Description

本発明はヘッドホンの音源定位特性の改善に関する。The present invention relates to improving the sound source localization characteristics of headphones.

ヘッドホンは一般的に、両耳にスピーカを装着する構成になっている。この構成では音源が頭部の中に存在するという実際と異なった不自然な聞こえ方になる。これに対して音源が頭部の前方に定位するという、より自然な聞こえ方の実現が望まれている。
これに対する解決手段として、録音側の手段としては、バイノーラル録音があるが前方に定位する特性としては不十分である。また、頭部の前方にスピーカを設けるという手段も提案されている。(特許文献1)ここでは図5示す様に、前方側にスピーカ14後方側にスピーカ15が配置されている。

カバー部材1には、左右端部に図3(図2のA-A断面)、図4(図3のB-B断面)に示す様に、左右端部それぞれにコイル8(平面タイプ)が2個、一体成型で設けられ、頭部装着部材2にはコイル8それぞれに対応する部位にコイル8を挟む形で磁石が一体成形で設けられムービングコイルタイプの電磁アクチュエータを構成する。カバー部材1は、ばね部材9を介して頭部装着部材2と結合され、振動可能とされる。
上記の構成により、カバー部材1が大きな出力面をもつ振動体として機能し、良好な低音特性、そして平面波状の音波による優れた臨場感が得られる。
カバー部材1の縁部には、カバー部材1の前面側の音波と後面側の音波の干渉を防ぐための遮音部材6が設けられている。これにより良好な音場が形成される。
頭部装着部材2の左右には図3に示す様に質量体10が設けられている。質量体10にはコイル12(平面タイプ)が一体成型で設けられ、頭部装着部材にはコイル12を挟む様に磁石11が一体成型で設けられムービングコイルタイプの電磁アクチュエータを構成している。質量体10と頭部装着部材は、ばね部材13を介して振動可能に結合される。
カバー部材1への駆動力の反力を相殺する様に質量体10を駆動する事により頭部装着部材に発生する振動を軽減する。これにより快適なリスニングが可能となる。

The cover member 1 is connected to the head mounting member 2 via spring members 9, allowing it to vibrate.
With the above-described configuration, the cover member 1 functions as a vibrating body with a large output surface, and good bass characteristics and an excellent sense of realism due to plane wave-like sound waves can be obtained.
A sound insulating member 6 is provided on the edge of the cover member 1 to prevent interference between sound waves on the front side and sound waves on the rear side of the cover member 1. This creates a good sound field.
As shown in Figure 3, mass bodies 10 are provided on the left and right sides of the head mounting member 2. Coils 12 (flat type) are integrally molded with the mass body 10, and magnets 11 are integrally molded with the head mounting member so as to sandwich the coils 12, forming a moving coil type electromagnetic actuator. The mass bodies 10 and the head mounting member are connected via spring members 13 so as to be able to vibrate.
Vibrations occurring in the head-mounted member are reduced by driving the mass body 10 so as to cancel out the reaction force of the driving force on the cover member 1, thereby enabling comfortable listening.
