Description
Claims (21)
- 飲料を冷却するためのチラーであって、
熱交換流体を保持するように構成されたリザーバと、
前記リザーバ内に配置された蒸発器コイルであって、
冷却剤を循環させるように構成された複数の巻線、及び
前記複数の巻線のうちの1つ以上の外面から延在する複数の突起であって、
前記複数の突起はそれぞれが本体を有し、
前記本体は複数の細孔を形成し、
前記複数の細孔は、前記冷却剤が前記複数の巻線を通して循環されるとき、前記熱交換流体が前記複数の細孔を介して流れ、前記複数の巻線及び前記複数の突起の上に凍結した熱交換流体のバンクの形成を促進する、複数の突起とを備える、蒸発器コイルと、
前記リザーバ内に配置されたチラーコイルであって、前記飲料が、前記チラーコイルを通って流れるように構成されている、チラーコイルと、を備え、
前記冷却剤が前記蒸発器コイルの前記複数の巻線を通して循環されるとき、前記凍結した熱交換流体のバンクが、前記巻線上及び前記突起上に形成される、チラー。 - 前記突起が、1つ以上のフィンを含む、請求項1に記載のチラー。
- 前記突起が、1つ以上のロッドを含む、請求項1に記載のチラー。
- 前記突起が、格子構造を含む、請求項1に記載のチラー。
- 前記蒸発器コイルが、第1の材料から形成されており、前記突起が、第2の材料から形成されており、前記第1の材料が、前記第2の材料と同じである、請求項1に記載のチラー。
- 前記蒸発器コイルが、中央容積を画定し、前記チラーコイルが、前記蒸発器コイルの前記中央容積内に配置されている、請求項1に記載のチラー。
- 前記リザーバ内に配置された第2のチラーコイルを更に備え、前記飲料が、前記第1のチラーコイル及び前記第2のチラーコイルを通って流れるように構成されている、請求項1に記載のチラー。
- 前記飲料の流れを前記第1のチラーコイル及び前記第2のチラーコイルに分割するように構成されたスプリッタを更に備え、前記スプリッタは、前記飲料のより大きな部分が前記第2のチラーコイルよりも前記第1のチラーコイルに流れるように、前記飲料の前記流れを分割する、請求項7に記載のチラー。
- 前記チラーコイルの壁厚が、約0.2mm~約1.0mmの範囲である、請求項1に記載のチラー。
- 前記リザーバが、約3L~約10Lの総容積を備える、請求項1に記載のチラー。
- 前記リザーバ内に配置された撹拌器を更に備え、前記撹拌器が、1つ以上のブレードを有するインペラを備える、請求項1に記載のチラー。
- 前記チラーコイルの温度を決定するように構成された温度センサを更に備え、前記撹拌器は、前記温度センサによって検出されたときの前記チラーコイルの温度が所定の温度帯にあるときに動作するように構成されている、請求項11に記載のチラー。
- 飲料ディスペンサであって、
飲料の選択を受信するように構成されたユーザインターフェースと、
飲料を冷却するように構成されたチラーであって、前記チラーが、
熱交換流体を貯蔵するように構成されたリザーバ、
前記リザーバ内に配置され、冷却剤を循環させるように構成された蒸発器コイルであって、
前記蒸発器コイルが、複数の巻線、及び前記蒸発器コイルの前記複数の巻線のうちの1つ以上の外面から延在する複数の突起を備え、
前記複数の突起はそれぞれが本体を有し、
前記本体は複数の細孔を形成し、
前記複数の細孔は、前記冷却剤が前記複数の巻線を通して循環されるとき、前記熱交換流体が前記複数の細孔を介して流れ、前記複数の巻線及び前記複数の突起の上に凍結した熱交換流体のバンクの形成を促進する、複数の突起とを備える、蒸発器コイル、及び
前記リザーバ内に配置されたチラーコイルを備え、
前記飲料は、前記飲料が前記チラーコイルを通って流れるときに前記飲料が冷却されるように、前記チラーコイルを通って流れ、
前記冷却剤が前記蒸発器コイルを通して循環されるとき、凍結した熱交換流体のバンクが、前記蒸発器コイル上及び前記突起上に形成される、チラーと、
前記飲料を分配するための、前記チラーコイルと連通する分配ノズルと、を備える、飲料ディスペンサ。 - 前記冷却剤を循環させるように構成された冷却システムを更に備え、前記冷却システムが、前記蒸発器コイルを備える、請求項13に記載の飲料ディスペンサ。
- 前記飲料を炭酸化するように構成されたカーボネータを更に備え、前記カーボネータが、前記チラーコイルと連通する、請求項13に記載の飲料ディスペンサ。
- 飲料を冷却するためのチラーであって、
リザーバと、
前記リザーバ内に貯蔵された熱交換流体であって、前記熱交換流体が、約0℃の凝固点を有するイオン液体である、熱交換流体と、
前記リザーバ内に配置された蒸発器コイルであって、前記蒸発器コイルが、
冷却剤を循環させるように構成された複数の巻線、及び
前記複数の巻線のうちの1つ以上の外面から延在する複数の突起を備え、
前記複数の突起はそれぞれが本体を有し、
前記本体は複数の細孔を形成し、
前記複数の細孔は、前記冷却剤が前記複数の巻線を通して循環されるとき、前記熱交換流体が前記複数の細孔を介して流れ、前記複数の巻線及び前記複数の突起の上に凍結した熱交換流体のバンクの形成を促進する、複数の突起とを備える、蒸発器コイルと、
前記リザーバ内に配置されたチラーコイルであって、前記飲料が、前記チラーコイルを通って流れる、チラーコイルと、を備え、
前記冷却剤が前記蒸発器コイルの前記巻線を通して循環されるとき、前記熱交換流体の少なくとも一部分が固相に凍結する、チラー。 - 前記熱交換流体が、約0.01℃~約5℃の凝固点を含む、請求項16に記載のチラー。
- 前記イオン液体が、1-ブチル-3-メチルイミダゾリウム系イオン液体、イミダゾリウム系イオン液体、ピリジニウム系イオン液体、及びモルホリン系イオン液体の群から選択される、請求項16に記載のチラー。
- 前記イオン液体が、約200kJ/kg~約300kJ/kgの範囲の融解潜熱を含む、請求項16に記載のチラー。
- 前記冷却剤が前記蒸発器コイルの前記巻線を通して循環されるとき、前記熱交換流体の全てが固相に凍結する、請求項16に記載のチラー。
- 飲料を冷却するためのチラーであって、
熱交換流体を保持するように構成されたリザーバと、
前記リザーバ内に配置された蒸発器コイルであって、前記蒸発器コイルが、
冷却剤を循環させるように構成された複数の巻線、及び
前記複数の巻線のうちの1つ以上の外面から延在する突起を備える、蒸発器コイルと、
前記リザーバ内に配置された第1のチラーコイルであって、前記飲料が、前記第1のチラーコイルを通って流れるように構成されている、第1のチラーコイルと、
前記リザーバ内に配置された第2のチラーコイルであって、前記飲料が、前記第1のチラーコイル及び前記第2のチラーコイルを通って流れるように構成されている、第2のチラーコイルと、
前記飲料の流れを前記第1のチラーコイル及び前記第2のチラーコイルに分割するように構成されたスプリッタであって、前記スプリッタは、前記飲料のより大きな部分が前記第2のチラーコイルよりも前記第1のチラーコイルに流れるように、前記飲料の前記流れを分割する、スプリッタと、を備え、
前記冷却剤が前記蒸発器コイルの前記複数の巻線を通して循環されるとき、凍結した熱交換流体のバンクが、前記巻線上及び前記突起上に形成される、チラー。
