Claims (5)
- インナ軸金具とアウタ筒部材が本体ゴム弾性体によって弾性連結された構造を有する筒形防振装置であって、
前記インナ軸金具の外周面には曲率が周方向で部分的に小さくされた第一の回転規制面が設けられて、該第一の回転規制面を含む該インナ軸金具の外周面には圧入金具が取り付けられており、該インナ軸金具が挿入される該圧入金具の挿入孔の内周面には、該第一の回転規制面と対応して曲率が周方向で部分的に小さくされた第二の回転規制面が設けられて、該インナ軸金具の該第一の回転規制面が該圧入金具の該第二の回転規制面に対して相互に重なり合って圧入状態とされており、
該インナ軸金具の外周面における該第一の回転規制面の軸方向外側には、該第一の回転規制面よりも該インナ軸金具の中心側に位置して該第一の回転規制面よりも幅寸法を大きくされた圧入ガイド面が設けられている筒形防振装置。 - 前記第一の回転規制面と前記圧入ガイド面が前記インナ軸金具の軸直角方向に広がる段差面によってつながっており、
前記圧入金具における前記挿入孔の内周面には、該段差面における該第一の回転規制面側の端縁の当接によって該第一の回転規制面を該挿入孔内へ案内する案内傾斜面が、軸方向端縁部に設けられている請求項1に記載の筒形防振装置。 - 前記第一の回転規制面が前記インナ軸金具の軸方向と平行に広がる平面とされていると共に、前記圧入ガイド面が該第一の回転規制面と平行に広がる平面とされている請求項1又は2に記載の筒形防振装置。
- 前記インナ軸金具の径方向の両側に一対の前記第一の回転規制面が設けられていると共に、前記圧入金具における前記挿入孔の内周面には径方向で対向する一対の前記第二の回転規制面が設けられており、
該一対の第一の回転規制面の軸方向外側にそれぞれ前記圧入ガイド面が設けられている請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の筒形防振装置。 - 前記インナ軸金具の外周面における前記第一の回転規制面を周方向に外れた部分が、前記圧入金具の前記挿入孔に対して非圧入状態で挿入されている請求項4に記載の筒形防振装置。
