Description
本発明は、農業設備等の支柱として、下端を地中に差し込んで直立させて用いられる支柱パイプの沈下防止具に関する。 The present invention relates to a subsidence prevention device for support pipes, which are used as supports for agricultural equipment, etc., with their lower ends inserted into the ground and left standing upright.
従来、ビニールハウスや、高設栽培用の人工培地の架台等の農業用設備を支える支柱パイプは、その下端を地中に差し込んで直立させている。ところが、軟弱地盤においては、設備を構築した後、荷重により支柱が地中に沈んでしまうので、下部に皿状の沈下防止具を固着することが行われる。
沈下防止金具としては、非特許文献1に開示されたものが知られている。この沈下防止金具は、金属板材をプレス加工してなるもので、円盤状の本体の中央部の貫通孔の周囲に上方へ起立した立ち上げ片が形成される。この立ち上げ片にドリルビスを斜め横方向にねじ込んで支柱パイプに固定するものである。

上記従来の沈下防止金具は、設備の設置時に、地中へ差し込む前に支柱を貫通させて装着するものである。このため、設備の設置後に支柱の沈下が生じてからこれを止めるために後付けで沈下防止金具を装着するには支柱をいったん引き抜く必要がある。
したがって、本発明は、設備の設置後に、後付けで容易に支柱に装着できる沈下防止具を提供することを課題としている。

上記課題を解決するための、本発明の沈下防止具1は、地面に当接する水平底面2aを有する円盤状の接地板部2と、この接地板部2の中央から立ち上がり支柱パイプPを挿通させる円筒状の支持筒部3と、この支持筒部3と接地板部2との間を接続して支持筒部3の半径方向対向部に設けられる一対のリブ4とを具備するもので、同形一対の結合分離可能な合成樹脂製の第1及び第2の構成体11,12からなる。第1及び第2の構成体11,12は、接地板部2、支持筒部3及びリブ4を当該リブ4の厚さの中央で水平底面2aに垂直な平面に沿って2分割した形状で、それぞれ結合時に突き合わされる接合平面21a,31a,41aを有する半円盤状の接地板形成部21と、半円筒状の支持筒形成部31と、一対のリブ形成部41とを具備する。第1の構成体11における接地板形成部21の接合平面21aには、一方の半面に嵌合凸部21bとスナップ係合爪21cが設けられ、他方の半面に嵌合凹部21dとスナップ係合凹部21eが設けられる。一方のリブ形成部41の接合平面41aには、嵌合凸部41bが設けられ、他方のリブ形成部41の接合平面41aには、嵌合凹部41cが設けられる。支持筒形成部31には、軸線直交方向のねじ挿通孔31bが設けられる。第2の構成体12は、第1の構成体11と同一形状で、互いに各接合平面21a,31a,41aを突き合わせ、嵌合凸部21b,41bと嵌合凹部21d,41cとを嵌合させると共に、係合爪21cと係合凹部21eとをスナップ係合させて第1の構成体11と結合可能に構成される。 第1及び第2の構成体11,12の支持筒形成部31の間に抱持された支柱パイプPにねじ孔31bを通して螺合されるドリルビス6にて支柱パイプPに固着される。

The joining surface 41a of one rib forming portion 41 is provided with a fitting protrusion 41b, and the joining surface 41a of the other rib forming portion 41 is provided with a fitting recess 41c. The support cylinder forming portion 31 is provided with a screw insertion hole 31b perpendicular to the axis. The second component 12 has the same shape as the first component 11 and is configured to be connectable to the first component 11 by butting the respective joining surfaces 21a, 31a, 41a together, engaging the fitting protrusions 21b, 41b with the fitting recesses 21d, 41c, and snap-engaging the engagement claws 21c with the engagement recesses 21e.
