Description
ディファレンシャル装置を収容するためのアクスルハウジングと、
前記アクスルハウジングに取り付けられた減速機と、
前記減速機に取り付けられた電動機と、
前記減速機および前記電動機の少なくとも一方に取り付けられたインバータと、
前記インバータに取り付けられたダイナミックダンパーと、
を備えたことを特徴とする車両用電動アクスル装置が提供される。
前記ダイナミックダンパーは、前記インバータの上面部に取り付けられる。
前記ダイナミックダンパーは、前記上部が設けられていない前記下部の上面部に取り付けられる。
前記弾性部材は、前記ブラケットの内表面部に固定され、前記弾性部材の幅方向両端側の側面部は前記ブラケットに固定され、長さ方向両端側の端面部は前記ブラケットに固定されない。
図1は、本開示の基本実施形態に係る電動アクスル装置を示す概略斜視図である。電動アクスル装置100は車両に適用され、本実施形態ではトラックに適用されるよう構成されている。但し車両の種類は任意である。電動アクスル装置100は、左右の後輪(図示せず)を駆動すべく構成され、後輪用リジッドアクスル(もしくは車軸懸架式)サスペンションシステムの一部を構成する。
図9および図10に第1変形例を示す。図示するように、本変形例では、ダイナミックダンパー50がインバータ4に縦向きに取り付けられる。ここで縦向きとは、ダイナミックダンパー50の長さLd方向が車両の前後方向に平行になるような向きをいう。従ってダイナミックダンパー50の取付状態において、弾性部材52および質量体53の長さ方向は車両の前後方向と平行とされる。
図11および図12に第2変形例を示す。図示するように、本変形例では、インバータ4が減速機2に取り付けられている。一方、ダイナミックダンパー50は基本実施形態と同様にインバータ4に横向きに取り付けられている。
図13および図14に第3変形例を示す。図示するように、本変形例では、ダイナミックダンパー50の構成が変更される。
図15に第4変形例を示す。この第4変形例では、インバータ4が防振支持されており、フランジ30とボス29が弾性体42を介して取り付けられている。この第4変形例は、基本実施形態と第1~第3変形例とに適用可能であるが、ここでは基本実施形態に適用した例を述べる。

Claims (4)
- ディファレンシャル装置を収容するためのアクスルハウジングと、
前記アクスルハウジングに取り付けられた減速機と、
前記減速機に取り付けられた電動機と、
前記減速機および前記電動機の少なくとも一方に取り付けられたインバータと、
前記インバータに取り付けられたダイナミックダンパーと、
を備え、
前記インバータは、下部と、前記下部の上に設けられ平面視で前記下部より小さい上部とを有し、
前記ダイナミックダンパーは、前記上部が設けられていない前記下部の上面部に取り付けられる
ことを特徴とする車両用電動アクスル装置。 - ディファレンシャル装置を収容するためのアクスルハウジングと、
前記アクスルハウジングに取り付けられた減速機と、
前記減速機に取り付けられた電動機と、
前記減速機および前記電動機の少なくとも一方に取り付けられたインバータと、
前記インバータに取り付けられたダイナミックダンパーと、
を備え、
前記ダイナミックダンパーは、弾性部材と、前記弾性部材に埋設された質量体と、前記インバータに取り付けられ折り返し形状の断面形状を有するブラケットとを備え、
前記弾性部材は、前記ブラケットの内表面部に固定され、前記弾性部材の幅方向両端側の側面部は前記ブラケットに固定され、長さ方向両端側の端面部は前記ブラケットに固定されない
ことを特徴とする車両用電動アクスル装置。 - 前記弾性部材および前記質量体における長さは幅よりも大きくされる
請求項2に記載の車両用電動アクスル装置。 - 前記ダイナミックダンパーの取付状態において、前記弾性部材の長さ方向は車両の左右方向または前後方向と平行とされる
請求項3に記載の車両用電動アクスル装置。
