Patent Document 1 discloses a configuration in which negotiation records and negotiation results with debtors entered by an operator or negotiator are stored as negotiation history data, an index is assigned to the negotiation history data, and negotiation history data for the same debtor is associated with each other and stored using data mining.

However, the invention described in Patent Document 1 above had the problem that, when updating contract data, it was not possible to automatically generate a change log of negotiation record data related to changed items.

The present invention was made in consideration of the above-mentioned problems, and aims to provide a negotiation record management device, a negotiation record management method, and a negotiation record management program that can centrally manage and aggregate data by automatically registering data change histories for customers and contracts in negotiation records.

To solve the above-mentioned problems and achieve the objectives, the negotiation record management device of the present invention is a negotiation record management device equipped with a memory unit and a control unit, wherein the memory unit comprises: a contract storage means for storing contract data of a loan contract, including customer data of the customer; a negotiation record storage means for storing negotiation record data of each negotiation with the customer regarding the contract data; and a negotiation output target master set by linking items and output types set in the contract data that are subject to change during the negotiation with the customer; and the control unit comprises: a contract update acquisition means for acquiring contract update data set during the negotiation with the customer; a negotiation content creation means for creating negotiation content based on the negotiation output target master, the contract data, and the contract update data; and a negotiation record update means for adding and updating the negotiation record data based on the negotiation content.

Furthermore, in the negotiation record management device of the present invention, the negotiation content creation means extracts pre-update item values set in the contract data corresponding to the items set in the negotiation output target master, obtains a pre-update data list in which the pre-update item values and the output types linked to the items in the negotiation output target master are set, and creates the negotiation content based on the pre-update data list and the contract update data.

The present invention enables centralized data management and data aggregation by automatically registering the change history of customer data and contract data in a common format as a negotiation record. An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to this embodiment.

[1. Overview]
First, an overview of the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 1 to 6. Figures 1 to 3 are diagrams showing an example of a conventional negotiation record management process. Figures 4 to 6 are diagrams showing an example of a negotiation record management process in this embodiment.

Previously, when directly speaking with a customer, such as during a phone call, there were screens and functions for recording data as negotiation records, but change histories for customers and contracts were managed separately. As a result, data was not consolidated, and negotiating agents interacted with customers without understanding the change history, which meant it took a long time to check the contract status, hindering customer satisfaction and work efficiency. Furthermore, in the past, aggregating and analyzing change histories for customers and contracts required individual development for each update process and data processing.

Therefore, this embodiment provides a mechanism that allows you to flexibly set, through master settings, the update process (application) you want to automatically register in the negotiation record and which items, among those updated within that process, are to be automatically registered. Furthermore, this embodiment provides a mechanism that controls the negotiation record input screen so that automatically registered negotiation records are retained as unmodifiable data.

As shown in Figure 1, in conventional negotiation record management processing, if Operator A receives a payment deferral request from a customer on February 20, 2023, a negotiation record is registered requesting that the next scheduled repayment date, March 10, 2023, be changed to April 10, 2023, with a one-month payment deferral, and an internal approval is submitted.

As shown in Figure 2, in the conventional negotiation record management process, on March 1, 2023, Operator B (the approver) performs a contract renewal process, changing the next scheduled repayment date set in the contract data from March 10, 2023 to April 10, 2023, and updating the interest settlement date, next scheduled date, and first repayment date after the change.

As shown in Figure 3, in the conventional negotiation record management process, when operator C received another payment deferral request from the customer on March 10, 2023, he was unable to directly refer to the contract data update record from the negotiation input, and had to operate "Customer Inquiry" and "Contract Inquiry" to search for the change history for the contract data while the customer was waiting, resulting in an extremely time-consuming process.

On the other hand, as shown in Figure 4, in this embodiment, if Operator A receives a payment deferral request from a customer on February 20, 2023, a negotiation record is registered to change the next scheduled repayment date, March 10, 2023, to April 10, 2023, by one month, and an internal approval is submitted.

As shown in Figure 5, in this embodiment, on March 1, 2023, Operator B (approver) performs a contract renewal process, changing the next scheduled repayment date set in the contract data from March 10, 2023 to April 10, 2023, updating the interest settlement date, next scheduled date, and first repayment date after the change. As shown in Figure 6, in this embodiment, when operator C receives another payment deferral request from the customer on March 10, 2023, the registration history of contract data updates previously registered in the negotiation record for negotiation input is limited to the necessary data, significantly reducing (improving) the time previously required to check the contract status and enabling quick communication without keeping the customer waiting.

2. Configuration
An example of the configuration of the negotiation record management device 100 according to this embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 7. Fig. 7 is a block diagram showing an example of the configuration of the negotiation record management device 100 according to this embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 7, the negotiation record management device 100 is a commercially available desktop personal computer. Note that the negotiation record management device 100 is not limited to a stationary information processing device such as a desktop personal computer, but may also be a portable information processing device such as a commercially available notebook personal computer, PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), smartphone, or tablet personal computer.

The negotiation record management device 100 comprises a control unit 102, a communication interface unit 104, a memory unit 106, and an input/output interface unit 108. Each unit of the negotiation record management device 100 is connected to each other so that they can communicate with each other via any communication path.

The communication interface unit 104 communicatively connects the negotiation record management device 100 to the network 300 via a communication device such as a router and a wired or wireless communication line such as a dedicated line. The communication interface unit 104 has the function of communicating data with other devices via a communication line. Here, the network 300 has the function of connecting the negotiation record management device 100 and the server 200 so that they can communicate with each other, and is, for example, the Internet or a LAN (Local Area Network).

An input device 112 and an output device 114 are connected to the input/output interface unit 108. The output device 114 may be a monitor (including a touch panel), a speaker, or a printer. Note that, below, the output device 114 may be referred to as the monitor 114 or the printer 114, and the input device 112 may be referred to as the keyboard 112 or the mouse 112.

The storage unit 106 stores various databases, tables, files, and the like. The storage unit 106 stores computer programs that work in conjunction with the OS (Operating System) to issue commands to the CPU (Central Processing Unit) to perform various processes. The negotiation record update unit 102d then adds the updated record linking the customer number, sub-number, negotiation date, negotiation summary, and negotiation content to the negotiation record data stored in the negotiation record database 106b in a format that cannot be changed by the user (step SA-5), and ends the process.

Here, an example of the negotiation record management process in this embodiment will be described with reference to Figures 9 to 13. Figure 9 is a diagram showing an example of contract data in this embodiment. Figures 10 to 13 are diagrams showing an example of the negotiation record management process in this embodiment.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 9, when contract data is set for a loan amount of ¥1,000,000 on loan date: 2022/12/1, as shown in FIG. 10, when the operator executes the update process on the update process screen, common function (1): "Get data to be updated" is called based on key data (executed job ID, customer number, sub-number), and the database items before the update are stored in variable (1) (pre-update data list). Here, common function (1) references the negotiation output target master 106c (master that sets the update process job ID and each item to be automatically registered), and only the data set in the master is acquired.
