated and bundled together as described above is attached to the single-sided hook-and-loop fastener 200. Then, as shown in Figure 4(C), the single-sided hook-and-loop fastener 200 engages and holds the bundle of hair HR due to sliding friction between the engaging elements 220 of the single-sided hook-and-loop fastener 200 and the bundle of hair HR. In other words, the single-sided hook-and-loop fastener 200 is removably fixed to the head HD of the human body HM via the bundle of hair HR.

Next, as shown in Figure 5(A), the back surface 252 of the double-sided hook-and-loop fastener 250 is attached to the surface of the already attached single-sided hook-and-loop fastener 200. At this time, the bundle of hair HR engaged and held by the single-sided hook-and-loop fastener 200 is sandwiched between the surface of the single-sided hook-and-loop fastener 200 and the back surface 252 of the double-sided hook-and-loop fastener 250. In other words, the surface of the single-sided hook-and-loop fastener 200 as the fourth fastener surface portion and the back surface 252 of the double-sided hook-and-loop fastener 250 as the third fastener surface portion are detachably adhered, and the bundle of hair HR is sandwiched between them.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5(B), the stretchable cord 130 is stretched to apply a predetermined tensile force to the cosmetic sheet 110, and as shown in FIG. 5(C), the stretched stretchable cord 130 is attached to the surface 251 of the double-sided hook-and-loop fastener 250 attached to the single-sided hook-and-loop fastener 200. Then, as shown in FIG. 6(A), the double-sided hook-and-loop fastener 250 engages and holds the stretchable cord 130. In other words, the stretchable cord 130 is fixed to the head HD of the human body HM via the hook-and-loop fasteners 200 and 250. In this embodiment, the bundle of hair HR and the stretchable cord 130 are sandwiched between different fastener surfaces, but they may also be sandwiched between the same fastener surface. That is, the bundle of hair HR and the stretchable cord 130 may be sandwiched between the first fastener surface portion and the second fastener surface portion.

Next, the auxiliary string 300 is attached to the sideburns SB as shown in Figures 6(a) to 6(c). That is, as shown in Figure 6(a), a predetermined number of hairs are separated from the sideburns SB of the head hair HR, bundled together, and clamped with a pair of one-sided hook-and-loop fasteners 200. Then, as shown in Figure 6(b), the separated bundle of sideburns SB is inserted through the insertion portion 320 of the auxiliary string 300, and the insertion portion 320 is moved to the hair root side of the pair of one-sided hook-and-loop fasteners 200 attached to the sideburns SB. Then, as shown in Figure 6(c), the string portion 310 of the auxiliary string 300 is pulled to narrow the hole diameter of the insertion portion 320, making it difficult for the auxiliary string 300 to come off the sideburns SB. In this way, the auxiliary string 300 can be attached to the sideburns SB.

As described above, after attaching the auxiliary string 300 to the hairpin SB, pulling the string portion 310 can apply a tensile force to the skin near the hairpin SB. When the cosmetic sheet 110 is attached and a tensile force is applied to the cosmetic sheet 110 by the elastic string 130, the skin near the cosmetic sheet 110 is pulled, which can stretch out wrinkles and sagging skin, but wrinkles and sagging skin may occur in other areas. In such cases, pulling the auxiliary string 300 attached to the hairpin SB can stretch out the wrinkles and sagging skin caused by the tensile force of the cosmetic sheet 110, further improving the cosmetic effect.

Then, as shown in Figure 6(B), the auxiliary string 300 attached to the hairpin SB has its string portion 310 stretched, and as shown in Figure 7(A), it engages with the surface 251 of the double-sided hook-and-loop fastener 250 to which the stretchable string 130 of the sheet portion 100 is attached. Then, as shown in Figure 7(B), the single-sided hook-and-loop fastener 200 is attached to the surface 251 of the double-sided hook-and-loop fastener 250. At this time, the stretchable string 130 and auxiliary string 300 engaged and held by the double-sided hook-and-loop fastener 250 are sandwiched between the surface 251 of the double-sided hook-and-loop fastener 250 and the single-sided hook-and-loop fastener 200. In other words, the double-sided hook-and-loop fastener 250 can be said to have a surface 251 as the second fastener surface portion and a back surface 252 as the third fastener surface portion that are one and the same. Furthermore, the surface of the single-sided hook-and-loop fastener 200 serving as the first fastener surface and the surface 251 of the double-sided hook-and-loop fastener 250 serving as the second fastener surface are detachably adhered together, and these can be said to sandwich the elastic cord 130 and the auxiliary cord 300. When the auxiliary cord 300 is not used, the elastic cord 130 is sandwiched between the surface 251 of the double-sided hook-and-loop fastener 250 and the single-sided hook-and-loop fastener 200.

After the beauty tool has been attached in this manner, it can be covered with hair HR as shown in Figure 7(C), making it less noticeable that the beauty tool is being worn.

In this embodiment, the elastic cord 130 and auxiliary cord 300 are fixed to the head HD of the human body HM using hook-and-loop fasteners 200, 250 to reduce discomfort when worn, but fixing members other than hook-and-loop fasteners may be used. For example, hairpins used to tie up hair or so-called wig pins used to attach wigs and toupees to the head of a human body may be used. Furthermore, clips or three-pin fasteners (sometimes called "snap fasteners") may be used instead of hook-and-loop fasteners 200, 250. In this embodiment, hook-and-loop fasteners 200, 250 are used to fix the beauty tool to the head HD of the human body HM, but they may also be used to fix wigs and toupees or hair extensions to the head HD of the human body HM. In this case, for example, an elastic cord can be attached to the wig, toupee, or hair extension, and the elastic cord can be stretched and secured to the head HD using the hook-and-loop fasteners 200, 250 according to this embodiment, thereby attaching the wig, toupee, or hair extension to the head HD. Alternatively, without using an elastic cord, the hook-and-loop fasteners 200, 250 can be attached directly to the wig, toupee, or hair extension, and secured to the hair HR using the hook-and-loop fasteners 200, 250, thereby attaching the wig, toupee, or hair extension to the head HD.

In addition, in this embodiment, the auxiliary string 300 is provided with an insertion section 320, which is inserted into the temple hair SB to attach the auxiliary string 300 to the temple hair SB. The effects of performing beauty treatments using the beauty tool configured as described above will be explained with reference to Figure 8.

Figure 8 shows the state before and after cosmetic treatment (e.g., smoothing out wrinkles and sagging skin) using a cosmetic tool according to this embodiment. Figure 8(A) shows the state of the face before the cosmetic treatment. Wrinkles have appeared below the eyes EY and below the cheeks CH on the face of the human body HM shown in Figure 8(A). Here, the wrinkles below the eyes EY are referred to as wrinkles WK1, and the wrinkles below the cheeks CH (also known as nasolabial folds) are referred to as wrinkles WK2.

Figure 8(B) shows a state in which a cosmetic treatment is being performed using the cosmetic tool according to this embodiment. As shown in Figure 8(B), the cosmetic sheet 110 of the sheet unit 100 is attached to each of the left and right cheeks CH. In this state, the elastic cord 130 is pulled and the cosmetic sheet 110 is attached to the hair using the hook-and-loop fasteners 200, 250, applying tension to the cheeks CH, stretching out the wrinkles WK1 below the eyes EY and the wrinkles WK2 below the cheeks CH or loose skin. By repeatedly wearing the cosmetic tool in this state for a predetermined period of time (e.g., six hours), the cosmetic treatment effect can be enhanced. In other words, the effect of stretching out wrinkles and loose skin on the face is enhanced. Furthermore, because the cosmetic sheet 110 is applied with tension, it adheres better to the skin, allowing, for example, cosmetic materials applied to the cosmetic sheet 110 to penetrate more easily into the skin, thereby enhancing the cosmetic treatment effect.

In this embodiment, the stretchable cord 130 is pulled and attached to the hair with the hook-and-loop fasteners 200, 250, thereby applying tension to the cosmetic sheet 110 and enhancing the cosmetic effect. However, the tensioning thread 120 may also be directly entangled with the hair HR while applying tension to the cosmetic sheet 110 attached to the skin.

As described above, according to this embodiment, the beauty tool comprises a cosmetic sheet 110 to be applied to the face, a stretchable elastic cord 130 that applies a tensile force to the cosmetic sheet 110, and multiple tensioning threads 120 extending from the end of the cosmetic sheet 110. The stretchable cord 130 is formed by bundling and connecting the tips of multiple tensioning threads 120. The beauty tool applies a tensile force to the cosmetic sheet 110 by stretching the elastic cord 130. As a result, it is possible to provide a beauty tool that can further enhance the beauty effect by increasing the tensile force on the cosmetic sheet.

Furthermore, according to this embodiment, the cosmetic sheet 110 is made of a nanofiber sheet spun by electrospinning. This allows the sheet to be made thin, making it less noticeable when the cosmetic tool is worn.

Furthermore, according to this embodiment, the stretchable cord 130 is made by covering the outer periphery of a rubber thread with multiple woolly processed fibers, using a rubber thread as the core material. This makes it possible to effectively apply tensile force to the cosmetic sheet.

Furthermore, according to this embodiment, the beauty tool is equipped with hook-and-loop fasteners 200, 250 for securing the stretchable cord 130 to the head HD of the human body HM. The stretchable cord 130 is secured to the head HD of the human body HM by clamping the stretchable cord 130 and the hair HR with the hook-and-loop fasteners 200, 250. This reduces the discomfort felt when wearing the beauty tool.
