Description

The present invention relates to a fixture in which at least one of an outer shoji screen and an inner shoji screen is slidably arranged within a fixture frame.

In sliding windows that have a frame placed in an opening in a building and outer and inner shoji screens placed within the frame, a hollow section is formed in the lower frame, and rainwater that flows into the hollow section through drainage holes formed in the upper surface of the lower frame between the outer and inner rails is discharged to the outside through drainage holes opening on the exterior surface of the hollow section (see Patent Document 1).

A reinforcing material that supports the weight of the outer shoji screen is inserted into the hollow portion of the lower frame. The reinforcing material is composed of a visible piece, a recessed piece that extends from the top of the recessed piece toward the interior of the room, and an attachment piece that extends from the bottom of the recessed piece toward the interior of the room. The attachment piece is formed to overlap the drainage hole on the top surface of the lower frame in a plan view, and a heated foam material is affixed to the top surface of the attachment piece to block the drainage hole in the event of a fire.

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2019-65565

However, the reinforcing material in Patent Document 1 has a problem in that the distance from the top surface of the mounting piece where the heat-foaming material is attached to the drainage hole is long, so a large amount of heat-foaming material is required to block the drainage hole.

The object of the present invention is to provide a building material that can reduce the amount of heat-foaming material required and prevent a decrease in drainage performance.

The fixture of the present invention comprises a frame body having a lower frame with a continuous hollow portion along the longitudinal direction, and an outer shoji screen and an inner shoji screen arranged within the frame body. At least one of the outer shoji screen and the inner shoji screen is slidable along the lower frame. A drainage hole that connects to the hollow portion is formed on the upper surface of the lower frame. A reinforcing material is arranged within the hollow portion and is arranged at least below the outer shoji screen when it is in the closed position. The reinforcing material comprises a visible portion capable of supporting the weight of the outer shoji screen and a protruding portion that protrudes toward the interior of the room from a midpoint in the height direction of the visible portion. The protruding portion has a heated foam material placement surface that is inclined so that its tip on the interior side is lower than its base end on the visible portion side. The heated foam material placement surface is provided with heated foam material that can foam when heated to block the drainage hole.

In Figures 1 to 3, the sliding window 1, which is a fixture related to this embodiment, comprises a window frame 2, which is the frame body of the fixture, and an outer shoji screen 3 and an inner shoji screen 4, which are arranged to be able to slide within the window frame 2.
The window frame 2 is placed in an opening in a building and fixed to the building's framework. The window frame 2 is composed of an upper frame 21, a lower frame 22, and left and right vertical frames 24, 25. The upper frame 21, the lower frame 22, and the left and right vertical frames 24, 25 are made of extruded aluminum.
The outer shoji screen 3 is composed of a shoji screen frame made up of an upper frame 31, a lower frame 32, a door edge frame 33, and a door joint frame 34, and a double-glazed glass 35 incorporated in the shoji screen frame.
The inner shoji screen 4 is configured with a shoji frame made up of an upper frame 41, a lower frame 42, a door edge frame 43, and a joint frame 44, and a double-glazed glass 45 incorporated in the shoji frame.
In this embodiment, the vertical frame 24 is arranged opposite the door edge frame 43 of the inner shoji screen 4, and the vertical frame 25 is arranged opposite the door edge frame 33 of the outer shoji screen 3.
Each frame of the outer shoji screen 3 and the inner shoji screen 4, except for the joint frame 34, is made up of an aluminum-resin composite frame that combines an exterior component made of an aluminum extruded profile with an extruded profile made of synthetic resin.
The double-glazing 35, 45 is made of fireproof glass such as wire glass on the outside and low-E glass on the inside.

In the following explanation, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, the vertical direction of the sliding window 1 is the Y axis, the sliding movement direction of the outer shoji 3 and inner shoji 4 is the X axis, and the direction perpendicular to the X axis and Y axis is the Z axis.
The projection direction of the window frame 2 (upper frame 21, lower frame 22, vertical frames 24, 25), outer shoji screen 3, and inner shoji screen 4 is the Z-axis direction, i.e., the direction from inside to outside (depth direction) of the sliding window 1. The projection direction of the upper frame 21, lower frame 22, upper stiles 31, 41, and lower stiles 32, 42 is the Y-axis direction, i.e., the up-down direction, and the projection direction of the vertical frames 24, 25, door edge stiles 33, 43, and joint stiles 34, 44 is the X-axis direction, i.e., the direction of movement of the outer shoji screen 3 and inner shoji screen 4 (left-right direction).

As shown in Figures 1 and 4, the lower frame 22 is composed of an upper surface portion 221, a lower surface portion 222, an exterior side surface portion 223, an interior side surface portion 224, and an attachment portion 225. A hollow portion 226 is defined by the upper surface portion 221, the lower surface portion 222, the exterior side surface portion 223, and the interior side surface portion 224. An outer rail 227 on the exterior side and an inner rail 228 on the interior side are erected on the upper surface of the upper surface portion 221. The outer rail 227 supports the outer shoji screen 3 so that it can move left and right, and the inner rail 228 supports the inner shoji screen 4 so that it can move left and right.

As shown in Figure 3, shoji stoppers 281, 282 are attached to both the left and right ends of the upper surface 221 to prevent the crescent of the inner shoji 4 and the joint frame of the outer shoji 3 from hitting the vertical frames 24, 25. Furthermore, a lower frame windbreak plate 285 and a reinforcing metal fitting 286 equipped with a heated foam material are attached between the outer rail 227 and the inner rail 228 at the middle position in the left-right direction of the upper surface 221.
A resin cover 261 is attached between the outer rail 227 and the inner rail 228, between the shoji stopper 281 and the reinforcing metal fitting 286. This resin cover 261 is engaged with engagement projections formed on the interior surface of the outer rail 227 and on the top surface 221.

Furthermore, on the upper surface 221, a plurality of rectangular drain holes 229 are formed in a row in the left-right direction on the indoor side of the outer shoji screen 3, which is hidden by the resin cover 261. In this embodiment, five drain holes 229 are formed on the upper surface 221 at positions approximately the same distance as the visible dimension of the door stile 33 from the end on the vertical frame 25 side.
As shown in Figures 1 and 4, screw holes 221A are provided on the upper surface 221 of the lower frame 22 on the side facing the outer shoji screen 3.
1 and 4, a resin indoor cover 262 is attached to the upper surface portion 221 at a portion located inside the room relative to the inner rail 228 over the entire longitudinal length of the upper surface portion 221.

As shown in Figure 4, the lower surface portion 222 of the lower frame 22 is disposed at a distance in the vertical direction from the upper surface portion 221. Below this lower surface portion 222, on the outdoor side of the mounting portion 225, an exterior wall material 8 is disposed, as shown in Figure 1.

The exterior side surface portion 223 is integrally continuous with the exterior ends of the upper surface portion 221 and the lower surface portion 222. Therefore, the exterior side surface portion 223 is positioned further outdoors than the outer rail 227. As shown in FIG. 5 , a lower frame drain hole 230 having a rectangular elongated hole shape is formed in the lower part of the exterior side surface portion 223. In this embodiment, the drain hole 230 is formed in the exterior side surface portion 223 near the end on the vertical frame 25 side. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3 , the drain hole 230 is formed in the longitudinal direction (left-right direction) of the lower frame 22 between the edge on the vertical frame 25 side and the drain hole 229.
As shown in Figure 1, the lower frame drain hole 230 is fitted with a drain valve 27 made of synthetic resin that drains water accumulated in the hollow portion 226 and prevents water from being blown in from outside the room.

The indoor side portion 224 is inclined toward the outside of the room from the upper portion 221 to the lower portion 222, and at its upper end is integrally connected to the lower portion of the inner rail 228 of the upper portion 221, and at its lower end is integrally connected to the indoor end portion of the lower portion 222.
The mounting portion 225 extends downward from the connecting portion between the lower surface portion 222 and the interior side surface portion 224, and is attached to the building frame via screws.

As shown in Figures 5 and 6, the lower frame 22 configured in this manner is provided with a drainage path 231 that drains water that has flowed into the hollow portion 226 from the drainage holes 229 formed between the outer rail 227 and the inner rail 228, from the hollow portion 226 through the lower frame drainage holes 230 to the outside of the lower frame 22.

A reinforcing material 5 and a heat-foaming material 6 are provided in the hollow portion 226 of the lower frame 22.
The reinforcing material 5 is formed to extend in the left-right direction (longitudinal direction of the lower frame 22) with a dimension larger than the left-right dimension (dimension in the X-axis direction) of the outer shoji 3, and is positioned below the outer shoji 3 when the sliding window 1 is in the closed state. That is, as shown in Figure 3, the end 5A of the reinforcing material 5 on the vertical frame 24 side is positioned at a position closer to the vertical frame 24 than the position of the lower frame wind stopper 285, and the end 5B of the reinforcing material 5 on the vertical frame 25 side is positioned so as to align with the edge of the lower frame 22 on the vertical frame 25 side.

Next, the structure of the reinforcing material 5 will be described with reference to Figures 3 to 6. Figure 3 is a plan view showing the main parts of the lower frame and the reinforcing material, Figure 4 is a side view of the lower frame 22 and the reinforcing material 5, Figure 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along line B-B in Figure 3, and Figure 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along line C-C in Figure 3.
The reinforcing material 5 is formed from an extruded aluminum profile or the like, and is integrally formed with a visible piece 51, an upper visible piece 52, a protruding piece 53, and a lower visible piece 54.
The sight piece 51 is formed to extend in the sight direction (vertical direction) of the reinforcing material 5, and is set to a dimension corresponding to the vertical spacing dimension from the upper surface 221 to the lower surface 222 of the lower frame 22. The sight piece 51 is configured to include an upper sight piece 511 that connects the upper sight piece 52 and the protruding piece 53, and a lower sight piece 512 that connects the protruding piece 53 and the lower sight piece 54.
The lower sight piece 512 is positioned closer to the interior of the room in the Z direction, which is the projection direction, than the upper sight piece 511.

The upper projection piece 52 is composed of a first upper projection piece 521 extending toward the inside of the room from the upper end of the upper projection piece 511, a rising portion 522 extending upward from the indoor end of the first upper projection piece 521, and a second upper projection piece 523 extending toward the inside of the room from the upper end of the rising portion 522.
The first upper projection piece 521 abuts against the underside of the screw hole 221A, and the rising portion 522 abuts against the interior surface of the screw hole 221A. In other words, the upper projection piece 52 is bent along the screw hole 221A. Therefore, when placing the reinforcing material 5, the bent portion of the upper projection piece 52 abuts against the screw hole 221A, so that the reinforcing material 5 can be positioned in the projection direction.
The second upper projection piece 523 abuts against the underside of the upper surface 221 and is fixed by a fixing screw 525, which is a fastening member that is screwed from the upper surface 221 into the second upper projection piece 523. A plurality of fixing screws 525 are provided along the longitudinal direction of the reinforcing material 5, and the reinforcing material 5 is fixed with the upper projection piece 52 abutting against the upper surface 221. Note that a rivet may be used as the fastening member.

The indoor-side edge of the second upper projection piece 523 is positioned further outdoors than the indoor-side edge of the drain hole 229. Furthermore, as shown in Figures 3 and 6, the second upper projection piece 523 is provided with a rectangular drain hole 524 formed by cutting out the second upper projection piece 523. As shown in Figure 3, the drain hole 524 is formed so that its width in the X-axis direction is large enough to span the five drain holes 229, and is positioned so that it overlaps each of the drain holes 229 in a plan view.

The protruding piece 53 extends from the lower end of the upper sight piece 511 toward the interior side of the room. The protruding piece 53 is inclined relative to the base end of the upper sight piece 511 so that the tip end on the interior side is downward. The inclination angle of the protruding piece 53 with respect to the horizontal plane is approximately 3 degrees. Therefore, when water flows into the upper surface of the protruding piece 53, the water flows toward the interior end of the protruding piece 53 and falls from the tip end of the protruding piece 53 on the interior side.
The position of the indoor-side tip of the protruding piece 53 in the projection direction is set between the indoor-side edge of the second upper projection piece 523 and the outdoor-side edge of the drain hole 229. Therefore, the protruding piece 53 is positioned so as to slightly overlap the drain hole 229 in a plan view.

The upper surface of the protruding piece 53 is a heated foaming material placement surface 53A, and the heated foaming material 6 is attached to this heated foaming material placement surface 53A.
The heated foaming material 6 is attached in the range from the base end to the tip end of the protruding piece 53 in the projection direction as shown in Fig. 4, and in the left-right direction as shown in Fig. 3, at least in the range that overlaps the drainage hole 524 in a plan view. In this embodiment, the heated foaming material 6 is attached so as to overlap the entire drainage hole 524 in a plan view and further to the edge position on the vertical frame 25 side.
The heated foam material 6 is provided in an amount that can block the drain hole 229 in the event of a fire, and in this embodiment, two sheets of the heated foam material 6 are arranged overlapping each other.

The lower sight piece 512 extends downward from the underside of the protruding piece 53, at a position closer to the interior than the upper sight piece 511.

The lower projection piece 54 extends toward the interior side of the room from the lower part of the lower projection piece 512. The extension dimension of the lower projection piece 54 is longer than the extension dimension of the upper projection piece 52. Therefore, the indoor-side tip of the lower projection piece 54 is located further inside the room than the indoor-side tip of the upper projection piece 52.
The exterior end of the lower projection piece 54 is located slightly above the lower end of the lower sight piece 512, and the lower end of the lower sight piece 512 forms a protrusion 513 that protrudes downward from the lower projection piece 54. Furthermore, at approximately the middle of the projection direction of the lower projection piece 54, a protrusion 543 that protrudes downward similarly to the protrusion 513 is formed continuously along the longitudinal direction of the reinforcing material 5 (the longitudinal direction of the lower frame 22). These protrusions 513, 543 make it possible to reduce the contact area between the reinforcing material 5 and the lower surface portion 222 when inserting the reinforcing material 5 into the hollow portion 226, allowing the reinforcing material 5 to be inserted smoothly.

As shown in Figures 3 and 5, a cutout 55 is formed in a portion of the lower sight piece 512 and the lower projection piece 54. The cutout 55 is formed in a position facing the lower frame drainage hole 230 provided in the exterior side surface 223. Specifically, the cutout 55 is formed by cutting out the lower sight piece 512 and the lower projection piece 54 in an area facing the lower frame drainage hole 230. In this embodiment, as shown in Figure 3, the drainage hole 524 formed in the upper projection piece 52 of the reinforcing material 5 is formed between the end of the reinforcing material 5 on the vertical frame 25 side. For this reason, the cutout 55 and the drainage hole 229 are formed so that they are at different positions in the longitudinal direction of the lower frame 22.

The reinforcing member 5 configured in this manner can be attached to the lower frame 22 by the following procedure. First, the reinforcing member 5 is inserted into the hollow portion 226 of the lower frame 22 from the end face opening of the hollow portion 226 on the vertical frame 25 side of the hollow portion 226. At this time, since the protruding ribs 513, 543 protrude from the bottom surface of the reinforcing member 5, the contact area with the lower surface portion 222 is reduced and frictional resistance is also reduced, allowing the reinforcing member 5 to be inserted smoothly into the hollow portion 226.
The upper projection piece 52 of the reinforcing material 5 is positioned in the Z-axis direction by abutting it against the screw hole 221A, and is positioned in the X-axis direction at a position where the drain hole 524 overlaps the water drain hole 229. Next, the upper projection piece 52 is positioned in the Y-axis direction by screwing the fixing screw 525 from the top surface 221 into the upper projection piece 52 and abutting it against the top surface 221. Therefore, the reinforcing material 5 can be easily positioned when fastening it to the lower frame 22 with the fixing screw 525.

The upper projection piece 52 is secured to the upper surface 221 of the lower frame 22 with fixing screws 525 at a position offset laterally from the drainage holes 524, and is in close contact with the upper surface 221. The drainage holes 524 formed in this upper projection piece 52 are positioned so as to overlap with multiple drainage holes 229, and a drainage path 231 is established between the drainage holes 229 and the lower frame drainage holes 230.

The spot piece 51 is located at a distance closer to the interior of the room than the exterior side surface 223, and is located outside the room than the drain hole 229 and inside the room than the lower frame drain hole 230. Therefore, the spot piece 51 is located in a position that blocks the drainage path 231 between the drain hole 229 and the lower frame drain hole 230, but the notch 55 formed in the spot piece 51 allows the drainage path 231 to communicate between the drain hole 229 and the lower frame drain hole 230.
The recessed portion 51 arranged in the hollow portion 226 is designed so that, even if the heated upper surface portion 221 is no longer able to support the vertical load of the outer screen 3 and thermal deformation occurs, the lower portion of the reinforcing member 5 (the lower end of the recessed portion 51 and the lower recessed portion 54) contacts the lower surface portion 222, and the load of the outer screen 3 can be supported via the upper recessed portion 52 and the recessed portion 51 screwed to the upper surface portion 221. This allows the reinforcing member 5 to support the vertical load of the outer screen 3, preventing the outer screen 3 from sagging. Furthermore, since the indoor end of the lower recessed portion 54 extends above the exterior wall material 8, even if the lower surface portion 222 of the lower frame 22 is thermally deformed, the exterior wall material 8 can support the load applied to the reinforcing member 5, preventing the outer screen 3 from sagging.

The heat-foaming material 6 is made up of rectangular expanded graphite sheets, and in this embodiment, two sheets are stacked together. When heated by the heat of a fire, this heat-foaming material 6 foams, blocking the drainage holes 229 and cutting off the drainage path 231, as shown in Figure 7. This blocks the path via the drainage holes 229, drainage holes 524, and lower frame drainage holes 230, preventing the entry of flames and heat. The number of expanded graphite sheets in the heat-foaming material 6 is not limited to two, and any number sufficient to block each space may be used. For heat-foaming materials with a high expansion ratio, one sheet may be used.

[Effects of this embodiment]
In the sliding window 1, which is a fixture of this embodiment, the protruding piece 53 is provided at the midpoint in the height direction of the visible piece 51 of the reinforcing material 5, i.e., at the middle section, and the heated foaming material 6 is provided on the heated foaming material placement surface 53A of this protruding piece 53. Therefore, the distance from the heated foaming material placement surface 53A to the drainage hole 229 can be shortened compared to, for example, a case where the heated foaming material 6 is provided on the lower visible piece 54 without providing the protruding piece 53. This reduces the amount of heated foaming material 6 required to block the drainage hole 229, thereby reducing costs.
Furthermore, the heated foam material placement surface 53A is an inclined surface that slopes downward from the base end on the sight piece 51 side to the tip end on the indoor side, and the top surface of the heated foam material 6 attached to the heated foam material placement surface 53A is also an inclined surface. Therefore, water that seeps into the hollow portion 226 from the drainage holes 229 does not accumulate on the surfaces of the heated foam material placement surface 53A or the heated foam material 6, but flows down along these inclined surfaces, preventing a decrease in drainage performance. Furthermore, there is no need to drill holes for draining water in the sight piece 51, for example, to drain water that accumulates on the surfaces of the heated foam material placement surface 53A or the heated foam material 6, thereby reducing the processing cost of the reinforcing material 5.

In the reinforcing material 5, the protruding piece 53's base end is positioned further outside the room than the drainage hole 229 in the plan view, and the overlapping area of the protruding piece 53 and the drainage hole 229 in a plan view is less than half the area of the drainage hole 229. Therefore, the protruding piece 53 is positioned diagonally below the drainage hole 229 of the lower frame 22, which prevents the protruding piece 53 from interfering with drainage from the drainage hole 229 to the hollow portion 226, further preventing a decrease in drainage performance.
Since the projected position of the base end of the protruding piece 53 is located outside the room relative to the drain hole 229, the foaming direction of the heated foam material 6 attached to the heated foam material placement surface 53A can be directed toward the drain hole 229 compared to when the heated foam material placement surface 53A is a horizontal surface, and when the heated foam material 6 foams, it can efficiently block the drain hole 229.

The lower projection portion 54 extends to a position above the exterior wall material 8, so even if the lower surface portion 222 of the lower frame 22 is thermally deformed, the exterior wall material 8 can support the load applied to the reinforcing material 5, preventing the outer shoji screen 3 from sagging.

The upper projection piece 52 of the reinforcing material 5 is fixed to the upper surface 221 with a fixing screw 525, so that the reinforcing material 5 can be easily fixed to the lower frame 22, the drainage holes 524 formed in the reinforcing material 5 can be positioned so as to overlap the water drainage holes 229 in a plan view, and the cutouts 55 formed in the reinforcing material 5 can be positioned so as to face the lower frame drainage holes 230. This allows water to be smoothly drained along the drainage path 231 from the water drainage holes 229 to the lower frame drainage holes 230, preventing a decrease in drainage performance.
Furthermore, since the upper projection piece 52 of the reinforcing material 5 is fixed to the upper surface 221 with the fixing screw 525, even if water leaks from the upper surface 221 through the fixing screw 525, it simply enters the hollow portion 226 and can be drained together with the water from the drain hole 229. Therefore, there is no need to provide a sealing structure to prevent water leakage at the fixing screw 525, which also reduces costs.

[Modification]
The reinforcing material 5 is only required to have at least a visible piece 51 capable of supporting the load of the outer screen 3 and a protruding piece 53 to which the heat-foaming material 6 is attached, and the specific structure of the reinforcing material 5 is not limited to that of the above embodiment. For example, the visible piece 51 is not limited to being composed of an upper visible piece 511 and a lower visible piece 512 that are positioned at different positions in the projection direction, but may be composed of an upper visible piece 511 and a lower visible piece 512 that are aligned in a straight line in the projection direction.
Furthermore, although the overlapping area between the protruding piece 53 and the drainage hole 229 in a plan view is set to be less than half the area of the drainage hole 229, for example, the protruding piece 53 may be arranged on the outdoor side of the drainage hole 229 in the projection direction so as not to overlap with the drainage hole 229 in a plan view. The protruding piece 53 may also be arranged in a position where it overlaps with the entire surface of the drainage hole 229 in a plan view. In other words, the protruding piece 53 may be arranged in a position where the drainage hole 229 can be blocked by the heated foam material 6 provided on the heated foam material arrangement surface 53A.
The lower projection portion 54 is not limited to extending to a position where it overlaps with the exterior wall material 8 in a plan view.

In the above embodiment, the reinforcing member 5 is formed to be larger than the left-right dimension of the outer screen 3, but this is not limited to this and the reinforcing member 5 may be formed to various lengths. For example, the reinforcing member 5 may be set to a dimension approximately equal to the left-right dimension (X-axis direction) of the outer screen 3.
The reinforcing member 5 is not limited to being formed from an extruded aluminum member, but may be formed by bending or welding a steel plate material.
In the above embodiment, the reinforcing material 5 is constructed by integrally molding the sight piece portion 51, the upper sight piece portion 52, the protruding piece portion 53, and the lower sight piece portion 54, but this is not limited to this, and the reinforcing material 5 may also be constructed by connecting multiple parts made of separate materials with screws or the like.
Furthermore, the fixture is not limited to a double sliding window 1, but may be a single sliding window in which either the outer shoji screen 3 or the inner shoji screen 4 is fixed so that it cannot slide.

[Summary of the present invention]
The building fixture of the present invention comprises a frame body having a lower frame with a hollow portion that continues along the longitudinal direction, and an outer shoji screen and an inner shoji screen arranged within the frame body, at least one of the outer shoji screen and the inner shoji screen being able to slide along the lower frame, a drainage hole that communicates with the hollow portion being formed on the upper surface of the lower frame, and a reinforcing material arranged within the hollow portion at least on the underside of the outer shoji screen when it is in the closed position, the reinforcing material comprising a visible piece that can support the load of the outer shoji screen, and a protruding piece that protrudes toward the inside of the room from a midpoint in the height direction of the visible piece, the protruding piece having a heated foam material placement surface that is inclined so that its tip on the inside of the room is lower than its base end on the visible piece side, and the heated foam material placement surface is provided with a heated foam material that can foam when heated to block the drainage hole.
According to the building fixture of the present invention, the reinforcing material has a protruding piece portion that protrudes toward the inside of the room from the midpoint in the height direction of the visible piece portion, and heated foam material is provided on the heated foam material placement surface of this protruding piece. This means that the distance from the heated foam material placement surface to the drainage hole on the top surface of the lower frame can be shortened compared to conventional structures, and the amount of heated foam material required to block the drainage hole can be reduced, resulting in cost savings.
In addition, because the heated foam material placement surface is a sloped surface that slopes downward from the base end on the viewing piece side to the tip end on the indoor side, the top surface of the heated foam material attached to the heated foam material placement surface is also a sloped surface. Therefore, if water seeps in through the drainage holes and flows into the heated foam material placement surface or the top surface of the heated foam material, the water flows along the sloped heated foam material placement surface and the top surface of the heated foam material and can be drained from the tip on the indoor side. Therefore, water does not accumulate on the heated foam material placement surface, so there is no need for drainage processing to drain water that accumulates on the heated foam material placement surface, and processing costs can be reduced.

In the building fixture of the present invention, it is preferable that the projected position of the base end of the protruding piece is further outside the room than the drain hole, and that the area overlapping between the protruding piece and the drain hole in a plan view is less than half the area of the drain hole.
According to the fitting of the present invention, the protruding piece is positioned diagonally below the drainage hole of the soffit, preventing a decrease in drainage from the drainage hole to the hollow portion. Also, because the projecting position of the base end of the protruding piece is located outside the room relative to the drainage hole, the foaming direction of the heated foam material attached to the heated foam material placement surface, which is tilted so that the tip of the protruding piece is downward, can be directed toward the drainage hole compared to when the heated foam material placement surface is horizontal, and when the heated foam material foams, it can efficiently block the drainage hole.

In the building fixture of the present invention, it is preferable that the reinforcing material has a lower visible piece extending from the lower part of the visible piece toward the inside of the room, and that the lower visible piece extends to a position where it overlaps in a planar view with the exterior wall material arranged below the lower frame.
According to the fixture of the present invention, the indoor end of the lower projection portion extends to a position above the exterior wall material, so that even if the lower surface of the lower frame is thermally deformed, the load applied to the reinforcing material is supported by the exterior wall material, thereby preventing the exterior shoji screen from sagging.

In the building fixture of the present invention, the lower frame has an upper surface portion, a lower surface portion, an exterior side surface portion, and an interior side surface portion that define the hollow portion, and the reinforcing material has an upper visible piece portion that extends from the top of the visible piece portion toward the interior side, and the upper visible piece portion is fixed to the upper surface portion with a fastening member, and it is preferable that the portion that overlaps with the drain hole in a planar view is cut out.
According to the fixture of the present invention, when the reinforcing material is fastened to the underside of the sill, a structure to prevent water leakage from the screw part is required, but when the upper projection part of the reinforcing material is fastened to the upper surface of the sill with a fastening member such as a screw, even if water leaks from the screw part, the water will enter the hollow part of the sill and can be drained together with the water that enters through the drainage holes. Therefore, a water leakage prevention structure is not necessary, and the reinforcing material can be fixed to the sill securely and easily.
In addition, the portion of the upper projection piece of the reinforcing material that overlaps with the drainage hole in a planar view is cut out, thereby preventing the drainage hole from being blocked by the upper projection piece and preventing a decrease in drainage performance.
