Description
Claims (9)
- コンタクト部分(2,15)および絶縁部分(3)を備える、ハウジングを貫通して加熱導体を電気的に接触接続するための、セグメント化された電気フィードスルー(1,10,14)であって、
前記絶縁部分(3)は、電気導体(6,12,17,20)と、絶縁手段(7)と、外側スリーブ(8)とを有しており、前記電気導体(6,12,17,20)および前記絶縁手段(7)は前記外側スリーブ(8)内に配置されており、前記電気導体(6,12,17,20)は、前記絶縁手段(7)により、前記外側スリーブ(8)と電気的に絶縁されており、前記電気導体(6,12,17,20)には前記コンタクト部分(2,15)が第1端面において結合されており、前記電気導体(6,12,17,20)は、前記第1端面とは反対側のその第2端面において加熱導体に接続可能である、セグメント化された電気フィードスルー(1,10,14)において、
前記コンタクト部分(2,15)と前記絶縁部分(3)とは、接合プロセスを用いて堅固に互いに接続されている異なる2つの要素から形成されており、
前記コンタクト部分(2,15)は、円錐形部分(4)および円筒形部分(5,16,22)を有しており、前記円筒形部分(5,16,22)は、前記絶縁部分(3)との境界面を形成しており、
前記円筒形部分(16)は、前記境界面の中央に配置された凹部(18)を有しており、前記電気導体(17)は、前記凹部(18)に対応するピン(19)を有しており、前記電気導体(17)と前記コンタクト部分(15)との組付けの際に、前記ピン(19)が前記凹部(18)に差し込まれて、形状結合接合を形成するように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする、セグメント化された電気フィードスルー(1,10,14)。 - 前記絶縁部分(3)は複合材料から形成されており、前記複合材料は、内部に位置する電気導体(6,12,17,20)であって、スリーブ状に配置された電気的な絶縁材料(7)によって周方向に取り囲まれている電気導体(6,12,17,20)を有しており、内部に位置する前記電気導体(6,12,17,20)および前記電気的な絶縁材料(7)は、金属製の外側スリーブ(8)によって囲まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のセグメント化された電気フィードスルー(1,10,14)。
- 前記絶縁部分(3)は、第1端面および第2端面を有しており、前記第1端面は、前記電気フィードスルー(1,10,14)の前記コンタクト部分(2)との境界面を形成し、前記第2端面は、前記加熱導体および/または接続部分(11)との境界面を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のセグメント化された電気フィードスルー(1,10,14)。
- 前記電気フィードスルー(10)は、前記絶縁部分(3)の前記第2端面に配置されておりかつ前記絶縁部分(3)の前記電気導体(12)に堅固に接続されている接続部分(11)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のセグメント化された電気フィードスルー(10)。
- 請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のセグメント化された電気フィードスルー(1,10,14)を製造する方法であって、接合プロセスを用いて前記コンタクト部分(2,15)と前記絶縁部分(3)とを堅固に互いに接続する方法において、前記絶縁部分(3)の前記第1端面において前記コンタクト部分(2,15)と前記絶縁部分(3)とを堅固に互いに接続することを特徴とする方法。
- 前記コンタクト部分(2,15)が、前記絶縁部分(3)の前記電気導体(6,12,17,20)だけと導電的に接触接続するような仕方で、前記コンタクト部分(2,15)と前記絶縁部分(3)とを互いに位置合わせすることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の方法。
- 堅固な前記接続を形成するための前記接合プロセスを実施する前に、前記ピン(19)と前記凹部(18)とを用いて前記コンタクト部分(2,15)と前記電気導体(17)とを互いに固定することを特徴とする、請求項5記載の方法。
- 円錐形領域(4)を備えた前記コンタクト部分(2,15)を下方に向かってタイトな型(9,13)にはめ込み、円筒形領域(5,16,22)に配置された前記境界面にまずろうを被覆し、次いで前記第1端面によって前記コンタクト部分(2,15)に前記絶縁部分(3)を載置して、前記コンタクト部分(2,15)が前記電気導体(6,12,17,20)だけと導電的に接触接続するようにし、引き続いて、挿入した部分とろう層と共に前記型(9,13)をろう接プロセスにかけることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記第2端面にろうを被覆した後、かつ前記型(13)を、挿入した前記部分と共に前記ろう接プロセスにかける前に、前記絶縁部分(3)の前記第2端面に前記加熱導体との接続部分(11)を載置することを特徴とする、請求項8記載の方法。
