Description

The present invention relates to a mounting device and mounting body that are attached directly to the groove of a lip channel steel to indirectly hold an object on the lip channel steel.

A lip channel steel is a steel shape with a hollow rectangular cross section, with a groove formed on only one side between the opposing tips of a pair of opposing lips. The object held in this lip channel steel is indirectly held by the lip channel steel via an attachment attached directly to the groove of the lip channel steel.

The pair of lips formed in the groove of the lip channel steel to directly attach the attachment body can be configured as follows: as shown in Figure 1 of Patent Document 1, a flange-shaped first lip portion parallel to the base plate portion, and a second lip portion in which the tip of the first lip portion is bent toward the base plate portion at a right angle to the first lip portion; or as shown in Figure 13 of the same document, a flange-shaped lip portion alone.

As such, when the "height width," which is the width dimension along the height direction when the pair of lip portions formed on the lip channel steel are viewed as a whole from the side, differs, in order to hold an object on each of the multiple types of lip channel steel with different "height widths," multiple types of attachments corresponding to the different shapes of the lip portions of each of the lip channel steels were required.

Another lip channel steel, as shown in Patent Document 2, has a pair of lip portions whose tips are inclined at a predetermined angle toward the bottom plate portion. However, the "height width" of these lip portions is often different from the "height width" of the flange-shaped lip portion of the lip channel steel described above, requiring yet another attachment.

Manufacturing and preparing multiple attachments to accommodate multiple lip channel steels with different lip shapes posed a problem, not only in terms of production but also in terms of storage and management.

The objective of the present invention is to provide a universal attachment device and attachment that can be attached to both lip channel steels with flange-shaped lips and lip channel steels with lips whose tips are inclined toward the bottom plate.

The present invention for solving the above problem provides an attachment having a pair of opposed plate portions, each of which has a groove portion extending in one direction between the opposed tip portions,
an attachment device comprising an attachment section including a pair of locking sections inserted into the grooves and respectively locked to the back surfaces of the pair of opposing plate sections, and a clamping section disposed on the front surfaces of the pair of opposing plate sections so as to cross the grooves and cooperate with the locking sections to clamp the pair of opposing plate sections,
the grooves of the object to be attached are formed to a width such that the pair of locking portions of the attachment can be locked onto the back surfaces of the pair of opposing plate portions of the object to be attached when the clamping portions of the attachment are positioned so as to cross the grooves,
The object to be attached is
The first object to be attached is provided with a clamping portion abutment surface formed with a predetermined width along the opposing direction of the pair of opposing plates on each surface side of the pair of opposing plates so that the clamping portion of the attachment body can abut against it, and the second object to be attached is provided with the pair of opposing plates inclined from their base ends toward the back side toward the groove portion,
a height between each clamping portion abutment surface on the front side of the pair of opposing plate portions of the first attached body and each locked portion on the back side is set smaller than a height between an inclination start portion of the pair of opposing plate portions of the second attached body and the locked portion on the back side;
the inclination start portion is formed within the width of the clamping portion contact surface of the first object along the opposing direction, and at a position offset from the center of the clamping portion contact surface in the width direction to the opposite side of the groove portion,
The attachment portion of the attachment body is formed on the back side of the clamping portion facing the opposing plate portion of each of the first and second objects to be attached, and both ends along the opposing direction are recessed by a predetermined width so that the attachment portion can be attached to either of the groove portions of the first and second objects to be attached, and the height width between the back side of the clamping portion and the engaged portion of each of the objects to be attached is formed differently between the recessed portion and the other portion, so that the clamping portion is divided into first and second clamping portions along the opposing direction,
When the attachment body is attached to the first attachment target body, the first clamping portion at the center of the clamping portion along the opposing direction abuts against the clamping portion abutment surfaces of the pair of opposing plate portions, and clamps the pair of opposing plate portions in cooperation with the locking portion,
When the attachment body is attached to the second object to be attached, the second clamping portions at both ends of the clamping portion along the opposing direction abut the inclination start portions of the pair of opposing plate portions and clamp the pair of opposing plate portions in cooperation with the locking portions, and the side of the clamping portion that is shorter in distance from the groove portion is positioned in an interference avoidance space formed by the inclination of the pair of opposing plate portions, thereby avoiding interference.

The invention of claim 1 employs the following multiple configurations to enable the same attachment body to be attached to two types of attachment body: a first attachment body having clamping portion abutment surfaces formed with a predetermined width along the opposing direction of the pair of opposing plate portions so that the clamping portion of the attachment body can abut against each surface side of the pair of opposing plate portions; and a second attachment body having the pair of opposing plate portions inclined from their base ends toward the back side toward the groove portion.
(1) The height between each clamping portion abutment surface on the front side of the pair of opposing plate portions of the first object to be attached and each engaging portion on the back side is set smaller than the height between the inclination start portion of the pair of opposing plate portions of the second object to be attached and the engaging portion on the back side.
(2) The inclination starting portion is formed within the width of the clamping portion contact surface portion of the first object along the opposing direction, and at a position offset to the opposite side of the groove portion from the center of the clamping portion contact surface portion in the width direction.
(3) The attachment portion of the attachment body is formed on the back side facing the opposing plate portion of the object to be attached in the clamping portion so that it can be attached to the groove portion of either of the first and second objects to be attached, and both ends along the opposing direction are recessed by a predetermined width, and the height width between the back side of the clamping portion and the engaging portion of each object to be attached is formed differently between the recessed portion and the other portion, so that the clamping portion is divided into first and second clamping portions along the opposing direction.

Therefore, when the attachment is attached to the first object, the first clamping portion at the center of the clamping portion along the opposing direction abuts against the clamping portion contact surfaces of the pair of opposing plates, and the attachment clamps the pair of opposing plates in cooperation with the locking portion. Meanwhile, when the attachment is attached to the second object, the second clamping portions at both ends of the clamping portion along the opposing direction abut against the inclination start portions of the pair of opposing plates in cooperation with the locking portion, clamping the pair of opposing plates. At the same time, the side of the clamping portion that is closer to the groove is positioned in the interference avoidance space formed by the inclination of the pair of opposing plates, thereby avoiding interference. In this way, the clamping portion of the attachment body has both ends along the opposing direction, on the back side facing the opposing plate portions of the attachment target body, recessed by a predetermined width to correspond to the different shapes of the pair of opposing plate portions of the first and second attachment target bodies. As a result, the first and second clamping portions are formed separately, allowing the same attachment body to be attached to the groove portions of the first and second attachment target bodies.

The invention of claim 2 is characterized in that, in the invention of claim 1, a pair of opposing plate portions of the first attachment object have hanging plate portions bent toward the back surface at the tip ends thereof, the groove portion is formed between the pair of opposing hanging plate portions, and the back side of the tip end of the hanging plate portion serves as an engagement portion to which the attachment object is engaged.

In the invention of claim 2, a hanging plate portion that bends toward the back surface is formed at the tip of the pair of opposing plate portions of the first attachment object. Compared to an attachment object consisting only of a pair of flange-shaped opposing plate portions, the overall height width of the pair of opposing plate portions is greater, which has the advantage of stabilizing the attachment state of the attachment object.

The invention of claim 3 is an attachment body having an attachment part that can be attached to either groove part of two types of attachment bodies, first and second, each having a pair of opposing plate parts that are arranged opposite to each other and have a groove part that extends in one direction between the opposing tip parts,
The first object to be attached has a clamping portion abutment surface formed on at least the base end side of the pair of opposing plate portions, the clamping portion abutting surface being formed with a predetermined width in the opposing direction of the pair of opposing plate portions so that the clamping portion of the attachment object can abut on the surface of the pair of opposing plate portions at least on the base end side where the distance from the groove portion is short,
The second object to be attached has each of the pair of opposing plate portions inclined from the base end side toward the back side of the groove portion, and the height width between the inclination start portion located on the most obverse side and the locked portion located on the back side of the tip of each opposing plate portion is set to be larger than the height width between the clamping portion abutment surface portions of the pair of opposing plate portions of the first object to be attached and the locked portion located on the back side of the tip of each opposing plate portion, and the inclination start portions of the pair of opposing plate portions are within the width of the clamping portion abutment surface portions of the first object to be attached in the opposing direction, and are located at a position offset to the opposite side of the groove portion from the center of the width of the clamping portion abutment surface portions,
the attachment portion comprises a pair of locking portions inserted into the grooves and respectively locked to the back surfaces of the pair of opposing plate portions, and a clamping portion disposed on the front surfaces of the pair of opposing plate portions so as to cross the grooves and cooperate with the pair of locking portions to clamp the pair of opposing plate portions;
a height width between a back surface of the clamping portion that abuts against the front surface sides of the pair of opposing plate portions and a surface of the locking portion that faces the back surface sides of the opposing plate portions is formed to be larger on both ends than on a center side along the opposing direction of the clamping portion, so that the clamping portion is divided into first and second clamping portions along the opposing direction,
When the attachment body is attached to the first attachment target body, the first clamping portion at the center of the clamping portion along the opposing direction abuts against the clamping portion abutment surfaces of the pair of opposing plate portions, and clamps the pair of opposing plate portions in cooperation with the locking portion,
When the attachment body is attached to the second object to be attached, the second clamping portions at both ends of the clamping portion along the opposing direction abut the inclination start portions of the pair of opposing plate portions and clamp the pair of opposing plate portions in cooperation with the locking portions, and the side of the clamping portion that is shorter in distance from the groove portion is positioned in an interference avoidance space formed by the inclination of the pair of opposing plate portions, thereby avoiding interference.

The invention of claim 3 expresses the invention of claim 1, which relates to an "attachment device" consisting of "two types of attachments, first and second" and an "attachment," by understanding it from the perspective of the "attachment" alone, and its effects are substantially the same as those of the invention of claim 1.

The invention of claim 4 is characterized in that, in the invention of claim 3, a pair of opposing plate portions of the first attachment object have hanging plate portions that bend toward the back surface at the tip ends thereof, the groove portion is formed between the pair of opposing hanging plate portions, and the back side of the tip end of the hanging plate portion serves as an engagement portion to which the attachment object is engaged.

The effect of the invention of claim 4 is the same as that of the invention of claim 2.

The invention of claim 5 is characterized in that, in the invention of claim 3 or 4, the insertion portion of the attachment body on the locking portion side, excluding the clamping portion, is inserted into the groove and rotated, so that the locking portion moves to the position of the locking portion of the first or second attachment body and locks in place, and the clamping portion moves toward the surface of the pair of opposing plate portions of the attachment body, thereby attaching to either the first or second attachment body.

The invention of claim 5 is the invention of claim 3 or 4, in which the attachment body is attached to each of the attachment bodies by the simple operation of inserting the portion of the attachment body on the side of the locking portion, excluding the clamping portion, into the grooves of the first and second attachment bodies and rotating it.

In this invention, the clamping portion of the attachment is formed so that both ends along the opposing direction of the pair of opposing plates of each of the first and second types of attachment targets are recessed by a predetermined width to correspond to the different shapes of the pair of opposing plates of the two types of attachment targets. Because the clamping portion is divided into the first and second clamping portions, the same attachment can be attached to each groove of the first and second attachment targets.

The present invention will be explained in more detail below, using best examples.

Since the attachment body A according to the present invention has a shape that allows it to be attached to either of the differently shaped existing first and second base bodies V1 , V2 , the shapes of the first and second base bodies V1 , V2 will first be described while comparing their corresponding dimensions with reference to Figures 1 and 3. The first and second base bodies V1 , V2 are both made of metal and are short members with a length of 100 to 500 mm along the direction of their grooves 55 (65). The first base body V1 has side plates 52 extending in the same direction at both widthwise ends of a bottom plate 51, and a predetermined length of each of the side plates 52 is bent inward at a right angle to form a pair of opposing plates 53 that are arranged opposite each other and parallel to the bottom plate 51. Furthermore, a predetermined length of each of the opposing plates 53 is bent inward so as to be perpendicular to the bottom plate 51 to form a pair of hanging plates 54, and a groove 55 is formed continuously along the longitudinal direction between the opposing hanging plates 54. The width W1 of the groove 55 is used as a reference for determining the dimensions (lengths) of a narrow portion 22 and a wide portion 23 of a locking plate 12 (described later) of the attachment body A. The space formed by the bottom plate 51, pair of side plate portions 52, and pair of opposing plate portions 53 of the first base body V1 constitutes an insertion portion arrangement space 56 for inserting and arranging the insertion portion E of the attachment body A, and the insertion length (insertion depth) of the insertion portion E is determined based on the depth of the insertion portion arrangement space 56 (the height width of the side plate portions 52). The surfaces of the pair of opposing plate portions 53 of the first base body V1 are arranged in the same plane and form a clamping plate portion abutment surface 53a of width W2 against which the back surface of the clamping plate portion 1 of the attachment body A abuts in a tight contact state. In the first base body V1 , the pair of opposing hanging plate portions 54 constitute the "opposing tip portions" defined in claims 1 and 3. The first base body V1 is formed with a plurality of holes for fixing the first base body V1 to various members such as floor members and ceiling members using bolts.

1 and 3, the second base body V2 , like the first base body V1 , has a pair of side plate portions 62 extending in the same direction from both widthwise ends of a bottom plate portion 61, and the upper ends of each side plate portion 62 are bent at an angle toward the bottom plate portion 61 to form a pair of opposing plate portions 63 arranged opposite each other, with a longitudinally continuous groove portion 65 formed between the opposing plate portions 63. The widths W1 and overall widths W3 of the grooves 55, 65 of the first and second base bodies V1 , V2 are all the same, but the height H2 of the side plate portions 62 of the second base body V2 is much greater than the height H1 of the side plate portions 52 of the first base body V1 . Therefore, the insertion portion arrangement space 66 of the second base body V2 , into which the insertion portion E of the attachment body A is inserted, has a much larger volume than the insertion portion arrangement space 56 of the first base body V1 . When the attachment body A is attached to the second base body V2 , the back surface of the clamping plate portion 1 of the attachment body A abuts against the tilt start portion 63a of the tilted opposing plate portion 63 on the second base body V2 . The tilt start portion 63a of the opposing plate portion 63 is located at the highest part along the erection direction of the side plate portion 62 on the second base body V2 .

(H10=H12-H11)。 When the attachment body A is attached to each of the first and second base bodies V1 and V2 , the back surface of the clamping plate portion 1 of the attachment body A abuts against the clamping plate portion abutment surface 53a, which is the upper surface of the pair of opposing plate portions 53, for the first base body V1 , as shown in Figure 2(a), and abuts against the inclination starting portion 63a of the pair of opposing plate portions 63 for the second base body V2 , as shown in Figure 2(c). On the other hand, the locking plate portion 12 of the attachment body A is locked to the first base body V1 by the locking portion 54a, which is the tip surface of the pair of hanging plate portions 54 that faces the bottom plate portion 51, as shown in Figure 2(a), and is abutted against the locking portion 63b , which is composed of the end face edge portion that is the part closest to the bottom plate portion 61 of the pair of opposing plate portions 63 that are arranged at an angle with respect to the bottom plate portion 61, as shown in Figure 2(c) for the second base body V2. 3 and 4, the height H11 between the clamping plate contact surface 53a and the locked portion 54a, which is the clamped portion 58 (see FIGS. 3 and 4) clamped between the clamping plate 1 and locking plate 12 of the main body D of the first base body V1 , is slightly narrower than the height H12 of the clamped portion 68 (see FIGS. 3 and 4) clamped between the clamping plate 1 and locking plate 12 of the main body D of the second base body V2 ( H12 > H11 ). Note that in FIGS. 3 and 4, H10 is the difference between the heights H11 and H12 of the clamped portions 58, 68 of the first and second base bodies V1 , V2 ( H10 = H12 - H11 ).

Next, with reference to Figures 1, 5, and 6 to 9, an attachment member A that can be attached to both the first and second base members V1 and V2 will be described. The attachment member A is made of resin and comprises a main body D having a clamping plate member 1 that abuts against the clamping plate member abutment surfaces 53a on the upper surfaces of the pair of opposing plate members 53 of the first base member V1 or the inclination start portions 63a of the pair of opposing plate members 63 of the second base member V2, and an insertion member E that is integrally formed on the back side of the main body D and is inserted into the insertion member arrangement spaces 56 and 66 through the grooves 55 and 65 of the base members V1 and V2 (see Figure 7(b)). The main body D has pipe holding sections 2 with arc-shaped cross sections formed on each corner of the surface side of the rectangular clamping plate 1, bulging out towards the front, and a pair of the four pipe holding sections 2 arranged along one diagonal line has a rotation operating section 3 protruding in the direction of the short side of the clamping plate 1. The operator's finger is hooked on the rotating section 3 to rotate the clamping plate 2 when fastening the attachment body A to each base body V1 , V2 . The dimension L1 of the clamping plate 1 in the short side direction is slightly smaller than the width W1 of each groove 55, 65 of each base body V1 , V2 , and the dimension L2 in the long side direction is much larger than the width W1 of each groove 55, 65 and slightly smaller than the overall width W3 of each base body V1 , V2 . Of the four pipe holding portions 2 formed on the clamping plate 1, one of the two pipe holding portions 2 arranged along the other diagonal has a screw attachment portion 5 formed to protrude in the direction of the short side of the clamping plate 1 , for attaching a reverse rotation prevention screw 4 that prevents reverse rotation of the attachment body A engaged and fixed to each base body V1, V2. A circular screw head insertion hole 5a is formed on the surface of the screw attachment portion 5, into which the head 4a of the reverse rotation prevention screw 4 is inserted, and a screw pilot hole 5b is formed perpendicular to the clamping plate 1 in the center of the screw head insertion hole 5a, into which the shank 4b of the reverse rotation prevention screw 4 is inserted while rotating it. As will be described later, when the reverse rotation prevention screw 4 is screwed into the screw pilot hole 5b, as shown in Figure 2(b), the shank 4b of the reverse rotation prevention screw 4 is pressed against the connection between the opposing plate portion 53 and the hanging plate portion 54 of the first base body V1 , causing the entire attachment body A to move slightly in the groove width direction of the groove portion 55 of the first base body V1 , and the peripheral surface of the shank 11 on the opposite side of the reverse rotation prevention screw 4 is pressed against the hanging plate portion 54 on the opposing side (opposite side). In this state, only a portion of the circumferential direction of the reverse rotation prevention screw 4 is screwed into the screw pilot hole 5b, forming a female thread portion in itself, and the shank of the reverse rotation prevention screw 4 is screwed in with its shank tilted by an angle (α). In addition, the screw hole 5b can be formed in advance at an angle (α) so that the shaft portion 11 of the attachment body A is pressed against the hanging plate portion 54 on the opposite side (opposite side) as described above.

At one end along the long side direction of the clamping plate 1 of the attachment body A, in the center along the short side direction, a rectangular plate-shaped restricting plate 6 is provided protruding in the short side direction to form a restricting protrusion 7 that prevents the corrugated tube P2 from shifting in its longitudinal direction (axial direction) when part of the corrugated tube P2 is held by the clamping plate 1 of the attachment body A, and the restricting plate 6 is provided with a linear restricting protrusion 7 along the short side direction of the clamping plate 1 that is inserted into a groove P2a (see Figure 13) of the corrugated tube P2 partially supported by the clamping plate 1. A breaking groove 8 with a V-shaped cross section is provided in the connection part between the clamping plate 1 and the restricting plate 6 except for both end parts, and there is a large difference in the length of the connection part along the short side direction at both end parts where the breaking groove 8 is not provided. The reason for this is that when supporting a corrugated pipe P2 , the regulating plate 6 needs to be integrated with the clamping plate 1, and when supporting a smooth pipe P1 , the regulating protrusion 7 becomes an obstacle and therefore the regulating plate 6 needs to be removed. The reason why the lengths of the first and second connecting portions 9a, 9b, where the clamping plate 1 and the regulating plate 6 are integrated at both ends of the breaking groove 8, are made different is as follows: When the corrugated pipe P2 is partially supported by the attachment body A, the corrugated pipe P2 is partially supported by the regulating plate 6 with the regulating protrusion 7 inserted into the groove P2a of the corrugated pipe P2 , so the integrated strength (connection strength) of the clamping plate 1 and the regulating plate 6 needs to be increased. Therefore, the length (thickness) of the first connecting portion 9a in the short side direction is made long (large) and the length of the second connecting portion 9b is made relatively short compared to the first connecting portion 9a, in order to make it easier to break off by hand. Therefore, when breaking off the regulating plate portion 6 from the clamping plate portion 1, the first connection portion 9a on the longer side of the part where the clamping plate portion 1 and the regulating plate portion 6 are integrated is cut using a tool such as pliers, and the second connection portion 9b on the shorter side is broken off by hand, thereby removing the regulating plate portion 6 from the clamping plate portion 1.

As shown in FIG. 7(b), when the attachment A is fastened to the first base body V1 or the second base body V2 , the insertion portion E of the attachment A comprises a shaft portion 11 which is integrally formed on the back surface of the clamping plate portion 1 and is disposed between the pair of hanging plate portions 54 of the first base body V1 or the pair of tilted opposing plate portions 63 of the second base body V2 , and a locking plate portion 12 which is integrally formed on the tip end (rear end) of the shaft portion 11 and is locked to the locked portion 54a of the first base body V1 or the locked portion 63b of the second base body V2 . Each of the three integrally formed parts of the clamping plate portion 1, shaft portion 11 and locking plate portion 12 has a circular cross-sectional through hole 13 formed therein for inserting a bolt or the like. The shaft portion 11 has an irregular cylindrical shape because the through hole 13 is formed in its center, and its cross-sectional shape is point-symmetrical about the axis C of the through hole 13, as shown in Figure 8 (b), and is equipped with a partial cylindrical portion 14 whose axis is the axis C of the through hole 13, and a pair of opposing flat portions 15 that are connected to the outer peripheral surface of the partial cylindrical portion 14 at an obtuse angle and are arranged opposite each other with a gap between them inside each of the hanging plate portions 54 of the first base body V1 or the pair of inclined opposing plate portions 63 of the second base body V2 when the attachment body A is engaged and fixed to the first base body V1 or the second base body V2. The dimension of the irregular cylindrical shaft 11 along the short side of the clamping plate 1 is the same as the dimension L1 along the short side of the clamping plate 1, and the dimension L3 along the long side of the clamping plate 1 of the shaft 11 is slightly shorter than the width W1 of the grooves 55, 65 of each base body V1 , V2 . In other words, when the attachment body A is rotated in the locking direction to lock with the first base body V1 or the second base body V2 , the pair of opposing flat surfaces 15 formed parallel to each other on the outer circumferential surface of the shaft 11 are arranged close to and parallel to the hanging plate 54 of the first base body V1 (the tips of the pair of tilted opposing plates 63 on the second base body V2 ) upon completion of locking, as shown in Figure 11(c), and function as a "rotation restricting portion" that restricts further rotation of the attachment body A in the locking direction. The connection portion between the outer peripheral surface of the partial cylindrical portion 14 and the pair of opposing flat portions 15 is formed in a stepped shape, and as the attachment body A is rotated and fixed to the first base body V1 or the second base body V2 , the pressure portions 16 come into pressure contact with the inner surfaces of the pair of depending plate portions 54 of the first base body V1 or the outer surfaces of the tips of the pair of inclined opposing plate portions 63 of the second base body V2, thereby forming pressure portions 16 that can intuitively notify the operator rotating the attachment body A that the engagement is nearing completion. In Figure 8(b), reference numeral 17 denotes a recessed portion formed in the shaft portion 11.

The clamping plate 1 and locking plate 12 constituting the attachment body A clamp the clamped portion 58 between the clamping plate abutment surfaces 53a of the pair of opposing plate portions 53 having the height H1 (see FIG. 3(a)) and the locked portions 54a which are the tip surfaces of the pair of hanging plate portions 54 of the first base body V1 , and also clamp the clamped portion 68 between the pair of inclination start portions 63a and the pair of locked portions 63b having the height H2 (see FIG. 3(b)) of the second base body V2, thereby attaching the attachment body A to the first and second base bodies V1 , V2 . Therefore, the clamping plate 1 and locking plate 12 of the attachment body A constitute the "attachment portion" defined in claims 1 and 3.

6 to 9, the locking plate 12 formed integrally with the tip end (rear end) of the shaft 11 has an irregular rectangular plate shape with a pair of interference avoidance portions 21 formed by significantly chamfering each end along one diagonal of the rectangle in order to avoid interference with the tips of the pair of depending plate portions 54 of the first base body V1 or the pair of tilted opposing plate portions 63 of the second base body V2 when the attachment body A is inserted into the first base body V1 or the second base body V2. Therefore, even if the attachment body A is slightly tilted without completely aligning the wide portion 23 of the locking plate 12 with the grooves 55, 65 of the base bodies V1 , V2, the locking plate 12 can be inserted into the grooves 55, 65, making the operation easier. The surfaces of the locking plate 12 on both sides of the shaft 11, which are located at both ends of the long side of the clamping plate 1, facing the clamping plate 1, form a pair of locking surfaces 12a and locking guide surfaces 12b that abut against or are close to the locked portions 54a of the pair of hanging plate portions 54 of the first base body V1 . The locking surfaces 12a and locking guide surfaces 12b are continuous as shown in Figures 7(b), (c) and 8, and the length of the locking surface 12a along the short side direction of the locking plate 12 is "K". The locking surface 12a on which the reverse rotation restricting projection 24 is formed is formed parallel to the clamping plate 1, but the portion of the locking surface 12a where the interference avoiding portion 21 is formed, with a central angle β of approximately 90° about the axis C of the through hole 13, is connected to the locking surface 12a and forms the locking guide surface 12b. The locking guide surface 12b is formed in a slightly tapered shape along the circumferential direction centered on the axis C of the through hole 13 so that the distance between the clamping plate 1 and the locking guide surface 12b increases as the distance between the clamping plate 1 and the locking guide surface 12b increases. By providing the tapered locking guide surface 12b and the interference avoidance portion 21 on the locking plate 12, when the attachment body A is rotated with the insertion portion E inserted into the grooves 55, 65 of the first and second base bodies V1 , V2 to lock and fix the attachment body A to the first base body V1 or the second base body V2 , the rotation of the attachment body A can be facilitated from just before the locking of the locking plate 12 until the locking is completed.

Each short side and each long side of the locking plate 12 forms a narrow width portion 22 and a wide width portion 23, respectively, and the narrow width portion 22 of the short side is arranged parallel to the opposing planar portion 15 of the shaft 11. On the inner surface of the locking plate 12 facing the clamping plate 1 , at each end along a diagonal direction different from the diagonal direction along which the pair of interference avoidance portions 21 are formed, there is provided a reverse rotation restricting protrusion 24. The reverse rotation restricting protrusion 24 is disposed outside (on the opposite groove side) of the lower end of the pair of hanging plate portions 54 or the pair of inclined opposing plate portions 63 of the second base body V2 , and restricts reverse rotation of the attachment A locked and fixed to the first base body V1 or the second base body V2, climbing over the tip ends of the pair of hanging plate portions 54 of the first base body V1 or the pair of inclined opposing plate portions 63 of the second base body V2 , when the attachment A is locked and fixed to the first base body V1 or the second base body V2. The dimension of the locking plate portion 12 along the short side direction of the clamping plate portion 1 is the same as the dimension L1 along the short side direction of the clamping plate portion 1, and the dimension L4 along the long side direction is larger than the dimension of each outer surface (the side opposite to the groove portion 55 ) of the pair of hanging plate portions 54 or the dimension of the outside of the tip portions of the pair of tilted opposing plate portions 63 of the second base body V2 (the side opposite to the groove portion 65) so that the locking plate portion 12 can be locked onto the pair of hanging plate portions 54 of the first base body V1 or the tip portions of the pair of tilted opposing plate portions 63 of the second base body V2. A pair of nut holding pieces 26 are integrally formed on the back surface of the locking plate 12 facing each other along the long side of the clamping plate 1, allowing a nut 25 to be placed in the area, and a side opening 27 formed between the pair of nut holding pieces 26 allows a binding wire 71 (see FIGS. 6(b) and 12) to be placed in the side opening 27, which binds and fixes the tubing placed on the clamping plate 1 of the attachment A to the attachment A. The space formed by the pair of nut holding pieces 26 is a nut placement space 28 in which the nut 25 is placed, and a protrusion 26a is provided on the inner surface of each nut holding piece 26 parallel to the axis C of the through hole 13, which keeps the nut 25 pressed in when a suspension bolt 29 or the like, described below, is screwed onto the nut 25.

Here, the back surface of the clamping plate portion 1 of the attachment body A abuts in surface contact with each clamping plate portion abutment surface 53a on the upper surface of the pair of opposing plate portions 53 when attached to the first base body V1 , and abuts in line contact with the tilt start portion 63a, which is the highest portion of the pair of tilted opposing plate portions 63 when attached to the second base body V2. However, as described above, the height widths H11 , H12 of the clamped portions 58, 68 of the first and second base bodies V1 , V2 are slightly different, so the same attachment body A cannot be attached to both the first and second base bodies V1 , V2 . 5 and 8(a), both ends along the long side of the back surface of the clamping plate 1 of the attachment body A are recessed by the difference ( H10 ) between the height widths H11 and H12 of the clamped portions 58, 68 of the first and second base bodies V1 and V2 , and the clamping plate 1 is divided into first and second clamping plate portions 1a and 1b having different first and second abutment surfaces 10a and 10b. That is, the first clamping plate portion 1a is the central portion along the long side of the clamping plate 1 and is formed separately outside the shaft portion 11, and the second clamping plate portion 1b is formed separately at both ends along the long side of the clamping plate 1. The height width H11 ' of the back surface of first clamping plate 1a of attachment body A and the surface of locking plate 12 facing first clamping plate 1a, and the height width H12' of the back surface of second clamping plate 1b and the surface of locking plate 12 facing first clamping plate 1a correspond to the height widths H11 , H12 of the first and second base bodies V1 , V2 , respectively, and the difference between the height width H12 ' of attachment body A and H11 ' is the same as the difference H10 between the height widths H11 , H12 of the first and second base bodies V1 , V2 . In Figures 7(b), (c) and 8(a), reference numeral 31 denotes an inclined step formed at the boundary between first and second contact surfaces 10a, 10b.

Next, with reference to Figures 10 and 11, the operation of locking and fixing the attachment body A to the first base body V1 will be described. First, as shown in Figures 10 and 11(a), the long side direction of the clamping plate portion 1 of the attachment body A is aligned with the direction in which the groove portion 55 of the first base body V1 is formed, and the entire insertion portion E of the attachment body A is inserted into the groove portion 55, so that only the main body portion D is positioned outside the first base body V1 . In this state, when the attachment body A is rotated clockwise about the axis C of the through-hole 13, as shown in Figure 11(b), the pair of pressure members 16 formed on the shaft portion 11 are pressed against the respective outer surfaces (directly facing surfaces) of the pair of hanging plate portions 54 of the first base body V1 , generating a large resistance to rotation, allowing the operator to sense that the attachment body A is about to be completely locked and fixed. Thereafter, by weakening the rotational force, etc., the attachment body A is rotated by the remaining rotational angle, and the pair of locking guide surfaces 12b of the attachment body A slide against the locking portions 54a, which are the tip surfaces of the pair of hanging plate portions 54, and then the pair of locking surfaces 12a slide against each other, and the pair of reverse rotation restricting protrusions 24 of the attachment body A climb over the pair of hanging plate portions 54 and are positioned inside them, thereby reaching the state shown in Figure 11 (c), and rotation of the attachment body A in the reverse direction is prevented.

As a result, as shown in Figures 1(a) and 2(a), the engaging portions 54a, which are the tip surfaces of the pair of hanging plate portions 54 of the first base body V1 , and the locking plate portions 12 of the attachment body A are arranged opposite each other with a small gap between them, so that the engaging portions 54a and the locking plate portions 12 are engaged with each other, and the pair of opposing plate portions 53 and the pair of hanging plate portions 54 of the first base body V1 are clamped between the clamping plate portion 1 and the locking plate portion 12 of the attachment body A, so that the attachment body A is engaged and fixed to the first base body V1 . In this state, the clamping plate abutment surface 53a on the upper surface of the pair of opposing plate portions 53 of the first base body V1 abuts against the portion of the first clamping plate portion 1a formed in the center of the long side direction of the clamping plate portion 1 of the attachment body A, and a predetermined gap is formed between the clamping plate abutment surface 53a of the first base body V1 and the second clamping plate portion 1b of the attachment body A.

On the other hand, to fasten the attachment body A to the second base body V2 , the insertion portion E of the attachment body A is inserted into the groove portion 65 in the same manner as in the case of the first base body V1 described above, and then the attachment body A is rotated clockwise until the attachment body A is almost completely fastened, and the pair of pressure members 16 on the shaft portion 11 are pressed against the tip edge portion 63c, which is different from the tip edge portion constituting the fastened portion 63b of each opposing plate portion 63 of the second base body V2, and then the pair of reverse rotation restricting projections 24 climb over the tip edge portion constituting the fastened portion 63b and are positioned below the tips of the pair of tilted opposing plate portions 63. As a result, the attachment body A is restricted from rotating in the reverse direction relative to the second base body V2 , and the pair of tilted opposing plate portions 63 are clamped between the clamping plate portion 1 and the locking plate portion 12 of the attachment body A at the tilt starting portion 63a at the base end and the locking portion 63b at the tip, thereby locking and fixing the attachment body A to the second base body V2 .

In the above-described state, the inclination start portions 63a at the base ends of the pair of opposing plate portions 63 of the second base body V2 abut against the back surfaces of the second clamping plate portions 1b at both ends along the long side direction of the clamping plate portion 1 of the attachment body A, and the first clamping plate portion 1a at the center along the long side direction of the clamping plate portion 1 of the attachment body A is positioned in the interference avoidance space 67 formed by the pair of opposing plate portions 63 of the second base body V2 being inclined toward the bottom plate portion 61, thereby avoiding interference between the first clamping plate portion 1a and each opposing plate portion 63 of the second base body V2 .

Furthermore, when attaching the attachment body A to the first and second base bodies V1 , V2 , instead of rotating the attachment body A by approximately 90° as described above, it is also possible to insert the attachment body A from the longitudinal end of each of the first and second base bodies V1 , V2 with the long side direction of the clamping plate portion 1 of the attachment body A aligned in the width direction of each of the groove portions 55, 65 of the first and second base bodies V1 , V2 , and slide it to the predetermined position to attach it.

Furthermore, with respect to the attachment body A engaged and fixed to the first base body V1 , the smooth tube P1 as the object to be held is bound and fixed with a bind wire 71 as shown in Fig. 12, or the corrugated tube P2 as the object to be held is bound and fixed with a bind wire 71 without shifting in its axial direction as shown in Fig. 13. In either case, the smooth tube P1 or the corrugated tube P2 as the object to be held is held to the first base body V1 via the attachment body A. As shown in Fig. 6, the bind wire 71 is passed through the nut arrangement space 28 of the attachment body A and is bound to the surface side of the smooth tube P1 or the corrugated tube P2 . With regard to the corrugated tube P2 , the restricting protrusion 7 of the attachment body A is inserted into the groove P2a , so that the corrugated tube P2 does not shift in its axial direction relative to the attachment body A.

As shown in Figure 14, a nut 25 is inserted into the nut placement space 28 of the attachment A, and the tip of the suspension bolt 29 inserted into the through-hole 13 from the clamping plate 1 side is threaded onto the nut 25, allowing the suspension bolt 29 to be suspended from the ceiling surface 81. In Figures 2 and 13, 82 indicates the side wall surface to which the attachment A is fixed.
