The present invention was made in consideration of the above-mentioned problems, and aims to provide a purchased goods management device, a purchased goods management method, and a purchased goods management program that can manage the sales price and cost of purchased goods by project.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to this embodiment.

[1. Overview]
First, an overview of the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 1 and 2. Figures 1 and 2 are diagrams showing an example of a purchased item management process in this embodiment.

Previously, it was not possible to record receivables by deducting the amount of purchased goods from construction sales. When managing the sale of purchased goods, which are items that originally existed on the construction site and have sale value, the client was aware that the purchased goods could be sold, so the amount calculated by deducting the expected sale price of the purchased goods from the contract amount for the construction was deposited with the company that undertook the construction. However, the amount was managed as a total amount, not for each construction project.

As a result, in the past, when managing the sale of purchased goods, it was not possible to control which construction projects the purchased goods were linked to, leaving the possibility of the site agent embezzling the proceeds.

As shown in Figure 1, this embodiment provides a system that prevents on-site agents from embezzling money by recording the receivable amount minus the price of the purchased goods, and by enabling the full estimated amount to be included in the cost price through system management.

To realize this system, in the purchased item management process of this embodiment, as shown in Figure 2, contract and purchased item data is acquired when a contract is entered, purchased item data is updated when a purchased item is sold, and sales data and planned collection data are acquired when sales are entered.

2. Configuration
An example of the configuration of the purchased goods management device 100 according to this embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 3. Fig. 3 is a block diagram showing an example of the configuration of the purchased goods management device 100 according to this embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 3, the purchase management device 100 is a commercially available desktop personal computer. Note that the purchase management device 100 is not limited to a stationary information processing device such as a desktop personal computer, but may also be a portable information processing device such as a commercially available notebook personal computer, PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), smartphone, or tablet personal computer.

The purchase management device 100 comprises a control unit 102, a communication interface unit 104, a memory unit 106, and an input/output interface unit 108. Each unit of the purchase management device 100 is connected to each other so that they can communicate with each other via any communication path.

The communication interface unit 104 communicatively connects the purchase management device 100 to the network 300 via a communication device such as a router and a wired or wireless communication line such as a dedicated line. The communication interface unit 104 has the function of communicating data with other devices via the communication line. Here, the network 300 has the function of connecting the purchase management device 100 and the server 200 so that they can communicate with each other, and is, for example, the Internet or a LAN (Local Area Network).

An input device 112 and an output device 114 are connected to the input/output interface unit 108. The output device 114 may be a monitor (including a touch panel), a speaker, or a printer. The storage unit 106 stores various databases, tables, files, and the like. Now, with reference to Figures 5 to 7, an example of the purchased item management process in this embodiment will be described. Figures 5 to 7 are diagrams showing an example of the purchased item management process in this embodiment.

As shown in Figure 5, in this embodiment, when the purchase price agreed upon at the time of contract is entered on the contract input screen, the purchase price data is acquired and the purchase price is linked to the order data.
