図2~図5を参照し、燃焼装置4の構成を説明する。図2に示すように、燃焼装置4は、インナーケース20とバーナ組立10を備える。インナーケース20は、ケース本体21と前壁28を備える。ケース本体21は上面と前面が開放された角箱状である。前壁28は、正面視左右方向に長い矩形状である。前壁28は、ケース本体21の前面上側を閉塞するように固定される。バーナ組立10はバーナ群25を一体的に支持するユニット(図6参照)である。バーナ組立10は、ケース本体21内に前側から挿入されてネジ止めされる(図3参照)。 The configuration of the combustion device 4 will be described with reference to Figures 2 to 5. 後壁部33の内面には、過熱防止板39が取り付けられる。過熱防止板39は、後壁部33の内面の上側部分を覆い且つ隙間を空けた状態で取り付けられる。過熱防止板39の下方には、凹部335が後ろ向きに突設される。凹部335は正面視左右方向に長い矩形状である。後壁部33の内面で且つ下端部よりもやや上側には、第1後膨出部37と第2後膨出部38が左右方向に設けられる。第1後膨出部37は、後壁部33の内面の右側で且つ下端部よりもやや上側に設けられ、正面視左右方向に延びる。第1後膨出部37は内側(前側)に向かって膨出し、長さ方向に直交する断面は前方に向かって略円弧状に膨出する略ドーム形状である。第2後膨出部38は、後壁部33の内面の左側で且つ第1後膨出部37と同一高さ位置に設けられる。第2後膨出部38は、第1後膨出部37と同一形状である。 An overheating prevention plate 39 is attached to the inner surface of the rear wall 33. 上記のように、右膨出部35、左膨出部36、第1後膨出部37、及び第2後膨出部38は、板金のプレス成形により形成される。第1後膨出部37と第2後膨出部38は、長さ方向に直交する断面が略ドーム状の一般的な膨出形状である。これに対し、右膨出部35と左膨出部36は、長さ方向に直交する断面が略三角形状であることから、第1後膨出部37及び第2後膨出部38と異なる特殊な膨出形状である。仮にそのような右膨出部35と左膨出部36を、右壁部31と左壁部32の夫々の下端部の近傍にプレス成形で形成しようとした場合、略ドーム状の一般的な膨出形状を形成する場合と比較して、右壁部31と左壁部32の夫々の下端部の近傍に歪みを生じる可能性がある。そこで、本実施形態では、後壁部33の下端から第1後膨出部37と第2後膨出部38の夫々の下端までの長さをH1とし、右壁部31及び左壁部32の夫々の下端から右壁部31及び左壁部32の夫々の下端までの長さをH2とした場合、H2がH1よりも長くなるように設計する。つまり、右膨出部35と左膨出部36の高さ位置を、第1後膨出部37と第2後膨出部38の高さ位置よりも高くしている。これにより、右壁部31と左壁部32の夫々の下端から上方に離れた位置で、特殊形状の右膨出部35と左膨出部36を形成できるので、右壁部31と左壁部32の夫々の下端部にプレス成形による歪みが生じるのを防止できる。 As described above, the right bulge portion 35, the left bulge portion 36, the first rear bulge portion 37, and the second rear bulge portion 38 are formed by press-molding sheet metal. Therefore, in this embodiment, if the length from the lower end of the rear wall portion 33 to the lower ends of the first rear bulge portion 37 and the second rear bulge portion 38 is defined as H1, and the length from the lower end of each of the right wall portion 31 and the left wall portion 32 to the lower end of each of the right wall portion 31 and the left wall portion 32 is defined as H2, the design is such that H2 is longer than H1. In other words, the height positions of the right bulge portion 35 and the left bulge portion 36 are higher than the height positions of the first rear bulge portion 37 and the second rear bulge portion 38. This allows the specially shaped right bulge portion 35 and the left bulge portion 36 to be formed at a position above the lower ends of the right wall portion 31 and the left wall portion 32, thereby preventing distortion due to press molding at the lower ends of the right wall portion 31 and the left wall portion 32.

図4~図6を参照し、バーナ組立10の構成を説明する。図4,図5に示すように、バーナ組立10は、支持部材22、バーナ群25、パッキン26、前板部27を備える。図6に示すように、支持部材22は、支持板23、下板部24、及び整流部材80を備える。 The configuration of the burner assembly 10 will be described with reference to Figures 4 to 6.
