Claims (11)
- 積層型電極組立体;
前記積層型電極組立体に連結される電極タブと、これに連結される電極リードとを含む金属部;
前記電極リードの両面に付着するリードフィルム;
前記金属部のうち、前記リードフィルムと前記積層型電極組立体との間の部分表面の少なくとも一部を直接・間接にカバーする断熱材;及び
前記金属部の一部、前記積層型電極組立体、及び前記断熱材を収容するパウチ;を含み、
前記断熱材は、断熱フィルムであり、
前記断熱フィルムは、スパッタ工法により、金属薄膜がコーティングされた熱反射フィルムである、パウチセル。 - 前記断熱フィルムは、前記金属部の両面の少なくとも一部に付着する、
請求項1に記載のパウチセル。 - 前記断熱フィルムの幅は、前記金属部の幅よりも広い、
請求項2に記載のパウチセル。 - 前記断熱フィルムは、前記金属部を長さ方向を軸として取り囲む形状である、
請求項1に記載のパウチセル。 - 前記断熱フィルムは、前記金属部のまわりを1回以上取り囲む、
請求項4に記載のパウチセル。 - 前記断熱材は、発泡合成樹脂、ガラス繊維、岩綿、雲母、パーライト、蛭石、及びセルロースのいずれかの素材を含む、
請求項1に記載のパウチセル。 - 前記断熱材は、前記金属部のうち、前記リードフィルムと前記積層型電極組立体との間の部分表面積の50%以上をカバーする、
請求項1~請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のパウチセル。 - 前記断熱材は、前記リードフィルムから2mm以上離隔している、
請求項1~請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のパウチセル。 - 前記断熱材は、前記積層型電極組立体から2mm以上離隔している、
請求項1~請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のパウチセル。 - 前記断熱材は、前記積層型電極組立体から5mm以下離隔している、
請求項1~請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のパウチセル。 - 前記断熱材は、前記電極タブと前記電極リードの連結部をカバーする、
