Description

住宅等の建物における鉄筋コンクリート造のべた基礎や布基礎の立ち上がり部には、床下点検用の人通口が厚み方向に貫通して形成される。これにより、立ち上がり部にはコンクリートの断面欠損が生じ、内部鉄筋も分断されてしまうため、人通口の補強が従来行われている(例えば特許文献1,2参照)。
特許文献1の開口補強ユニットは、上向きに開放するコ字状の補強用枠板における左右の側板間に、架け渡し部材を架け渡すことで人通口の補強を図るものである。
特許文献2の連結部材は、人通口の両端面に突設されたアンカーボルト間に架け渡されて、連結用ナットで連結されることで人通口の補強を図るものである。

一方、特許文献2における連結部材の場合は、アンカーボルトを基礎に埋設できれば、あとは連結部材を連結用ナットでアンカーボルトに連繋するだけで人通口の補強ができるので、構造的にシンプルで、特許文献1の開口補強ユニットよりもコストを抑えやすい。ところが、特許文献2の場合も、連結部材は、両側のアンカーボルト間の距離と略一致する長さに設定される構成となっているため、人通口の幅(両アンカーボルト間の距離)に応じて長さを変えなければならない。すなわち、特許文献1と同様に、複数種類の長さに形成された連結部材を用意しなければならないため、結局、製造等のコストを抑えにくい場合がある。

また、床下の点検が終了した後は、上記の方法によって人通口補強金物10を再び人通口2に取り付けるようにする。
