Description
Claims (20)
- 送信装置と無線通信する受信装置であって、
前記受信装置での実行のための指示を含むアプリケーション、及び、ステートマシンを含むメモリと、
プロセッサと、を備え、前記プロセッサは、前記メモリとデータ通信し、
前記ステートマシンは、
前記アプリケーションと通信し、前記送信装置と前記アプリケーションとの間の取引を実行する1つ以上のデータ動作又はコマンドを記録し、
前記送信装置と前記受信装置との間の通信中断時に、前記1つ以上のデータ動作又はコマンドから最新のデータ動作又はコマンドを保存し、
前記送信装置と前記受信装置との間の通信中断が解消されると、前記1つ以上のデータ動作又はコマンドから最新のデータ動作又はコマンドに続くステップで後続のデータ動作又はコマンドを再開するように構成されている、
受信装置。 - 前記ステートマシンは、
前記最新のデータ動作又はコマンドをメモリに格納し、
通信中断が解消されると、前記メモリから前記最新のデータ動作又はコマンドを取得するようにさらに構成されている、
請求項1に記載の受信装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、取引の開始時に前記送信装置によって実行された前記1つ以上のデータ動作又はコマンドを記録するために前記ステートマシンを動作させるように構成されている、
請求項1に記載の受信装置。 - 前記受信装置は、前記プロセッサとデータ通信するディスプレイをさらに備え、前記プロセッサは、前記送信装置の通信ステータスを表示するようにさらに構成されている、
請求項1に記載の受信装置。 - 前記1つ以上のデータ動作又はコマンドは、前記送信装置と前記受信装置との間のデータ通信、データ読み取り、またはデータ書き込みのグループから選択される少なくとも1つを含む、
請求項1に記載の受信装置。 - 前記送信装置は、非接触型カードであり、
前記通信中断は、前記受信装置によって生成された通信フィールドの外への前記非接触型カードの移動、および前記受信装置の通信範囲外への前記非接触型カードの移動のグループから選択される少なくとも1つを含む、
請求項1に記載の受信装置。 - 前記1つ以上のデータ動作又はコマンドは、取引を実行し、
前記ステートマシンは、前記最新のデータ動作又はコマンドに続くステップで前記取引を再開するようにさらに構成されている、
請求項1に記載の受信装置。 - 前記取引は、EMV取引である、請求項7に記載の受信装置。
- 前記最新のデータ動作又はコマンドは、前記通信中断の前に発生した最後のデータ動作又はコマンドである、
請求項1に記載の受信装置。 - 前記1つ以上のデータ動作又はコマンドは、デジタル署名の認証を含み、
前記ステートマシンは、前記デジタル署名の前記認証が完了すると、成功または失敗の表示を記録するようにさらに構成されている、
請求項1に記載の受信装置。 - 送信装置と無線通信する受信装置によって実行される方法であって、
前記受信装置は、メモリと、前記メモリとデータ通信するプロセッサとを含み、
前記メモリは、前記受信装置での実行のための指示を含むアプリケーション、及び、ステートマシンを含み、
前記方法は、
前記ステートマシンが、前記アプリケーションと通信して、前記ステートマシンが、前記送信装置と前記アプリケーションとの間の1つ以上の取引を実行するデータ動作又はコマンドを記録することと、
前記ステートマシンが、前記送信装置と前記受信装置との間の通信中断時に、前記1つ以上のデータ動作又はコマンドから最新のデータ動作又はコマンドを保存することと、
前記ステートマシンが、前記送信装置と前記受信装置との間の通信中断が解消されると、前記1つ以上のデータ動作又はコマンドから最新のデータ動作又はコマンドに続くステップで後続のデータ動作又はコマンドを再開することと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記1つ以上のデータ動作又はコマンドは、認証動作を含む、
請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記方法は、
前記ステートマシンが、最新のデータ動作又はコマンドを前記メモリに格納することと、
前記ステートマシンが、通信中断が解消されると、前記メモリから前記最新のデータ動作又はコマンドを取得することと、
をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記送信装置は、非接触型カードであり、
前記方法は、
前記プロセッサが、取引の開始時に、前記ステートマシンを動作させること、
をさらに含み、
前記取引の開始は、非接触型カードを前記受信装置の通信フィールドに入れることを含む、
請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記受信装置は、カード読み取りボタンを含むアプリケーションインターフェースを提示するように構成されたディスプレイをさらに備え、
前記方法は、
前記プロセッサが、前記カード読み取りボタンの押下を受信すると、取引を開始することと、
前記プロセッサが、取引の開始時に、前記ステートマシンを動作させることと、
をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 最新のデータ動作又はコマンドは、通信中断の前に発生した最後のデータ動作又はコマンドである、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記通信中断は、信号干渉、信号の遮断、および信号の妨害のグループから選択される少なくとも1つを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 受信装置と無線通信する非接触型カードであって、
前記受信装置は、前記受信装置での実行のための指示を含むアプリケーションを含むメモリを含み、
前記非接触型カードは、
ステートマシンを含むメモリと、
前記メモリとデータ通信するプロセッサと、を備え、
前記ステートマシンは、
前記アプリケーションと通信し、前記非接触型カードと前記アプリケーションとの間の取引を実行する1つ以上のデータ動作又はコマンドを記録し、
前記非接触型カードと前記受信装置との間の通信中断時に、前記1つ以上のデータ動作又はコマンドから最新のデータ動作又はコマンドを保存し、
前記非接触型カードと前記受信装置との間の通信中断が解消されると、前記1つ以上のデータ動作又はコマンドから最新のデータ動作又はコマンドに続くステップで後続のデータ動作又はコマンドを再開するように構成されている、
非接触型カード。 - 前記1つ以上のデータ動作又はコマンドは、暗号文の生成を含む、請求項18に記載の非接触型カード。
- 前記ステートマシンは、最新のデータ動作又はコマンドに続くステップで前記取引を再開するようにさらに構成されている、請求項18に記載の非接触型カード。
