前記第1のテーブルと前記データベースとに基づいて、建物の自社ビル可能性を判定し、判定結果を前記データベースに記録し、前記第2のテーブルと前記データベースとに基づいて、建物を所有する企業の建物設備の商談可能性を判定し、判定結果を前記データベースに記録するプロセッサと、を備えた顧客抽出装置。
