Claims (11)
- 内部空間を提供するフレームと、
前記フレームの内部に収容され、ボディー、及び前記ボディーの前方に突出する電極リードを備えるバッテリーセルと、
前記バッテリーセルの前方に位置し、前記電極リードと電気的に接続されるバスバーフレームアセンブリと、
前記バッテリーセルの少なくとも一部に備えられ、耐火性を有する耐火コーティング層と、
前記バッテリーセルの側面をカバーし、前記バスバーフレームアセンブリの後面に密着するバリアーと、を含み、
前記耐火コーティング層は、
前記バスバーフレームアセンブリの後面、及び前記後面に隣接するバリアーの側面をカバーする第5コーティング層を含む、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バッテリーセルは、
前記ボディーから前方に延び、前記電極リードを取り囲む前方テラス部をさらに含み、
前記耐火コーティング層は、
前記前方テラス部と前記電極リードとをカバーする第1コーティング層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記耐火コーティング層は、
前記第5コーティング層が設けられている部分を除く前記バスバーフレームアセンブリの後面の少なくとも一部をカバーする第2コーティング層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バスバーフレームアセンブリは、
スリットを備え、
前記電極リードは、
前記スリットを通過し、
前記第2コーティング層は、
前記スリットと前記電極リードとの間をカバーするように延びる、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記耐火コーティング層は、
前記第2コーティング層から延び、前記バスバーフレームアセンブリの前面をカバーする第3コーティング層をさらに含む、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記フレームは前方に開放され、
前記バッテリーモジュールは、
前記バスバーフレームアセンブリの前に位置し、前記フレームの前方側に結合するエンドプレートをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バッテリーセルは、
前記ボディーから上に延びる上側シール部をさらに含み、
前記耐火コーティング層は、
前記上側シール部の少なくとも一部をカバーする第4コーティング層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バッテリーセルは、
前記上側シール部を折り畳みかつ固定する接着部材をさらに含み、
前記第4コーティング層は、
前記接着部材をカバーするように延びる、請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 内部空間を提供するフレームと、
前記フレームの内部に収容され、ボディー、及び前記ボディーの前方に突出する電極リードを備えるバッテリーセルと、
前記バッテリーセルの前方に位置し、前記電極リードと電気的に接続され、上下方向において細長形状を有するように形成された孔を備えるバスバーフレームアセンブリと、
前記バッテリーセルの少なくとも一部に備えられ、耐火性を有する耐火コーティング層と、
前記バッテリーセルの側面をカバーし、前記バスバーフレームアセンブリの孔を貫通するバリアーと、を含み、
前記耐火コーティング層は、
前記バスバーフレームアセンブリの後面、及び前記後面に隣接するバリアーの側面をカバーする第6コーティング層を含む、バッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む、自動車。
