Claims (11)
- (a) 結晶性または半結晶性ポリエステルを含んでなる、10wt%から87wt%の少なくとも一つの結晶性または半結晶性ポリマーと;
(b) 3wt%から40wt%のポリエーテルイミドポリマー樹脂と;
(c) 1.5~8の範囲の軸比を有する非円形断面を有する、10wt%から70wt%のガラス繊維と;
を含んでなる熱可塑性組成物であって:
前記少なくとも一つの結晶性または半結晶性ポリマーが、屈折計を使用して測定される場合に、前記非円形断面を有するガラス繊維の屈折率よりも低い屈折率を有し、
前記ポリエーテルイミドポリマー樹脂が、前記非円形断面を有するガラス繊維の屈折率値よりも大きい屈折率値を有し、
全構成成分の組み合わせ重量パーセント値が100wt%を超えず、全重量パーセント値が前記組成物の全重量を基準にし、
前記組成物が、前記ポリエーテルイミドポリマー樹脂の非存在下で基準組成物について観測される誘電正接よりも小さい誘電正接Dfを示し、
前記組成物が、平坦面からの変位の大きさとして測定される反りについて、ポリエーテルイミドポリマー樹脂の非存在下で基準組成物について観測される反りよりも低い反りを示す、熱可塑性組成物。 - 前記結晶性または半結晶性ポリエステルが、ポリブチレンテレフタラート(PBT)、ポリシクロヘキシレンジメチレンテレフタラート(PCT)、ポリエチレンテレフタラートグリコール(PCTG)、ポリシクロへキシレンジメチレンテレフタラートグリコール(PCTG)、ポリシクロヘキシレンジメチレンテレフタル酸(PCTA)、それらのコポリマーまたはそれらの組み合わせを含んでなる、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 前記結晶性または半結晶性ポリエステルが、ポリブチレンテレフタラート(PBT)を含んでなる、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 前記結晶性または半結晶性ポリエステルが、リサイクルされたポリブチレンテレフタラートを含んでなる、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 0.01wt%から10wt%の少なくとも一つの耐衝撃性改良剤をさらに含んでなる、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 前記少なくとも一つの耐衝撃性改良剤が、ポリオレフィン-アクリラート、エチレン-グリシジルメタクリラート、エチレン-メチルアクリラート-グリシジルメタクリラート、エチレンアクリラート、スチレン-ブタジエン-スチレン(SBS)、スチレン-エチレン/1ブテン-スチレンブロック(SEBS)、スチレン-エチレン-プロピレン-スチレン(SEPS)、またはそれらの組み合わせを含むコポリマーを含んでなる、請求項5に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 前記非円形断面を有するガラス繊維が、E-ガラス、S-ガラス、低dkガラス繊維、またはそれらの組み合わせを含んでなる、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- UV-VIS-IR分光計を使用して測定される場合に、ポリエーテルイミドポリマー樹脂の非存在下で基準組成物について観測される光透過値よりも高い光透過値を示す、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 共振キャビティ法に従って測定される場合に、1~90GHzの周波数においてε”とε’の比として決定される場合で0.001から2の誘電正接(Df)を示す、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 共振キャビティ法に従って測定される場合に、1~100GHZの周波数においてε”とε’の比として決定される場合で0.001~0.02の誘電正接(Df)を示す、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 抗酸化剤;着色剤;離型剤;染料;流動促進剤;流動調整剤;光安定剤;潤滑剤;離型剤;顔料;着色剤;反応停止剤;熱安定剤;紫外線(UV)吸収剤;UV反射剤;UV安定剤;エポキシ鎖延長剤;難燃剤;およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される添加剤材料をさらに含んでなる、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性組成物。
