Furthermore, an outer box base and outer box lid are typically required to be attached to the outside of the box lid and box body, increasing packaging and manufacturing costs.

The present invention aims to provide a new cosmetic packaging box to solve one or more problems of the prior art.

The following detailed description of the technical solution of the present invention will be given with reference to the drawings and preferred embodiments of the present invention, so that the advantages and features of the present invention can be easily understood by those skilled in the art.

To make it easier to explain the relative positional relationships of the various structures within the cosmetic packaging box, the up-down direction is defined based on the direction from which a user observes the cosmetic packaging box when using it, and this up-down direction is the up-down direction that an observer sees when observing Figures 3 and 5.

The lid body 31 has a first connecting portion that extends convexly outward, and the connecting ring body 21 has a second connecting portion that extends convexly upward. One of the first and second connecting portions has a rotating shaft 312. The first and second connecting portions are connected to be rotatable around the axis of the rotating shaft 312, thereby realizing a rotational connection between the core box 2 and the box lid 3. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the first connecting portion has two lugs 311 that extend convexly outward from the outer periphery of the lid body 31, and the rotating shaft 312 is connected between the two lugs 311. The second connecting portion has a drooping ear 211 that can be hooked onto the rotating shaft 312 and within which the rotating shaft 312 can rotate around its own axis. The drooping ear 211 has a U-shape with its opening facing downward.

In this embodiment, the rotating shaft 312 is integral with two lugs 311, and the rotating shaft 312 and the outer periphery of the lid body 31 are spaced apart, forming an insertion opening 313 between them into which the outer portion of the hanging ear 211 is inserted. The outer periphery of the connecting ring body 21 has a recess 212 extending in the vertical direction, and the hanging ear 211 is disposed in the recess 212, with at least the outer periphery of its lower end abutting against the outer peripheral wall of the mounting slot 12. When installed in this manner, the rotating shaft 312 is integrally injection molded with the box lid 3, and the box lid 3 can rotate around the axis of the rotating shaft 312 to close the top of the core box 2.

The connecting ring body 21 comprises a first ring body 213 and a second ring body 214 arranged in a ring shape around the circumferential outside of the first ring body 213. A downwardly opening, annular groove 215 is formed between the first ring body 213 and the second ring body 214, and the outer peripheral wall of the second ring body 214 elastically abuts against the outer peripheral wall of the mounting slot 12. In some other embodiments, a mating sealing structure may be provided between the outer peripheral wall of the second ring body 214 and the outer peripheral wall of the mounting slot 12 to prevent external substances from entering the mounting slot 12 through the gap between the two and contaminating the mounting slot 12.

The mounting ring body 22 is fitted around the circumferential outside of the annular partition plate 13, and one set of first sealing structures 4 is provided, or multiple sets are provided spaced apart in the vertical direction. Specifically, the first sealing structure 4 has a protrusion 41 and a groove 42 that mate with each other and are both annular. The protrusion 41 elastically abuts the groove 42, and the protrusion 41 extends convexly outward from the outer peripheral wall of the annular partition plate 13, and the groove 42 extends concavely outward from the inner peripheral surface of the mounting ring body 22. Alternatively, the protrusion 41 extends convexly inward from the inner peripheral surface of the mounting ring body 22, and the groove 42 extends concavely inward from the outer peripheral wall of the annular partition plate 13. In some other embodiments, the first sealing structure 4 may comprise only a protrusion 41 provided on the outer peripheral wall of the annular partition plate 13 and extending convexly outward, such that when the mounting ring body 22 is inserted into the mounting slot 12, the protrusion 41 abuts tightly against the inner peripheral surface of the mounting ring body 22; alternatively, the first sealing structure 4 may comprise only a protrusion 41 provided on the inner peripheral surface of the mounting ring body 22 and extending convexly inward, such that when the core box 2 is inserted into the mounting slot 12, the protrusion 41 abuts tightly against the outer peripheral wall of the annular partition plate 13.

In this embodiment, two sets of first sealing structures 4 are provided, and these two sets of first sealing structures 4 are spaced apart vertically. The upper first sealing structure 4 has a protrusion 41 extending inward from the inner peripheral surface of the mounting ring body 22, while the lower first sealing structure 4 has a protrusion 41 extending outward from the outer peripheral wall of the annular partition plate 13 and a groove 42 extending outward from the inner peripheral surface of the mounting ring body 22. When the mounting ring body 22 is inserted into the mounting slot 12, the upper protrusion 41 abuts against the outer peripheral wall of the annular partition plate 13, and the lower protrusion 41 abuts against the groove wall of the groove 42. The two sets of first sealing structures 4 not only secure the core box 2 and the box body 1 to each other, but also prevent the cosmetic product in the containing cavity 11 from leaking into the mounting slot 12.

In this embodiment, the outer peripheral surface of the cap ring 32 presents a tapered surface with an outer diameter gradually decreasing from top to bottom. The second sealing structure comprises a convex ring 321 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the cap ring 32 and extending radially outward. The inner peripheral surface of the inner ring body 24 is cylindrical. As the box lid 3 closes downward, the outer peripheral surface of the cap ring 32 drives the inner ring body 24 to deflect toward one side of the ring groove 25. After the box lid 3 closes over the core box 2, the convex ring 321 abuts against the inner peripheral surface of the inner ring body 24, achieving a seal between the box lid 3 and the core box 2. At the same time, the inner ring body 24 tends to move inward and reset due to its own elastic force, resulting in a tighter abutment between the annular protrusion 321 and the inner ring body 24 and an improved sealing effect. The second sealing structure prevents the cosmetics in the storage cavity 11 from drying out and deteriorating, and also prevents the cosmetics from leaking out of the storage cavity 11.

As shown in Figures 1 to 3, the cosmetic packaging box further includes an outer lid 5, which is movably connected to the box body 1. When the outer lid 5 and the box body 1 are fitted together, they form a sealed box cavity 6 capable of accommodating the box lid 3 and the core box 2. In this embodiment, the outer lid 5 is rotatably connected to the box body 1 via a horizontally extending rotation axis (not shown). Specifically, the outer lid 5 includes a main body 51 and a third connecting portion 52 extending downward from one end of the main body 51. The lower portion of the third connecting portion 52 has a first through hole 521 penetrating horizontally. The outer periphery of the box body 1 has a vertical groove 14 extending vertically. In the horizontal direction, two sets of second through holes 141 extending horizontally in the same direction are provided in the outer wall of the box body 1 on both sides of the vertical groove 14. In other embodiments, the outer lid 5 and the box body 1 can be connected using a method similar to the method of connection between the box lid 3 and the core box 2, and in this way the rotation shaft can be molded directly and integrally with the outer lid 5 or the box body 1, thereby eliminating the need for a separate rotation shaft.

As shown in Figure 4, the pivotal connection positions between the outer lid 5 and the box body 1, and the pivotal connection positions between the box lid 3 and the core box 2 are spaced apart circumferentially. This not only simplifies the layout of each component within the packaging box, but also eliminates interference when the box lid 3 is opened again with the outer lid 5 open, preventing obstruction of the lens 7 inside the outer lid 5 and facilitating cosmetic application.

The cosmetic packaging box of this embodiment is suitable for filling cosmetics such as air cushion powder. The cosmetics can be filled according to the following method to complete the assembly of the cosmetic packaging box of this embodiment.

First, the cosmetic product is filled into the storage cavity 11 of the box body 1, and the outer portion of the drooping ear 211 is inserted through the insertion opening 313 and hooked onto the rotating shaft 312, thereby connecting the box lid 3 and core box 2 together. The box lid 3 and core box 2, now connected together, are then attached to the box body 1 from top to bottom, so that the mounting ring body 22 is inserted into the mounting slot 12, and the core box 2 is fixed to the box body 1 and assembled. The outer lid 5 and box body 1 are then connected together via the rotating shaft, completing the assembly.

In the cosmetic packaging box of this embodiment, the outer lid 5, box lid 3, core box 2, and box body 1 are made of the same or similar materials, and each component is integrally molded using a corresponding mold, and each component is completed in a single molding operation. To recover the packaging box after the cosmetics have been used up, the rotating shaft is removed, the lens 7 is detached from the outer lid 5, and the lens 7 and rotating shaft are recovered separately. However, the box body 1, core box 2, and box lid 3 can be recovered as is without disassembly, making the recovery process relatively simple. In other embodiments, when the rotating shaft is integrally molded with the outer lid 5 or box body 1, there is no need to remove the rotating shaft during the recovery step; it is sufficient to simply remove and recover the lens 7 separately. The remaining components of the packaging box can be recovered without disassembly, simplifying the disassembly process during recovery.

In short, the cosmetic packaging box of this embodiment is provided with a box body 1, core box 2, and box lid 3, which are all integrally molded. The packaging box is assembled and formed by fitting the structures of each component together, and the box body 1 and core box 2 are then fitted together to store the cosmetics.
